Fast and professional service. I love the fried Chicharron with guacamole. The drinks are delicious. Desserts are delicious and chicken is fresh every day.

This spot never fails!! The chicken is always so juicy and tender. I got a half chicken, yuca fries, and beans. I also got a side of fried plantains with a cream sauce for dessert. Good service too!

chicken quesadilla!

Drive by these spots every day, and finally made my way into one. Was pleasantly surprised! Felt more homey than what I expected - delicious chicken quesadilla, although I wish I went with something more adventurous as someone else at my table got a huge burrito and another got some huge chicken dish that looked delish. Nothing too special on the interior, gives off fast food/fast casual with a twist. Quick service, appreciated the speed in which my food came out because I was in a bit of a hurry!

Whole chicken and ribs - sides were rice and beans, yuca fries, regular fries

Cheap and flavorful chicken. Would skip the ribs - it was ehhh. We made the mistake of trying different sides and I would say get the yuca fries all the way. Regular fries and rice was not good. Yuca fries stayed crispy after sitting in a bag for 35 minutes. Chicken was very flavorful and such a great value. Can't believe this is considered a fast food joint.

The yucca was yummy, the chicken was yummy. The tres leches is spongy and tastes good. I like the decorations! By Chloe

I'd heard about this place for some time and I vowed to visit on my next trip home. So as I drove from a long day one day I stopped here on the way back to my hotel to get some dinner. The guy in the drive-through was extremely friendly and helpful on suggestions for a weary traveler. I decided on the 3 taco platter, with rice and beans. It also included guacamole, Pico, lettuce and sour cream.. It all tasted great and I only made it through about half the platter before saving the rest for breakfast the next morning. Next time I think I'll try the roast chicken, it smelled heavenly as I waited in the drive thru. Thank guys!

We are home due to COVID-19 but still want to support local restaurants. We've been ordering in a lot, so we wanted something good and economical. Chicken Fiesta fit the bill. We ordered the full chicken, which came with 2 sides. For sides we ordered rice and beans. We also ordered a side of tortillas and extra sauce. I think all in with delivery it was around $30-35...a total bargain for the quality. Sides are small so plan to order extra or supplement with your own salad or other veg. Everything was tasty and I'm a huge fan of the spicy green sauce. So yummy. Order from Chicken Fiesta and keep everyone busy and your tummy happy.

1/2 Rotisserie Chicken + Rice + Beans + Yucca Fries

First time ever trying Chicken Fiesta and although I have tried other Mexican food places this one became number 1 in the list even above the more 'fancy' places. Ambience wise isn't much but the service was fast, efficient and staff was friendly which makes up for it big time. My wife ordered the Taco Platter and she said it was delicious, the meat wasn't dry and the sauces and guacamole were flavorful and well spiced. She really enjoyed her yuca fries even making a little happy 'dance' while eating them. I ordered the Combo of 1/2 Rotisserie Chicken that came with a small side salad, rice, beans and fries (I chose the Yuca Fries), it was all delicious, portions were just generous, the chicken had just enough spice and didn't taste dry at all. The salad was pretty basic but the rice and beans were very flavorful and I enjoyed it throughly. I absolutely loved the Yuca fries, crispy yet soft on the inside, it all tasted pretty fresh. To add to it I have a pretty delicate stomach (Kind of IBS) and Mexican food has always made it very upset which is why I was reluctant to try it until now but this was actually the first Mexican food place that hasn't made me feel bloated or in pain. Price was more than fair for the amount and quality of food. I will definitely visit again!

I must say I have neglected Chicken Fiesta for a minute. I had company and they ordered Chicken Fiesta. All of the food was seasoned and prepared exceptionally. Everything was devoured in a matter of seconds. They ordered an entire roasted chicken, fried casava and rice (the rice wasn't great). Everything was so good that I ordered food for myself the day after. I ordered grilled chicken tacos, the grilled chicken breast platter (with rice and red beans which was amazing this time around). I added my own cilantro, but the taco's were very good. I wish they would have allowed me to customize our order in door dash. I would have requested salsa or cilantro, The meat was a little bland, but I still enjoyed my tacos. I can eat many of their dishes for my keto diet, which places them on my protein to go list.

