The crew working were a total team working together and even quizzing each other on protocol of vegetable, cleanliness, and having a fun about it! I ordered while in the parking lot and accidentally hit the button for my order to be delivered to the parking lot, and had extra charges. I immediately went inside to speak to them to see what we could do. The boy at the register didn't know what we should do so he got the manager. She walked over and I explained very nicely what had happened so it would stop them from making the order. She said she couldn't help with the charges or with a cancellation, turned her back and said that is the third party problem. All I was trying to do was stop the order before they started on it until I could speak with customer support for the 3rd party. She was extremely rude and I made sure to tell her that before I walked out and called the third party to see what we can do to resolve this. Thankfully, Yelp was able to resolve my issue. They tried calling the restaurant and when someone picked up, they were rude, saying they didn't have time to talk. Skip this particular 5 guys!!!! Rude female manager!!!! read more

I usually come here every now & again especially when my iron levels are low, and it's never been an issue. However, last Friday there were more people than normal, which should NOT effect the service given to customers. The guy that seemed to be running the shift that day was an absolute disaster. I've never seen him before. Black guy (or he could be Latin American) with light hazel green eyes. I had some stops to make before returning to work from lunch so I didn't have a lot of time. I especially didn't have time to return to work ill. I had already paid for my food. I literally only ordered a regular hamburger (2 patties) (PLAIN) & a gold peak's green tea. Usually this is over $13 but on that day it was over $14. I mentioned it but he claimed it was a fountain drink. Whatever that means. I grab my gold peaks green tea & begin watching this guy put a mountain of all of these onions all over half the grill. I noticed he was putting patties on the other side. I have an allergy to onions. They make me extremely sick; extreme nausea accompanied by splitting headaches that make me feel like my skull has been cracked open. Yet this guy has a whole mountain of onions on half the grill. I politely asked him not to put my food anywhere near the side where he'd put the mountain of onions because I have an allergy. He said ok. But proceeded to do it anyway. I wanted him to make mine over but as I was talking the smell of the onions became so strong I was about to start vomiting and I could barely breath. I needed to leave immediately before getting sick so I'd asked for my money back. I was having a reaction while standing in front of him and he dragged his feet and didn't want to refund me. I watched him pull up the refund on the screen and then it went away he was taking so long! He pulled it up again and then acted as if he couldn't get it on the screen. Little did he know I could see what he was doing on the screen facing the customer. He was purposely taking his time while I was having an allergic reaction...what a sick freak. That kid is a sadist of some sort. Anyways, I had to leave immediately. He didn't offer to give me cash or anything under the circumstances. He seemed to be amused by all of this. Smh a total sadist. I've gotten my bank involved to retrieve my funds. I WILL NOT be going back here ever. I don't have time to be dealing with such ridiculous nonsense. This incident has forced me to pack my own lunch! Saves me money, time, & from possibly being poisoned to death while their creepy staff member watches smiling in amusement. Never! read more

I almost started by saying there prices have went up extremely high now!! But, here I am leaving a 5 star review! The employees at this location are incredible. As I waited for my food, they greeted every single customer as they entered and left the store. After receiving my food the cook came by and stated he added an extra patty to my burger due to my wait..which I thought was fairly quick. Order online for curbside pickup I got there I called nobody answered the phone. I went inside my order was not ready But they were pretty busy. But they were pretty busy. Order to chocolate malt milkshake got home and it was basically chocolate milk. Douglas way overcooked to the point that you could need them if I was Dining in I would have ask for my money back. Well what's not to say? Restaurant super clear always. Staff very friendly and I would like to point out the manager I've seen on my visits, Ashley, has been very nice and wants your experience with this location to be great. The order takers I've had each time are great and staple employees at this location well it tells you something is being done properly as a team. Food is always freshly made with fresh ingredients, and the temps of the food are fantastic! I'm not big on milkshakes but seem very popular at this location. Condiments are always stocked, plastics (fork, spoons) as well. Drink machine sodas are fresh tasting as well. This location is an asset to Five Guys by how well it's run by a great team! read more

How do you order a bacon cheese burger bowl and you send it out the door without the cheese or the burger. ‍ You had one job and you failed and then have to sit in line and wait another "who knows how long" before the beef is cooked as our fries and other burger become cold. Toasty surprise! This is my favorite stop when in the mood for a good burger, been eating here for the past three years. This time my burger buns were sligthly toasted, what a sigificant difference this made, the buns did not dissolve and break up as they usually do, I told the person in charge, and thank them. I mentioned this place in my recent review of Cook Out, so I figured I better write a review to compare the two. There's no question here that the burgers are very tasty and the service has always been great whenever I come here to place a take-out order. You can also dress up your burger any way you like with a variety of toppings (I always like to get A-1 sauce and veggies on mine). Plus I like to fact that I can snack on peanuts in the store while waiting for my order (which has never taken more than 5-10 minutes). The prices are somewhat high, but you do get a lot for your money. The burgers are definitely worth every penny if you like good burgers. Their smallest order of fries is enormous and more than enough for one person (in fact, I end up giving some of my fries to someone else since I can finish them all). The reason I'm more partial to Cook Out than Five Guys boils down to one word: grease. All of the food I get from Five Guys is handed to me in a paper bag that is already saturated with grease (from the peanut oil that they use for cooking) by the time I get home. The fries are covered in grease which also drips from the burger when I try to eat it. Don't get me wrong...these are some of the best-tasting burgers you are likely to have. But it's hard for me to enjoy it without thinking about the damage the grease is likely doing to my arteries. For that reason, I only eat from here once or twice a year if I'm in the mood for a little indulgence. Other times I will go to Cook Out if I need a good burger fix. Personal misgivings about grease aside, this is still not a bad place to go for a burger fix. However, if you're a health-conscious person like me, you might not want to eat from here too often. It doesn't get any easier or more tasty than 5 Guys. You know what to expect and get - burgers and fries and fries and burgers. The only decisions you have to make are how big do you want your burger and how many toppings can you handle. The veggie "burger" is my favorite because it's just fresh veggies fried and piled on the bun. Whatever size fry you want - go bigger. It's not healthy and it's terribly addicting but it's delicious. As a guest, you are greeted on the way in, the team is happy and friendly, and someone always bids you farewell on your way out the door. My only complaint is that the music is really LOUD.
