I have been to In-N-Out once during a bachelorette weekend, but my experience is a little hazy. We are visiting Phoenix, and I randomly pulled in and decided I would again try one of their famous burgers, but this time, a little more clear-headed. One order had hamburgers but cheese made its way onto each of them, not in full slices but on the edges of the patties or oddly melted onto the vegetables. Their fresh cut fries were soggy & unfortunate. I remembered too late that ordering them "crispy" is the only way to not get a limp mashed potato sliver, but again, you risk ending up with rock-hard fries that are far too charred. Plenty of seating inside and outside. The line moved fairly quick and we didn't wait too long for our food despite they are busy with the line from drive through and in restaurant. I always go to in and out when I visit the west coast. It's ordinary food but because I can't get it in NC it makes it a little special. The service was amazing, it's always so quick and the team there was super friendly. Asking what brought me in town and if I needed anything throughout my visit. The food was hot and fresh, it's no different than your average burger but I love the animal style sauce. I love the thin and crispy fries. It's always a fun time! Silly me! I never knew that In-N-Out had protein type burgers that were actually pretty good for me overall. I love the animal style protein style burger with the grilled onions I'm not a total fan of lettuce wrap but it was good with the sauces and all the vegetables and the meat in the flavors all coming together. The service was spectacular in all the people were very pleasant despite having to deal with long lines and what they say about the internet employees is definitely true they are extremely wonderful. If you can handle about a 20 to 30 minute wait in line depending on the time of day in and out is definitely one of the best fast food restaurants in the valley and I can see why they're so highly thought of. Now it's definitely a stop for me but I got to not do the French fries as starch is a major No-No on my recovery and I paid the price unfortunately with my blood sugar. But that's not on them that's on me so Burger good fries tastes great but can't have. read more

He saw receipts on tables and when that order # was ready, he brought the food to us so we didn't have to get up. The line was insane at 3pm on this Monday afternoon, but it is a holiday for some and close to the freeway. We were helped fairly quick, but definitely the longest I've waited at an in n out. Service was great however and by the time we got our food everything looked great and we're on our way. There's plenty of parking so we decided to sit and eat in the car before going on our way. Love in and out burger! Best burger spot! Always recommend it to anyone that is visiting! They have a pretty simple menu. A double double cheeseburger, a cheeseburger or a hamburger. I love the double double when I'm really hungry! But I usually get the cheeseburger (#2). You must get the spread sauce! It's the best thing! It's like a thousand island dressing. Also I love to add pickles to my sandwich and you can add grilled onions instead of raw onions. I like the grilled better the raw just over powers the whole burger. It's called animal style where they can add pickles, grilled onions & extra spread sauce on your burger. Also it gets pretty messy eating it but isn't a good burger suppose to be messy. :) The fries are pretty small and good. You can get the fries animal style too put they will add cheese to it.
