Our family walked in to place our order at 9:17pm, doors unlocked at the e restaurant. When we walked in we were immediately abruptly halted by a team member who raised her voice telling us they were closed. This was very startling. We were under the impression this location was open until 10, and apologized. A lady by the name of Amonada (sp?) refused the restrooms for us as well after we politely requested to use them before hitting the road for a continued long drive home. This was a very unsettling experience for our family and would not recommend traveling from the highways to patron this location as you will not be met with kind service. read more

While road-tripping, I decided to make a pit stop for a nice lunch. I ordered the 8 piece nugget combo with a Large Sunjoy. I must say, the fries were hot, but the nuggets tasted old. They were "warm" and hard. Chic Fil A, used to be well known for their food being fresh. I can't say the same anymore. The last 3x I've been to the restaurant in different locations, the food is off..such a shame. The service was good going through the drive through and the ambiance is chill..but the food ehhhh I think moving forward, I'll take a break from fast food. Ate here for dinner with my wife at 7pm . We ordered the grilled chicken wrap combo , 5 nuggets, and 2 drinks. Price was fair for what we ordered and portions. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Associates were polite and helpful. Seemed to be adequately staffed for time of day. Food was fresh and hot. Wrap was nice and cool. Food arrive at the table pretty quickly. My pleasure. Chick fil a will always be one of my favorite fast food places. The customer service alone is very good, but I think it's also a crime to serve such good food . I mean leave some room for other ff places. Anyways, I got the mac and cheese, and the 24 piece nuggets. The nuggets were juicy, had a nice semi crunchy breading, and were a good size. The mac & cheese was way better than I would've imagined. It was creamy, cheesy, and reminded me of your mom and pop's mac & cheese: like home. I also ordered the sweet & spicy sriracha sauce with it, and I'm proud to say that it's my new second favorite sauce. It tastes like orange chicken sauce with a nice spicy kick added to it. I'd recommend it. It's not too spicy, and the sweetness was enough to dull the spice a little. read more

I have always had nothing but great experiences at chick-fil-a. This time... it was different. We ordered our food online and had it delivered via doordash. Our food never even came with sauces so we had to eat our food plain. Our biggest concern was that our fries were extremely undercooked. They were mushy and cold. Matter of the fact, our whole meal is close to ice cold. It was truly disgusting and embarrassing. We just wanted a night of no cooking, but ended up having to recook almost our whole meal because it wasn't at a quality where it was safe to eat it. We are truly ashamed of this because chick-fil-a is always on their A game and always delivered the best food. We have spent over $90 as a family for chick-fil-a and get undercooked cold fries, cold sandwiches/nuggets/tenders, and no sauces. Just so disappointed. read more

I love chick fil a- this is hands down the worst one I have ever been to. I wanted to eat inside- there was no way for me to get into the parking lot to park. When I found a space, 10 of them all were for delivery drivers. I tried to park at another place- I was afraid to get my car towed because the others places have customer only signs. How am I supposed to eat inside and get food? I tried to wait in the drive thru, to no avail, because the drive thru didn't move at all. What can I say? It's another great Chick-Fil-A experience. Love to see it! My absolute favorite thing about Chick Fil A is that blessed app. You can go in and place your order, then you have multiple ways to pick it up: You can go through the drive thru and they'll just take your name, go inside and sit at a table and enter your table number into the app, go inside and pick it up, or park in a designated parking spot and they will bring your food out to you. This is SO family friendly it ain't even funny. This is why you will see me in the chick fil a drive thru on any given weekday. read more

This is the BEST Chick-fil-A that I have been to period!! That includes even in other cities.

Hands down one of the most difficult Chick-fil-A(s) to get in and out of. The inside/lobby is still closed which only leaves and option of using the drive-thru service. The line is often at least 20-25 cars deep with cars waiting out on the main road to even get into the parking lot. I have ordered a to-go order before and waited just as long for that as the drive-thru would have taken. I actually drive 20 minutes out of my way to another CFILA just to not have to deal with the congestion of this one. read more

So we know what Chick-fil-A has. Got it. That's why I went there. The place was absolutely slammed, I'm talking Drive-Thru lined up around the store, people jam-packed into the front. And despite all that, the line moved quickly and by the time I had finished paying for my order they already had it on a tray and sitting there waiting for me to take it away. The store was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful (as I've come to expect from CfA) and we were able to get our lunch and get back to work within our short lunch break. Bravo. read more

Always had good service here. I agree with the other comments that this location does not have the double drive through lanes but I have never had to wait that long. The parking lot has plenty of parking and it's not like some locations where the parking is right next to the drive through lane which can be difficult to get out. Everyone is very friendly and when we have eaten inside it is clean and the staff is very well trained. I like the grilled chicken club, very good and their teas are excellent. read more

The only Chick-fil-A location in/around Southeaster Chesterfield County and it shows in the size of the drive-thru lines at almost any time of the day (thankfully they have two lanes)! In all seriousness though this is an excellent standalone Chick-fil-A location located just right off the VA Route 10/Interstate 95 intersection and in the otherwise very busy dense-town area around that spot. They recently underwent seemingly a big renovation and now has a very fresh feel to it. I've always found their service to be extremely efficient/accurate/on-point, even amid the huge demand they are constantly faced with, and always too with remarkable friendliness and warmth. Haven't been to this location in a very long time. I don't have one the restaurants close to my home. So the only time I'm able to go is either while I'm out and about or while I'm working. Anyway, I ordered their chicken nuggets which were really good but their very small compared to the other fast food places. Instead of calling them nuggets they should be called chicken chunks. Please do get upset by what I've said, it's just my opinion. Once I ordered the attendant asked my name I tell her. She was very pleasant wish more people could be like her. Anyway I pull around to get my order they asked my name I tell them. They say another name I know I had to repeat my name at least three times to two different people. Then they ended up getting my order wrong so I had to pull ahead and wait. SMH! Where to begin...I love the Chick-Fil-A food chain just as any one else because their food is always delicious however I was a little disappointed in my experience at this particular location. Living in a new area means getting accustomed to new restaurant locations. I am used to the Mechanicsville Chick-Fil-A which I have been familiar with for years! For starters this is pretty much the closest location in North Chesterfield & only in Chester so that's where the dilemma begins. The drive thru line begins way outside of the Chick-Fil-A backing up the Chesterfield Police Department area and also people trying to get to the post office. They don't have an efficient up to date double drive thru like all of the rest of the RVA locations which is problem number one. Because of that there is always and I mean always one long drive thru line. They have usually one employee standing outside and the employee they had standing outside had no idea what she was doing when we went didn't take our order instead miscommunicated with her co-worker and asked a few cars including ours to keep moving forward, but wait there's more so next there comes an employee who works the drive thru on headset saying the headset died and they will take our orders at the drive thru window...which is fine however they miscommunicated that with the girls at the window. Which backed up the line even more. Communication is key people. Especially in a crowded popular place like this. Needless to say this Chick-Fil-A received three stars for the disorganized, lack of apology for the confusion, and lack of friendless to begin with. Although one employee was friendly. Another confusing thing about this location is that there is a cash line and a credit card line, but please be cautious because the employees have to cross over to give the credit card line their food in front of cars. Chick Fl A is really cutting back. Ordered the regular chicken sandwich. Bun was cold and almost crumbly and a tasteless hamburger bun. The piece of chicken was small and thin, forget the picture it didn't even get close. We asked two employees if they changed the bun and sandwich and they said no thats the way it is. But if you are going to advertise a sandwich that covers the bun, then you should give the customer what you advertise. Sad, They had a good chicken sandwich at one time.
