I've not been to Arby's, maybe in 20 years. I vaguely remember their roast beef sandwich, curly fries, and barbecue sauce and horsey radish sauce. They have so much more than I remember so much more, and they all looked good on the menu display! I got a corn beef san and it was delicious! BF got classic French dip, curly fries large premium shake, he enjoyed it. They have new sauces, I don't remember the name exactly, spicy peppered sauce, I love it! Service was friendly and quick and all the tables were clean, equipped with Arby's own barbecue sauce. I live far away from this Arby's. DRIVE IN REVIEW: So this is short ans to the point... service was good. The drive through is limited view of the servers but from what I could see.... gloves were used. Now as for the food..... motz sticks.... sorry,but sonics is better. If you are that, "i like to see a stretch in my cheese" these are not it. Now as for the burger... it never disappoints. Today was one of those days I needed something good, filling and most of all curly. Yep curly fries are my weakness and I knew Arby's was the spot I needed. I ordered the kids meal. Before you frown up, try it! It's filing and hits the spot. I ordered the turkey/cheese slider, curly fries and sweet tea. The slider was fresh, warm and the cheese melted just right. My curly fries was the perfect amount for my tastebud. The ice tea was perfectly sweet and not diabetic overload. I enjoyed that this meal was priced under $4 and offered stomach fullness. I appreciate the service at the drive thru both friendly & courteous. I will see y'all again and bring the family. This location is super unique! The store is bigger and has more bells and whistles. They also rock the old school cowboy hat marquis sign outside! Ok I usually don't do reviews but today I'm a leave one lol I usually come here to this location and sometimes the food be hot as I asked for (cooked to order). I go to the car and wait as I look up I see a tall guy like he is enjoying his job. But one thing I did notice how he keep touching his beard with his gloves and wiping the debris off on his shirt, as I'm still watching him, proceeded to wipe his beard with his glove on then proceeds to touch a bun. Absolutely disgusting as I seen that I walked back in and told them I do not want my food no more I want my refund because that is absolutely disgusting, he needs to be wearing an apron and changing gloves frequently especially if you're going to be cooking peoples order. This isn't just another Arby's; it's like a hometown cafe! I spent 5 weeks working in Richmond during the summer of 2011 and ate here many times after discovering their unique menu. Fast forward to today when I had the chance to pass through town during a beach road trip and stop for a reminder of how delicious their food is. It did not disappoint! First thing you'll notice walking in is how busy their dining area is -- even the locals know how special this place is! There are no menu boards behind the registers; pick up the card stock menus while you wait in line (which moves quite quickly!) What makes this and other Richmond Arby's stand out is the menu selection. Unlike regular Arby's in the franchise, you have the option of turkey sandwiches, rotisserie chicken and fresh vegetable sides in addition to the roast beef sandwiches (grass-fed) and curly fries. True to old habit, I ordered a plate of 1/2 dark rotisserie chicken which came with 2 legs and 2 thighs and a side of broccoli and a side of corn. The cashier who took my order was a sweet grandma-like lady who called me sweetie and made me feel like I made a great decision in my food choice. It always took forever to find what you wanted and you couldn't see one end from the other end of the counter. There are now small menus in front of each register. Went in the other day after about a year - they were just way too expensive for the quick lunch away from work. They're still a little high in price. The quality of food is always good but I just can't justify the price for what I'm getting. Arby's in the RVA metro area are more than the average Arby's. We have more menu items than just sandwiches, salads, and potato curly fries. The location across fron DGSG in Chester on Jeff Davis is by far the worst Arby's I have ever ordered and tried to eat the food they dispense. I have talked to the manager and nothing changes. I ordered 4 orders of cheese sticks and they were cooked so long they did not have cheese in them... but ...that was not the managers fault.. I have bought reuben's that are revolting and tried to explain they would be better if the sauerkraut was rinsed and allowed to dry before serving only to be laughed at. I rarely get a correct takeout order. Today the cinna muffins looked incredible on the menu but should be sent to the National Hockey League for consideration for a new puck. I order takeout or delivery because I am too sick to cook. Arby's rotisserie chicken, veggies, salads and other items are great at every location. Going to the original Arby's in Petersburg is a treat. The Arby's on Jeff Davis is lucrative because of the location not because of the food or diservice the current management provides the patrons with poor food quality and rude "not my fault" customer service skills. Tonight was definitely my last visit to that location. I only hope upper management knows they are only as good as their weakest worst run restaurant. read more

