This has been my new go-to! Sorry Salad and Go! This place actually has better tasting salads made fresh! If you haven't tried this place yet, you can get a chicken Salad (any flavor) for only $4.99! It's insane! I just keep coming back and buying this at least 1-2 times a week because it's easier and cheaper on the grocery bill! The chicken breast is coked fresh and has amazing flavor! My favorite is the Cobb salad because you get chicken, hard boiled egg, avocado, and bacon - tons of protein! Sub ranch dressing and if you don't want red onions, get extra cucumber instead :) The breakfast combo is a great deal too! $10 will feed you for breakfast and Lunch! Feedback on the place: there is no indoor seating. This is walk up window or drive thru only. It is also a no-cash establishment, you order at the speaker and pay right there with Apple Pay or tap your card. Then you pull forward and they had you your food. Sometimes I feel like it's a 1-man show. The same person taking your order, is cooking your food. I think they work a little extra hard here compared to your typical fast food. Feedback to Management: the parking lot and building needs a power wash! Everything is a little blah. And the drive thru could use some lights, it's a dark tunnel. The inside of the kitchen also looks chaotic- I think you need some organizers for the containers and things. Employees always seem friendly, but very busy. Might need more staff. I was craving some $5 salad so I swung by the Pinnacle Peak location and boy was it busy! I turned into the lot and stopped because the line was that backed up. I decided to come to this location instead since it was still on my way home. It's a bit hidden in this complex but I only had to drive around one time before circling back. There's a few parking spots but not too many, and it's walk up only. You can order online for pickup or use their kiosk, which I did. It was easy to order and pay and I waited for my food. No indoor seating available but there are some tables outside. There's a self serve drink machine but I didn't buy a drink. Ambiance is alright, felt small and cluttered. My two salads were ready in 10 minutes and I was on my way. Salads were tasty and a great deal. I like that this location is less busy, probably because of the area and the lack of a drive thru, and I'm glad I have another option for the future. read more

Why do I keep going back there? At one point, the food they made was pretty decent, but man has it gone into the crapper Went in today the trashcan was overflowing. The soda machine was broken and just running constantly. The floor was sticky. The counter was disgusting and even though I ordered food online, I walked out and left it. It was without a doubt the most disgusting mess I've ever seen I couldn't believe people were taking their food from there . It was horrible. They really need to step their game up a lot. Rating reflects the service only. My wife placed an order online, and I went to pick it up while ordering food for myself. When I arrived, they said her order wasn't in the system. About 30 minutes later, my wife went in and the store manager (Ray & Rural location) told her someone had already picked up the order--and they refused to make a replacement for a single salad. The manager was extremely rude, to the point where another customer even commented on it. Overall, a very disappointing experience. read more

The food was fresh, presentation beautiful & DELICIOUS!! We all cleaned our bowls! The energy drinks are amazing and definitely gave us the boost we needed. The first meal I purchased at Angie's Prime Grill, Caprese Salad, was great. Since then, the salads I've had have been so so. Purchased the caprese salad today and was a great disappointment. The mozzarella cheese was missing, had very little grilled chicken and a ton of gobs of fried croutons. We love Angie's! The price is perfect and the food quality is always on par. We order from them frequently (2-3x - month - usually 6-10 bowls at a time for two people) for pick up. I would only order salads that you are going to eat within 2-3 days, otherwise the greens will get too wilty. I had one bowl have a little bug in it and I just threw it away - yes I was disturbed but I just grabbed a new bowl and it was perfectly fine. Had never been before because I didn't know they had a vegetarian friendly protein option, but a friend recommended and I had to check it out! I online ordered a spicy honey ranch bowl, half Romaine half rice, and falafel as my protein. I loved that it includes a drink, I got the cold brew with oat milk and vanilla. I did not tell my husband to look for the coffee which was my bad, but he said no coffee was there when he picked up and didn't know to ask for it since I hadn't mentioned. What I can say is I've tried a variety of their salads and I'm surprised I haven't already reviewed them. My staple is the Harvest salad with avocado - no dressing required. Completely reasonably priced with quality ingredients and great taste. I've never had a salad with anything spoiled (or even overripe). How they always get juicy apples or beets - I don't know. I'm already a fan of their lobster shop, so I had to try their steak. It's so hard to find a $10 good for you healthy and tasty meal, and this place hits the mark. The staff was super nice and helpful since it was my first time. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered 2 steak wraps, one was Cobb, one was Mexican, and the third was Greek. The Greek was fresh, and cucumbers really made the flavor pop. Mexican was fully loaded and very warming to the soul. Cobb was perfect for me. We did a surf and turf, The lobster 2 pieces were done right, not overcooked and flavorful, but I did have them on the side not in with my wrap next time I'll put it inside. They have a small seating area and when the weather is right I dedicated recommend it but it's more of take and go spot. read more

I had high hopes for this new Angie's concept, however, I was let down. $9.99 for steak, lobster, or shrimp AND a drink is DEFINITELY a steal. The quality of the steak was delicious but the portion was minimal. The seasonal apple and bacon warm bowl I ordered was 85% brown rice. My coworker was disappointed there wasn't a ranch option (only bbq ranch) or Coke/soda although it is advertised on the website. Great concept but needs work. read more

I found a BUG in my salad! I ordered 4 salads to eat throughout the week. I picked the salads up and went home. The first salad I opened and took a bite and then saw a big ole insect in the salad. I was so disgusted I threw everything away. I tried calling the restaurant to complain but there is only an email to contact for customer service - what a joke! I requested a full refund and they came back with a gift card for half the amount. They said if I wanted a refund I need to return the salads. So I drove back to the restaurant and returned the salads-the staff there told me they can't offer refunds in store that I still had to deal with their customer service email. It was such a hassle and they still wouldn't refund me. Imagine if their customer service is that grossly unconcerned about their customer's legit complaint, what else are they being stingy with their product?? Their customer service is just as dirty as their kitchen. I will just go back to getting salads at Salad n Go - they are like $2 more a salad and they come without that extra unwanted protein read more

Definitely the place is too small with nowhere to wait for food if you order inside. That being said, my lunch was very good. It was the chicken bowl Mexican style with a good lemonade. Plenty of white chicken and all the ingredients that were mentioned on the menu were in the bowl. Lots of food and good cilantro lime dressing. I'm sad to say that Angie's Grill has been a letdown lately. I've been a loyal customer, ordering at least once a week, and I always pay extra for additional meat (which isn't cheap, btw). But the past couple of times, I haven't actually been getting that extra meat! It's like they're just pocketing the extra cash without delivering. I was thinking maybe it's just a one-time mistake, but it's happened multiple times now. Tonight I specifically asked the staff if it has double meat & they said yes but once I got home I didn't find the extra meat. There was only a little over 3.5 oz (keep in mind 1 serving is 3 oz).
