It's easy to use & provides all the info you need to order & pay. I didn't see where they have a way to track your order which seems to be the standard anymore. When our order came up it was announced but the counter clerk was busy with another customer so in the interest of time & freshness I reached over & grabbed our order. We drove the 2.5 miles to get home & sat down to enjoy dinner. Right out of the bag the fries looked flat & greasy. Turns out they were cold too. We ordered 2 kinds of boneless wings & some tenders. The wing flavor was meh. The tenders were decent. Their sauces were pretty generic. Bottom line, I'd prefer to get wings from the pizza place a couple doors down. I'm sure we'll try them again to check out the bone in wings, but it probably won't be any time soon. Edit: within an hour of my review a rep from Wingstop called & stated that our experience wasn't the "Wingstop way" & that they're working to improve. We were looking for pizza and we came across this spot. It is a small operation that only has…read moredelivery or pick up options. There aren't any tables or chairs inside. We got a pepperoni pizza, loaded tater tots, mild lemon pepper wings, a beef patty with pepperoni and cheese, and garlic bread bites. They estimated that the order would take 15-20 minutes to make and when we arrived 17 minutes later they told me they needed five more minutes. They were nice enough to bring it out to the car once it was ready. So we wanted pizza and I think that was the best item that we had. The pizza was piping hot with plenty of cheesy goodness. The sauce was slight sweet and the ratio of sauce to cheese was good. The crust was a good thickness and it was light and slightly chewy. Everything else sort of missed the mark. The wings were ok but not very crispy. The stuffed tater tots tasted like a loaded baked potato, which was great but they also weren't crisp on the outside, which was what I was expecting. The garlic bread bites tasted stale. They were overly chewy and the garlic parmesan topping was inconsistently covering them. The beef patty looked like a frozen patty from the grocery store that had been sliced open with pepperoni and cheese stuffed inside. It looked pretty pitiful and wasn't worth $2 extra for the pepperoni and cheese. I would come here again, but next time, I would only get pizza.
