Stopped in today and discovered that they offer Brisket and Pulled Pork sandwiches. Of course I had to test the brisket. Nice try but not a fan. Good smoke ring color but it didn't have any taste or smell of any smoke that might have been used. I know they don't smoke Brisket here so it came from somewhere else. The portion was not cut like a traditional brisket. The slices (maybe 4 or 5) were less than 1/8". It was a little dry, placed on a sesame seed hamburger bun and over top of 3 dill pickle slices (what, no slaw???). I don't recommend, no flavor or texture. Nice try. read more

I'm writing this review mostly based on the well cleaned restroom. It was so clean I thought I was in the women's restroom. Service was great and friendly. It is wheelchair accessible which means it has my most sincere upvote. And before I end this review I would like to mention the meat mountain should probably not be eaten by a man of my age it can most likely cause a heart attack. read more

The Arby's jingle is "we have the meats." Yes, they do. It had been a while since my last visit to an Arby's. Frankly, it had been years. To my surprise, they no longer sell the Cordon Bleu sandwich or potato cakes! Thank goodness they kept the Jamoca shake!! Although I was disappointed in not seeing my old favorites on the menu, I did get to see a healthier fare with salads, baked potatoes, along with classics like the Beef 'n Cheddar sandwich. Service is friendly and with a smile. The associates are very helpful in the decision making process (so many good choices). This particular store is super clean with a convenient location. Despite missing my old favorites, I'll be returning to Arby's! read more

My wife and I ate here last-night. We purchased two French Dip sandwiches and curly fries. I have always held Arby's in a much higher regard (like I do Chick Fil A) when it comes to fast-food restaurants. . . pretty much higher quality food and better service. I have always driven by my more locally situated location to go to this location which has provided a far better experience in the past, i.e. better, fresher food, better service, etc. Sadly, this location is slipping terribly. My last three trips here have been considerably sub-par. Cool food, slow service, managers in the lobby and dining room on their cell phones of personal calls (not last night though) . . . NOTE: I could hear one side of the conversation, so it made it easy to determine it was personal. I have had a constant problem with under portioned menu items with my last three or so visits. It has gotten so bad that I had to start weighing the items (roast beef) upon arriving home for to go orders. Most of the time I eat-in and I keep forgetting my issues with this chain and location. BTW: Every time I have weighed a sandwiches meat, it has been very light. I mean you pay a heavy price for a half pound sandwich and ONLY get 6 oz., I mean that is 25% less than you're paying for. It may not sound like much, but trust me, you can easily see the difference and shortage. I guess that is one way to keep food cost in line! I had told myself that I would start bringing my calibrated digital food scale with me on subsequent visits and weigh the meat at the table, but I keep forgetting. Anyway, the French Dips weren't even close to portioned properly, the meat was overcooked and cool, the rolls were dry, at least one of them. Additionally, they were way way to fast on pre-closing the store. The restaurant was so broken down that they couldn't seem to function properly, yet it was ONLY 8:03pm when we ordered and they don't officially close until 10:00PM. It was absurd! Anyway, one of the dips had pretty hard and stale bread, both were very light on the roast beef, though I didn't weigh then to verify just how light they were as I again forgot to bring my scale, the au jus in one cup was about half of what the portion should have been and the other was OK. Both containers of au jus were EXTREMELY salty. . . way too salty. . . as if they had been on a steam table of hot plate all day and had reduced down. NOTE: I have no clue how they actually hold this product, if it's held hot or cold, so my previous statement is for example of taste purposes only. I am about at the end of my run with Arby's. . . they let me down every time I visit now, so I don't see myself continuing to spend the extra money that this previously 'upper level' fast-food restaurant charges. I love the Arby's products and the way they normally taste, so I will likely give them one more chance, but I am nearing my end with them as they are no longer offering a better product than other restaurants in my area. So my willingness to pay their inflated premium prices is no longer attractive. Giving them a two star review is a stretch, but I gave them a two star rating ONLY because I know they can do so much better. The regional manager or area director needs to get in there and put the management team on notice. read more