A little taste of Mexico! Chicken Fiesta has the most authentic Mexican taste to me! I love their rotisserie chicken it reminds me of my trip to Quintana Roo! The chicken will dance on your tongue and have you longing for more. I usually order the taco salad because I enjoy the crispy fried taco shell loaded with avocados, sour cream , chicken, cheese and fixing. I've never ever been disappointed here. Front the upbeat Latin music when you enter the restaurant to the pleasant cashiers and the smell of chicken cooking on a spit over charcoal! This is the perfect place to get over the weekday blues. Whenever I'm not sure what I want for dinner I always come here.

Not sure what was going on with the fried chicken sandwich tonight. Texture was off. I wasn't able to eat it.

The ambiance can be described as eclectic and casual. It's great for big groups and relaxed lunches. There's a variety of menu options for food and drink. Our server was nice, but she didn't really answer our questions about the menu or substitutions, which was a little inconvenient. Also, we kept having to ask for utensils and napkins, which made our food get a bit cold. The pineapple habanero margarita tasted like spicy pineapple juice and was pretty expensive. It was pretty, but not worth the money. The food also was really average, but the portion sizes were good for sharing. The huitlacoche tacos were a little bland and soggy, the chicken chipotle tacos had a good sauce but were also soggy and the fajitas did not have enough seasoning. Not a restaurant that I would come back to, but I liked it's proximity to other dessert places nearby.

I noticed the ice cream/yogurt spot nearby was hopping. There was a person asking for change outside the front door. We were greeted by an enthusiastic host and seated immediately at a booth up front. The server came by within seconds and brought us water and place settings. We decided to get the chips and salsa for an appetizer and a pair of melting chimichangas for entrees. I can't resist some chorizo and steak. My partner got the chimichanga without chorizo and with chicken. The ambiance was colorful with beautifully painted murals on each wall, and the atmosphere was undeniably loud. There were lots of patrons. The place was packed, even at the bar, so your mileage may vary. We received our orders within minutes of each other, so there wasn't much of a wait time. The chips and salsa were homemade, fresh, warm, and delicious (muy rico). Same for the entrees; exactly what I want in a Mexican food restaurant. The chorizo and steak were well-cooked, seasoned, and chopped finely, but not ground. I was in heaven with that chimichanga. We had to take home leftovers. The next night, heated in the oven at 325 for 30 minutes, they were similarly excellent. The night ended without dessert, sadly (too full). However, the server was quick and efficient, and he was always around to fill water and bring anything we needed throughout the meal. Great experience overall. We will definitely return here whenever we have a hankering for some good Mexican food at reasonable prices. I can recommend this place to anyone who appreciates hearty and filling Mexican food.

The calamari were crispy and came out hot and throwing a little something different since this place is a fusion of Mexican/Chinese it came with gyoza dipping sauce. The menu is filled with options that combine two different styles but if you are not feeling adventitious you can get the standard. For the main course I went with the Szechuan Surf & Turf Burrito. Yooooooo.......... I was like who... no what ..... why .... How did someone come up with this. It is like when you visit somewhere and have good food but you know you are visiting and will not have it again until you return. Hopefully the place is still open. So much flavor packed up and rolled by some angel's hands back in that kitchen. No hunting for shrimp as with some places when they tell there is shrimp in the selection. I am so glad we decided to eat there because you can tell this is the type of meal where eating it hot is the only way to do it justice. This place is not the first to have a fusion of foods, but I can say it does a better job than most. Richmond has some great eating spots and is quietly a foodie spot to check out.

Food as decent, but suffering from fusion confusion. I specifically mentioned to the server that I…read morewanted spicy (which should be a given for any Szechuan dish) but results were lackluster at best. I was provided with Sriracha, but if you slather it on, that's all you taste! Wife's bulgogi burrito was better, but all-in-all we weren't thrilled. When you factor in the difficulty of street parking downtown, and the price (2 lunch burritos with tip and tax were @ $45) I don't think we'd make a special effort to return.

I didn't expect chips, but a big, krispy fresh-tasting bag of them with a touch of salt sprinkled on were included, along with a tomatoey and a creamy sauce. On top of the small portions, the food was dry and lacked flavor. Some of the tortillas were hard, and the beans were probably the best part of the meal. Overall, the service was decent, but the food quality, portions, and prices just don't add up. For what I paid, I expected much better.
