We were excited to see this previously empty location filled, though neither of us had tried Wingstop previously. The one thing they have going for them is their website. It's easy to use & provides all the info you need to order & pay. I didn't see where they have a way to track your order which seems to be the standard anymore. Went in to pick up & our order wasn't quite ready. No big deal, but the wait area was uninviting (& dirty). When our order came up it was announced but the counter clerk was busy with another customer so in the interest of time & freshness I reached over & grabbed our order. We drove the 2.5 miles to get home & sat down to enjoy dinner. Right out of the bag the fries looked flat & greasy. Turns out they were cold too. We ordered 2 kinds of boneless wings & some tenders. The wing flavor was meh. The tenders were decent. Their sauces were pretty generic. Bottom line, I'd prefer to get wings from the pizza place a couple doors down. I'm sure we'll try them again to check out the bone in wings, but it probably won't be any time soon. Edit: within an hour of my review a rep from Wingstop called & stated that our experience wasn't the "Wingstop way" & that they're working to improve. Something was off about it. The fries were perfect!! The ranch was delicious... the chicken... not so much... I got my order delivered. My drink wasn't delivered. I'm not sure who was at fault for that the store or the delivery driver. I only got delivery because the wing stop website was showing free delivery through this month so that seemed like a win. I ordered boneless lemon pepper and got traditional wings. And the wings were right for the Parmesan flavor... but the seasoning was like powdery or something... i couldn't get with it. I also ordered a side of Hawaiian flavored and it was just okay. I was looking for that teriyaki flavor and that was kind of it... but not it... anyway.... They just opened. Good evening, I had Wingstop for the first time on September 22, 2024. We placed the order online. They said the order would be done at 5:42PM. We arrived at that time. Got home, 11 minute ride, food was cold, and quite disappointed with the flavor. The best thing was the French fries that we had to reheat in the air fryer. Not too sure what the hype is all about. Cold chicken is not terrible and in some cases, really good. These wings were subpar. The garlic Parmesan wings had some sprinkles of grated cheese, no sauce. Way overpriced for what you get. Maybe they are better at least warm, and having some sauce on them. read more

I came in with my family of 7 on a weekday. We were helped right away. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was well maintained and the aesthetic was modern. I highly recommend and will return. read more

The wings are always good - my favs being Louisiana Rub and Lemon Pepper. And for only $2 more - all drums or flats. Then there are the fries - tried them recently for the 3rd time. Had to give 1 star . Never had an order correct . Ordered 100$ in food called asked rep to identify - she identified as the boss ! I explained I have never received a correct order - she said it would be correct ..... nope it was wrong again . Called to say I wanted to bing to attention of staff and all I can say is WOW ... Made a an order through the Wingstop app. It was paid for and the app stated it would be completed in 24 mins. Got to the establishment 29 mins after placing it on the app. When I arrived there was quite a few waiting inside and outside. Waited in line for 10-15 mins just to attempt to pick up my to go order, the lady who I gave my name too said it was still being cooked and they were running behind but would be 10 more mins. (So looking at about 25 mins over the app's estimated time) I sat down and waited, meanwhile as I was waiting, 17 people came in and picked up their orders. After waiting the 10 mins I got back in line and waited another 10 mins to have a young lady ask me the name and she said it would be another 15 mins. I explained and showed her on the app my order confirmation and that it had charged my bank account. She then stated we have no such order in our system, I doubled checked and showed her that it was the Chester location. The manager then came over and she was nice but stated she had no such order and it would be another 40 mins for them to cook the order. (At this time I was an hour and a half to an hour and 45 mins just waiting on the food) I asked if I could be refunded and the manager said we can cook the food, you have to just give us time. I stated again I would just like to be refunded and she did refund me and it took about 5 business days to credit my account. I really enjoy Wingstop and haven't had an issue like this at any of the other 3 locations in Richmond. Not really sure what the deal was with this location. read more

I ordered over a 150 wings for a recent celebration. The staff was friendly and food was delicious. Everyone was raving over the wings. There was an off dury staff member, Angel, that was walking in the same time I was. Eventhough he was not on the clock, Angel helped me carry the bags to my vehicle, opened the door and made sure I got in the vehicle. He was extremely friendly. Service is horrible. I have ordered here twice and both times they forgot half the order. The second time I called and asked if we could send someone for the rest of the order and they still didn't make the correct order. Instead they gave us an order meant for someone else. Original hot sauce tasted funny. Wings were slimy like they had been boiled. I threw out half my order. Front staff at pickup counter was very chaotic. Three times they told me my order was next up, when all along it was on the cart ready to go. Piped in music was annoying. read more
