It was very clean and the gentleman behind the counter was very personable, courteous and answered all our questions for us on the menu. I ordered boneless wings and my daughter got original wings. We also ordered onion rings and ordered our food to go. First of all, the food is legitimately good. The boneless wings are good sized pieces of chicken, tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. My daughter said her original wings were "pure happiness." The onion rings were perfect. I was shocked that our food was still hot when we got home 10 minutes later. A couple things that prevented me from leaving 5 stars was that the customer service was slightly lacking. The young woman who took our order seemed to really hate life. It also took quite a while to receive our food after ordering. I think they get a lot of online orders, because while we waited three different delivery drivers came in to pick up orders. I'm guessing it took a long time to receive our food because the online orders were being fulfilled first. Lastly, while the place is decorated very nicely, it was SUPER empty. As we were waiting for our food, he brought out some fries topped with seasonings so that we could try. My favorite was the sriracha. TBS is well located on Bell Road just east of 7th Ave. The restaurant is very clean with cool chicken themed pictures. Manager Kent and Owner Beth are really nice and treated me great. Stranded in the area due to waiting for 2 flat tires to be repaired, my kids and I went looking for a bite. The restaurant is So new I wasn't sure they were open yet, But we were greeted warmly and welcomed in. This place has got boneless wings Tuesday where it's 60 cents per wing. I took advantage of this deal by ordering 20 boneless wings which cost me $13.04. The service was convivial and they even allowed me to get 4 sauces on the side instead of it being on the wings. This was a good idea because 3 of the sauces I tried out simply did not sit well with my taste buds. The only sauce I really liked was the BBQ sauce.
