Be advised though, they have multiple shops and the one in Richmond has very minimal indoor seating - it's literally just a bench. And street parking is VERY difficult (not their fault btw) The only issue I had with them is just their take-out packaging. Since they don't have a ton of indoor seating, all their meals are pretty much take out. I got the TLC and they just put my chicken tenders and fries in very flimsy wrappers, put it all in a plastic bag and that was it. The grease from the food eventually seeped through their wrappers and made the bag soggy. I'd just recommend that they think of putting their take out meals in a sort of box or container.
