Came here on a busy Saturday night. I placed a mobile order via app about 20 minutes before arriving so I figured that's plenty of time not to screw up my order. I was very wrong. Turns out there was a glitch and they didn't get to my order until I pulled up into the drive thru. I had to wait at the drive thru window an additional 7 minutes so they can complete my order. They were in such a rush that the ingredients spilled inside the bag and soaked thru the cheap paper bag. See pic. My chalupa wasn't properly wrapped but very loosely wrapped. They also forgot to give me 4 mild sauces that I requested in my mobile app order. Now I am a true Taco Bell fan and I will always order Taco Bell on occasion no matter how unhealthy it is BUT . . . Can you please speed up the automation process? Please get robots to do the work that your poorly trained human workers cannot do properly. I will always support Taco Bell as a paying customer so please eliminate your human work force and go full ROBOTS please. The hiring process for Taco Bell seems like they hire all the Micky D's rejects. Please please please install robot workers. Your profits will increase and customer service will be tenfold. It would be so much better than to have an awkward kid not knowing how to handle an inconvenienced customer and not understand to say "sorry for the inconvenience" but simply hand over my bagged order in complete silence. It might as well been a robot right? I love the food here but customer service is basically the bottom of the barrel in the entire industry. Absolutely horrible. Ordered for my family in Drive Through 65+ dollars got home and all my food was soggy and falling apart. Poorly put together. Went back to get items replaced, while they did replace it they didn't seem too happy to help. Wish I would of just got a refund or made sure all the food was edible, because come to find out I get home and the food I believed to be ok had basically no meat in it and was just lettuce, tomato and sour cream, and was extremely wet at the bottom. Newly remodeled!! This location has definitely revamped! I live down the road and understood some of the negative reviews for this location in terms of stale food and a dated atmosphere, but holy cow! It's beautiful inside and the food is FRESH. I no longer feel like the crunchy tacos/nachos taste old. Appliances are new and everything is sparkly. Moreover, my taco and burrito were not greasy as they've been in the past and they felt more full of their ingredients where I've felt skimped on my burrito or taco fillings before. I'm so glad this was the case after coming in so this location can turn the corner of its past and past reviews. (BONUS- staff is super friendly and offer great service- i.e. bubbly at the register and even brought our food to us... they seem super excited about this reopening!!) read more

Hate the way you have to order on the kiosk because they have no cashier very complicated way to order your food. looked at the newly renovated restaurant with the small tables that you can't even fit your food on. Received our order I ask for no beans on my nachos and to add jalapeños and basically all I got on my nacho Bell grande was tons of jalapeños a little bit of cheese a little bit of meat a dab of sour cream, no tomatoes very disappointing. Why is THIS specific Taco Bell ALWAYS consistently bad?! I literally live down the street from this location and will drive to the one on Deer Valley when I want Taco Bell. They will either forget an item, get it wrong and constantly give me food that tastes and looks like it's been sitting there for hours! I just picked up $25 of soft chicken tacos. They barely put anything on them and at first, I thought they forgot the chicken. Then she called me a liar and that she knows she put more in those tacos (keep in mind she didn't even remember me as a customer 5 min ago). She still refused refunds or to provide me with her bosses information to help resolve this dispute.... instead she gave me store credit (A typed up paper with her signature, the most unprofessional refund I have ever received and most likely not even worth the paper she printed it on) and kicked me out of the store! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE CHIPS?!! They tasted like burnt POISON AND COMPLETELY Inedible the last three visits! Is there someone spraying Windex all over them or leaving them in the warmer and burning them? They taste like burnt carbon dioxide or Windex is the only way to explain it. If I could give this store zero stars I would. When I received my food three out of four items, two of them were cold, and the other had onions when I asked for them to not put it on. When my boyfriend ordered we could hear them talking back and fourth asking what was in a cheesy potato burrito. Might I add there was no apologizing for ANYTHING at all ever. About every 10 years or so I decide to order from KFC. I don't know why I get the urge to do it. Maybe it's to just remind myself why I haven't eaten there in a long time. So I convinced my wife to not cook and I would order out from KFC, and they didn't disappoint. When I say they didn't disappoint I actually mean they didn't fail to suck out loud again. $41 for 8 pieces of the most overcooked, greasy drums and thighs with really watery, mushy straight from the can mashed potatoes and corn that may have been sitting at room temperature for more than a day. The only thing that was actually worth eating were the biscuits. Do yourselves a favor and the next time you get the fried chicken itch, stay away from Colonel Sanders.