Arby's has more than "the beef"! It has a clean, comfortable ambiance that makes you want to dine in! There's light pleasant music playing in the background. The drink station is well stocked and the tables and floors were pristine! After we ordered, we slid into a cozy booth and waited what seemed like 5 seconds for our food! It server brought it over and asked if he could get us anything else. Even though Arby's is classified as "fast food", eating here seemed more like a "nice, neighborhood" restaurant channeling Applebees. Our food was hot and delicious... the chicken cordon bleu sandwich is scrumptious! And their rotisserie chicken with all those herbs and spices can't be beat! I like that they have healthier options too like salads and veggies - I usually get the steamed broccoli with my chicken! Of course, the roast beef and curly fries rule!! And the zucchini muffins are awesome! In the winter, I crave their Brunswick stew! Try it! Arby's, y'all got it right! read more

Went into this restaurant with a sign on the window for half priced shakes. Waited at the counter for over 5 minutes before someone came over to help. Looked like 2 guys were working with a male manager. The manager walked over for a moment asked if I was being helped and I said no. One of the guys yelled out I'll get him and he turned around and walked away. I think he should of took my order since I've been waiting there There was a young guy working the shakes machine, complaining loudly about the amount of shakes he had to keep making. I work nearby so I frequent this Arby's pretty often when I go get lunch. All of the staff is really friendly, the food is always fresh and my order has always been correct. Even during the lunch rush everything is perfect. I went in today and the man that took my order - I didn't get his name but my receipt says Eddie - was very pleasant and personable. 10/2/23. This review is for the Arbys at 13220 Midlothian Turnpike. I paid $9.25 for a regular roast beef sandwich and a small coke. I thought that was a very high price, but I had always remembered Arbys to be so good, so I went ahead and spent the money thinking it would be worth it. Big mistake. The "roast beef" sandwich was mostly just bread. There was very little roast beef on it at all. I can handle it if I had a bad meal, but this is just plain deceit and to me, it is evil. I should have known better to go in with no cars in the parking lot at lunch time. That's a sign that something is not right. I just wanted to let the hard working people who innocently stop in to this Arbys, to know about this before the same thing happens to them. I like reviewing fast food places. We all eat it occasionally and it never fails that you get into the great debate. "I don't want to get out of my car, so which fast food place should I go to?" I personally like Arby's. (Even if the Simpsons don't.) So I stopped by today and got a Three Cheese Steak Sandwich and an order of Curly Fries. The sandwich was surprisingly good. Swiss, Cheddar, and Gouda with some sort of steak-meat with sauce and a shockingly tasty bun. Seriously, the bun was actually good. I live in horrible fear of stale buns when hitting up fast food, and this one was perfect. And that's that. Arby's makes a tasty sandwich. Also, they have the happiest employees. The service remains incredibly slow and out of a half dozen recent trips, I only received the correct order once. How can a restaurant stay in business with this bad of service? Tried again today around 7pm. 3 cars ahead of me and was waiting for minutes and still did not move. I backed up and left to another place and the 1st car at speaker still hadn't placed the order. For the price I expect better. The tables are rarely clean. The last 2 times I was there we had to wait for a cashier to take our order even though no one was ahead of us (once we waited 4 minutes to order.) Once recently I ordered and paid for a salad. I sat down and the employee came over and told me they were out of the salad I ordered. It was 1:15pm. They should've made a salad, or at least told me they were out when I ordered, before I paid. The last time I was there I ordered a deluxe potato and got a broccoli and cheddar potato instead. I tried to eat it anyway. This Arby's is fantastic! I have to pass the Arby's by Brandermill to come here. Every time I visit this location I am greeted by great employees who are eager to make you happy. Eddie the manager knows almost everyone by name and always makes time to say hello to the customers and make them feel welcome and important. To anyone who isn't local to the Richmond area- I have to start off by telling you that a select number of Arby's here have rotisserie chicken and delicious zucchini muffins. So for that reason alone make sure to stop by Arby's while you're here. You should also make sure that this location is the Arby's you choose!! Everything is always hot, fresh! The employees are all very friendly and you can tell this is a great environment to work in. The manager always makes a point to say hello and if you come here several times- you will learn that he knows your name! This is nothing like your run of the mill fast food restaurant- you feel like you're eating at a real restaurant with great customer service to top it all off.
