I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe with pepper jack cheese and added bacon with fries meal with a sprite, and I got my man the same thing but he got a coke, and then our kiddo got the kids meal chicken nugget meal with fries and a coke. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, is because both times I went they didn't put the sauces in correctly. 1st time no chic fila sauce for my son and 2nd time no sriracha sauce for my daughter. When I came in, I had an interaction with an employee named Kaitlyn who was rude and unprofessional during my order. Her tone felt dismissive, and she didn't seem willing to answer a simple question I had about my meal. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but the way I was spoken to made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Her name is Cheryl, she is 70 years old and works circles around people 50 years younger. Cheryl is always pleasant and keeps this location in pristine condition. Food tastes amazing, however, it is comparatively expensive compared to the competitive options. However, for the taste, we keep going here again and again. This was the first time trying drive-through and overall it was quick even though there was a long queue. They have 3 lanes to start (General/reservation/mobile) but all merge to just 1 and that sometimes makes a little confusing but they keep a track of the car too and hence order comes accurately. The service is just terrible. Used to be such a good location before they remodeled and hired new staff. They don't care if food comes out correctly. Love coming to this chick-fil-a! They are friendly. Ricardo used to work here, he was my favorite so nice and always joking with everyone. I love their chicken noodle soup! So delicious. Also their side salad is good, they give you little red bell peppers as croutons(so good). I love getting the Chick-fil-a deluxe(it comes with lettuce & tomatoe) the original comes with just pickles on it. If you get a kids meal you can trade your toy for ice cream. Some times they have family nights were they do crafts and face paintings with the kids. Also they do have a play place inside. I was at this location yesterday, 1/3/25 at 5:09pm, a "Micheal" (guess his name is mispelled on the receipt and should be Michael?) took my order and as I was looking at the menu he pointed to the spicy chicken deluxes. I said no, no spicy, I'll have the regular chicken deluxe meal with a coke. I get up to receive my meal and expected my sauces to be incorrect, as they usually are, but I see my order stuck on the bag and it's a spicy chicken deluxe and a sprite! Seriously? So I exchange the sprite for the Coke I wanted and gave back the spicy chicken that I never requested and they ask me to pull forward. The girl brings my sandwich up and I want to check it, don't trust them at this point, and the sandwich is cold. Literally cold when I touched the bun and I opened it up and they had slapped some piece of cheese on there. I sent it back and I asked her why would the guy who took my order mess up my order so badly when we had a conversation about what I wanted and her reply was, "for giggles?" Again, seriously? The girl was incompetent. So I wait another 10 minutes, total of at least 15 min waiting at this point. She finally brings me my sandwich and finally it's ok. Literally the only thing they got correct the first time was my waffle fries. Oh, and this time they got the sauces I requested correct, which usually never happens. Never again! This is my favorite chick-fil-A location. The dining room was nice and clean and the employee was walking around with sanitary wipes (no dirty rags) wiping down tables and counters. Each table had fresh cut flowers too; wow! The food was fresh, made to order. We tried their breakfast sausage burrito and chick-n-minis.
