The positives first: the staff was friendly, my order came out quickly, and you really can't beat the prices for what you get. Everything else we ordered was fresh, tasted great, and we had no issues at all. Unfortunately, my corn dog was burnt from end to end. The outside was nearly black, and the inside was dry enough that it was inedible. It was disappointing because it should have never made it out of the kitchen in that condition. I'm giving 3 stars because the customer service, value, and the rest of the food were all great. I'm hoping this was just a one-time mistake because I really do enjoy Cook Out and will definitely give this location another chance. They had a good amount of business, especially for a Wednesday at an off-peak hour. I just can't justify a return based on the food quality.
