That said, many locations are friendlier, and Firehouse seems to be another victim of the competitive marketplace for hiring good staff. It's a shared pavilion but so long as you come at a non-peak dinner time it is still relatively quiet. I may still return if decent app coupons come my way, but Firehouse these days is always at least three or four spots down my list of sandwich spots to frequent. They have fallen on hard times for sure.
