The service here is amazing and the food comes out quickly. I have never had any issues with my order and my food is always hot.

They have an issue with parking/ parking lot crowding. other than that, you get what you expect.

This chick fil a continues to impress me whenever I go! I've never had a problem with the food or my order, very standard across the board chick fil a food. The service is so friendly and they are super on top of things considering how busy this place can get! Not a ton of seating but it's a small strip mall location so I feel like that's to be expected. For the amount of foot traffic that's comes into this restaurant the service is always prestige. The attendants inside are very courteous to their customers and always ended with a "thank you" or "my pleasure." My meal was freshly made just as expected and lemonade was just the right amount of sweet. Definitely love this establishment. read more

This Chick-fil-A is located in Willow Lawn and hence, there's no drive thru. However, like many of its sister stores, the service is impeccable and the food is consistent. It was super clean and the on-duty manager was constantly wiping down tables and filling the condiment station when she wasn't assisting customers or helping her crew. Right during the prime lunch time, it can get busy-but I came in about 1:30 and there was no line and my order came lightning fast. Their famous "my pleasure" response was spoken to me several times and it always makes me smile. They do chicken right and they train their staff! I'm looking forward to the holiday season because I love the candy cane mint milk shakes that only come out that time of year!! This Chick Fil A is under new management as the previous manager just opened another store across the street. Most of the experienced folks went to the new location. Since then, service is okay but slower. The last few timesI have ordered salads, the order was filled incorrectly so check your purchase if you carry out. They are getting better with practice. There's free wifi and good coffee in the morning. This location does not have a drive through, which creates staff for giving more attention and better service to customers. They actually bring your food out to you if you are dining in, which I never experienced in other Chick-fil-A locations; I am not sure if this is due to corporate change or just something this location does. The store is wheel chair accessible. There's small personal touches like having real fresh flowers at a table, which I've never seen at a fast food place; a bonus in my book. read more

I love Chick-fil-A - have for year's! Never a bad meal....until last night. First of all, my husband and I have perfect hearing. We've both been checked. Why is it that the person behind the counter (who was very nice) has to talk fast and then mumble on top of that? After saying "excuse me?" over and over, that should be a hint to speak up. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt - maybe she's just shy. Now to the food. The lemonade had large amounts of pulp. Enough to make you gag even if you are a pulp-loving person. The fries are almost the best in the world....except when half the carton has tiny pieces that had to be scraped together in order to put them in 2 cartons, not just one. Two or three waffle fries were put on top as to cover what was in the bottom. The chicken soup would have been so good on such a cold day except that it was room temp. Trying to look on the positive side, I decided to take it home and heat it up for lunch the next day. The chicken nuggets were grisly and cooled off. For what it's worth, my husband's chicken sandwich was good. Still, we sat there feeling awkward about saying something to management. We finally decided to do it. My husband asked to speak with a manager but I think it was one of the girls that took orders that came out to see us. She did offer us two coupons for a free sandwich/8 piece nuggets. The whole meal should have been comped but that may not be an option. It's too bad because we had passed another really good Chick-fil-A on our way to this one. Went in for a to go breakfast order - was ignored and apparently my transaction didn't process because I missed the final step on the app. Had an employee responded to me while trying to get their attention, I probably would have had time enough to process my order fully & I wouldn't have missed breakfast. The Chick-Fil-A inside willow lawn moved to the exterior of the mall... we were hoping it would be better, but here was our experience: --soggy fries, undercooked and cold --the soda tasted like bleach or windex, I asked for a different flavor and that one tasted like chemicals too, and so did my husband's. I've visited this location several times and each has been extremely pleasant. The staff here are all helpful & friendly, right on par with what you'd expect from the Chick-Fil-A brand. Same goes for the food. It's hot, fresh, and tasty every time! This particular Chick-Fil-A DOES NOT have a DRIVE-THRU.. I know that can be important to people. The lack of a drive-thru window is due to the restaurant being housed in a strip-mall, the entirety of the building is surrounded by other establishments. read more

I love chick fil a :) this location is kind of bugs me a bit. The tables are so close to each other it is annoying!. But the spicy chicken with unsalted fries are delicious. Will not be returning to this Chick fil a location in the future. Very disappointed and shocked with the customer service. Ordered salads and didn't even get my dressings nor the tortilla chips. Instead all they gave us was granola for yogurt which we never even ordered! We asked to order spicy deluxe sandwiches and the cashier put it down as sandwiches. Went up and told them we ordered deluxe, and they had the audacity to just ask if we wanted a tomato and lettuce on the side!!! If I had gone to any other location, they would have given me another sandwich! Didn't get any forks or straws for the salads and drinks. Very unclean and bathrooms don't have toilet paper nor paper towels. This place shouldn't even be allowed to be called chick fil a! read more

Chick Fil A has a real good grasp of food quality and service & this place was no exception. This location was very busy and was really quick in getting the food out. I loved the fact that there was outdoor seating and under the extended roof pitch. I am a well balanced in my approach to food that entails me being a professional cook with many years experience in many types of cuisines from Latin America, Greek, Italian, and many more. I take food as the ultimate pleasure in life along with many other things. I give my reviews based on my experiences eating out at least 2 times a day and 5-6 days a week. I rarely give 1 stars and most restaurants get an average rating 3 stars, with some very good restaurants or places receiving 4 stars, and those that stand out receive 5 stars. Every single time that I've gone to the Chick-Fil-A at Willow Lawn, I've had to wait in line for at least 12 minutes, before I could even place my order. Normally this wouldn't bother me too much, but here's the kicker- there was no one else in the restaurant. Literally no one. I knew that the employees could see me, but they flat-out ignored me for well over 15 minutes the last time I went. This one in particular is on the small side and hidden in a strip mall (which makes parking inconvenient during high traffic shopping hours), but the attention and service are good.
