Not worth the price! I'm willing to spend a lot of money on food if it's good, but Panera is just mediocre at best. Me and my boyfriend got a salad and small pasta bowl. The lady taking our order said we get free sides, such as a choice of chips and bread on the side. Well those sides were not free and added up and our total ended up being $30! Well I thought maybe its that good that it's worth $30. But it was not good. The salad was flavorless even with dressing, the pasta bowl was actually good, but our food was definitely not worth $30. If you have any gluten allergy, I would not recommend eating here. Unfortunately when I have order takers asking me if cheese is gluten- It's a little disconcerting to say in the slightest. I have an intolerance to gluten and am always looking for a safe place to eat; I want to help others find or steer away from places to go. I went there this morning at 10:29. I asked to order a breakfast sandwich. The sign for breakfast was still in front of her register, as I asked her for the sandwich that was advertised. The girl that was taking my order very rudely turn the sign over and said sorry we're no longer serving breakfast. So I ordered a bagel instead. She then told the girl next to her to change her sign as well, as breakfast was over. I ignored it and went to go pick up my order and I asked the other girl giving me my bagel what time is breakfast stop serving at? And she said we stopped at 10:30. I eat at Panera usually a couple of times a month at different locations. This particular location was not on it's A game this week. We walked in with no line. However, there was no greeting either by the cashier. She was standing behind the register looking into space. Standing right in front of her, I had to initiate the hello. Maybe she worked a long shift. Either way you could tell she wasn't excited to be there. They were out of chicken noodle soup. How is that even possible? The turkey chili was good. Portion sizes seem to decrease quite frequently. We were offered a free pastry because of our rewards. It was stale...so that was wasted as I'm guessing it sat out all day. Wow ordered my sandwich at the self serve, no tomatoes no onion. Didn't get it right the first time nbd. Ask for my sandwich to be remade for them to just take it off witch the slimy part of the tomato still on it. Let's try this again. Your name will appear on the screen as it's "ready" but still takes a few for the food to come out.. and then your name goes away while still waiting but that's not a deal breaker for me. So we came here today. First the cashier appeared to be upset and was not friendly. So we ordered for three people just a sandwich and soup and a few drinks. $43.00 later we sat down. The staff appeared to be out it. Our food came and the order was wrong, we told them no avocado, but avocado was on the sandwiches. So we asked if they could correct it. Yes - you guessed it they scraped the avocado off the sand which and left a green film on the bread and gave them back to us. The sand which was now cold and getting undesirable. We told them this was not acceptable. We had to tell them we wanted a new sandwich. They took the plate and left. They returned 5 minutes later left the plate did not say they were sorry. Then we realized they did not bring the potato chips back with the plate. You would think the manager would come over at that point and explain they were wrong and make it right. Nope! This place is expensive and I do not recommend it. From the other reviews it appears this place has issues and needs the manager removed. UPDATE: so we just spoke with Brittnay "only the manager" as she told me. I explained the problem and she never said they were sorry. Then she said they hire teenagers and people part-time. They have issues training them !!! Really... I told her I now understand why this place is screwed up. She then did say she apologized. The food was fantastic, but the experience left a lot to be desired. I walked in for the first time, looked right, then left at some kiosks, then walked to a line at the back of the store. I want to be helped by people, not machines. Anyway, I get my food, I start eating, and the food manager is shouting to the workers, "WHO ISN'T PUTTING LIDS ON THE FOOD?!?! I would like the order kiosks if it had everything that was on the menu. I dont understand why it wouldn't have everything that the menu behind the counter has but it's super irritating. Pulled up to the restaurant at approximately 7:15. No exterior lighting. The place looked closed. Sent my wife to the door to check their hours and see if the door was unlocked. They were open. Closes at 9:30!!! Would appear that the staff didn't want anyone coming in and had turned the exterior lights off. Had to ask for butter as it had been picked up from the condiment area. If that wasn't enough, they were in the process of draining the ice tea dispensers to clean them for the day. Again, at 7:30!! And, they don't close until 9:30!! Seemed obvious that so one wanted to stay a minute past 9:30. Appears to be a serious management deficiency at the restaurant. read more

The food is good but the staff is terrible. I placed an order online for a flatbread and it is supposed to be done within 10 minutes. I was sitting in the waiting area for about 15 minutes and the manager walked past me probably about 5 times without saying anything. Finally 25 minutes after I placed my order I asked one of the associates when it would be ready.. I went to Panera Bread for the first time recently and will not be going back. The salads were good but way overpriced, the place was dirty, and the staff was deliberately innatentive. After ordering I was ignored by no fewer than four employees for 40 minutes until I finally asked the cashier - who had been going back and forth past me the entire time - if my food was ready and she said, "I don't know. Have you checked on the table back there?" When I asked her what she meant, she finally pointed past a dividing wall to a counter at the back of the store, where my order had been congealing the entire time. I'm just saying, I was only one of three customers and obviously waiting for my food, it would have been helpful for someone to just tell me where it was, or bring it out to me without me having to hunt it down myself. This struck me as lazy and unprofessional, so I give this place a solid F on customer service. read more

My coworkers were there yesterday and got accuse of stealing the tracker !!! He worst part is that two female workers try to search his pockets !! They order their food in the tablets so they never took the tracker after they found the tracker they didn't apologize!! Tried to go here tonight for a specific soup I wanted (it's on their to-go ordering as if it's available right now). Got there, nope, not even in the restaurant until tomorrow. And they weren't even apologetic about it - didn't even bother to look up when talking to us. Overpriced food and the restaurant looks like an old run down Denny's inside. No thank you, we took our business elsewhere. Which is a shame because I love this type of food and we live in the area. They could have had a lot of repeat business from us, but based on the others reviews for this location, I guess I shouldn't be surprised. How do you run a business like this and expect to do well? Ordered a cob salad with balsamic dressing and I came with onions which don't normally come on it and ranch dressing. Sent it back no onions but still ranch dressing. Took 30 minutes to correct the salad and everyone half already finished eat. Poor service don't recommend. read more