This place always treats me right. I come here normally after I leave the gym it's the closest fast food place to the gym and I'm always pleased. I come here for the rotisserie chicken, I get gyros, zucchini muffins, different sandwiches or anything else that catches my eye. The drive-through is fast and the place is normally clean I always have a good experience. Wow! This place is bizarre in a really good way. We were driving back to South Carolina from DC and took the exit that this Arby's is advertised on. It should be noted that this Arby's is actually quite a ways off the highway, which while it initially annoyed us, the quality of the restaurant quickly made up for it. The restaurant has retained all their old signs and decorations which is really neat, and the entire place is very clean and put together. The servers are extremely pleasant and not at all what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. All the meats are gmo and antibiotic free, and they even have full chickens roasting on the counter. Their menu included things such as turkey avacado wrap, and while they don't have everything a normal Arby's does, the quality of what they do have more than makes up for it. When attendant took my payment (debit card) he thanked me by name (Mr. Smith) as if it was his pleasure to serve me. Arby's never disappoints. First off, they have those yummy zucchini muffins. Second, all the food tastes great. The new Steak Fajita Flatbread is delicious! I had the fiery one, which has quite a quick to it. For $5, you get a filling sandwich. The cost of going to Arby's can be higher than other fast food joints, but you do get a fresher taste. I had not been to an Arby's in years prior to visiting this location on the way back home from Washington, DC, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the Arby's was. Update: They have started doing family dinners now and I think they are a great value. You get either Roast Beef, Sliced Turkey or Rotisserie Chicken, with 4 rolls/buns and 4 sides. They are only $14.99 which is a pretty good deal but then they have specials on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday where you get one of them for $9.99 I think those are great deals, so I'll pick one up to take home every once in a while for the family. This establishment is getting 1 star because I know this is not like them at all, and I'll never eat here again if I can help it. First of all, my family came inside for a sit down meal. No other customers were there yet, and it was fairly close to the usual lunch hour on a Sunday. We ordered our food; nothing complicated for a family of five, but we waited over 45 minutes before the cashier FINALLY approached us with an explanation. Apparently our order never got entered in the system so we sat waiting for nothing. Then when they realized the error, they tried to get the order done but it was being held back due to my father's sandwich. That made NO sense. Why not bring out everyone else's food while we continue to wait for my father's order? I hate to be blunt, but that girl was not the brightest in resolving this issue. Our suggestion seemed to stupify her. Needless to say, we waited another 10 minutes then waalah. When the food arrived, the curly fries were cold, and my sandwich was the most pathetically prepared chicken sandwich in the history of Arby's! Two bites in and I threw the dang thing away. It was cold, overcooked, dry, and stiff. The bread was smashed and sad to look at. It seemed like it was left over from the previous night or something - most horrid piece of food I've ever eaten. Didn't want to waste anymore time or money on anything else since everyone lucked out with semi-decent food except me; not to mention if they couldn't get it right with no one there then I don't trust them to get it right with the lunch crowd arriving from church. This is a shame because I've been here a couple times before with my mother for lunch and my boyfriend for dinner. How in the world it turned this sour and stupid so fast is beyond me. Welcome to a place that is Arby's but a bit more. The first time that I had the opportunity to walk into this place I was blown away. This is definitely an upgrade to the original franchise that includes rotisserie chicken sandwiches that go beyond cold cuts and a nod to Southern Classic Foods. I have eaten at this Arby's for forever and never been disappointed until today. Sat in drive thru for more than 10 minutes and couldn't leave due to it being a single lane drive thru. I was picking up some loaded curly fries( don't judge me) and forgot bot the mini slider I was suppose to take home. The cashier had already told me my total but I'm still sitting at the lil box. On 8/13/17 my family and I were on a long drive home and stopped in for some carry-out food. I have never had a bad experience at an Arby's until this one. My bill was $53.34 and our roast beef sandwiches were gross. Something was off about the meat. It didn't smell right and had a funny taste. My boys (who eat anything) wouldn't eat any of the sandwiches. They also screwed up the milkshakes. (I didn't know that was even possible.) I assume they didn't mix it properly because our chocolate shakes had a texture like fiber was mixed into it. This is the first time in my lifetime that I threw away a bunch of milkshakes and Arby's roast beef sandwiches. So my family ate the most expensive curly fries of my life. I love Arby's and I like this location because it is close and generally has good service. Lately this has been an issue as you can tell some of the employees do not want to be there. I do not want to feel like I'm inconveniencing someone for expecting them to do their job. If I place an order and receive something completely different why am I treated like it was something I did wrong? If you need me to wait and ask me to park my crew cab dually behind another pickup truck in the waiting area to the side of the drive through that is barely big enough for two small cars why am I getting my food tossed into the truck like I did something wrong because I can't fit my truck there.
