This Taco Bell, not sure what it is. In the drive through there's a 50/50 shot the order will be correct and/ or nothing missing. I try not to use this one if possible but it's the closest to my house. Going to Taco Bell should be a joyous occasions. I truly dread going to this one and cross my fingers each time. I know it's only Taco Bell, but if you can go out of your way to go to another Taco Bell, DO IT! They have a tendency of not putting most of the ingredients on your food. We ordered a crunch wrap and only put lettuce and sour cream, they don't always put tomatoes on nachos. So I go back and ask them to remake it, no apologies,no response at all actually, other than I'll remake it then the kid walks away. Currently at the window waiting for my order after having waited more than 20 minutes in line, when there were only 3 cars ahead of me. This location consistently has the worst, slowest service ever. I really need to learn that I should drive literally miles out of the way to go to another location and I would still receive my food faster. I literally called the store while being a hostage in the drive-through line and asked what the problem was and why we weren't moving. I was told by the person who answered that they had a large order at the front of the line. No apology, nothing. I told them they needed to have that car move to the parking lot so they could serve others behind them waiting for two tacos. Worst taco Bell as compared to other ones in the valley. Every item is about 50 cents more, even the dollar menu is. Unlike other taco Bell restaurants, this place charges you extra to substitute beans instead of meat. We just waited 15 minutes in the drive through at the speaker. They close at 10, we got here at 9:45. After being ignored at the speaker, we pulled up to the window, where I made eye contact with the woman several times, but she refused to open the window. This taco bell has a KFC attached to it - which would make you think double goodness and heaven in your mouth right? Wrong. This location is so unorganized and slow that I can't believe they even have customers at this point. I decided to get a gordita crunch with extra cheese, a side of rice, and a Tennessee Hot and Spicy sandwich [new at KFC]. First of all I paid for extra cheese but didn't get it. Second, they forgot my side of rice and then when I mentioned it they assumed I wanted white rice {what???} and when they confirmed I wanted Mexican rice they couldn't find a container to put it in.... what!? Final straw was when I opened my chicken sandwich and the Tennessee spicy BBQ sauce that MAKES the sandwich was neither tossed with the chicken NOR even poured on the chicken - it was missing altogether!!!!!! Overall, BAD. The only reason they got a second star is because they "tried" to seem generous and gave me three packs of BBQ sauce without charging me. The lights kept going on and off at this particular location, and the drive through menu was completely dark so we couldn't see anything. Ordered a few burritos and tacos. Came back home and realized that I was missing 3 burritos. I couldn't go back right away because I had to feed my one year old son. I tried to call them to give them a heads up that I will be back to get my 3 missing burritos however, I couldn't connect- it kept saying the line was busy. Maybe about an hour later, I went back to get my three burritos. The cashier seemed a little offended. He was literally like " so you're telling me, that I missed three burritos" .. well no shit, that's why I'm Here. He wasn't even a little apologetic. He then goes to the back to make me my food. Let's face it, this is fast food. This Taco Bill/KFC location is one of the worst I've been to. I go 4 - 5 times per year since it's close to work. Usually find the place a little dirty and the service slow - at least it's consistent. I think they stopped putting any type of sauce in their Bean Burritos and the chicken soft tacos are lacking enough filling - meat, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, etc to even come close to filling the shell. I don't understand how this place stays in business. It is dirty. Tables are not cleaned off. They always seem to be understaffed and lethargic when it comes to service. I have been here a couple of times for a taco salad and both times I could not eat it. The taco shell tasted like it was cooked in rancid oil. I asked for the missing container of salsa that should come with the salad and you would think that I was asking her to do something illegal. She walked away and never came back. I finally asked someone else and got the salsa. I would have liked to have slapped her "sassy face", but I'm a grown up person. Worst Taco Bell around. If I could leave zero stars I would. The kid in the drive thru didn't bother to read my order back to my when I came by Saturday night 3/30/19. When I pulled up to the window I asked him to read it back and I'm glad I did because it was wrong and he gave me the biggest attitude ever when I told him my order was wrong then asked me what I wanted him to do about it.... umm fix it you temperamental child because that's your job! He was skinny, had dark brown hair and I think his ears were pierced. He didn't give me a receipt and that's probably because he knows he was awful and I wouldn't contacted corporate about it. He gave me my food but not my drinks, I didn't realize I didn't have drinks until I pulled around to have my chalupa remade because the shell was as hard as a rock. I waited 20 mins for a chalupa to be remade and get my drinks so by the time I got my food home to my husband and son their tacos were soggy and cold. My husband was so mad at the way I was treated he tried to call but no one answered and by the looks of the closing manager he wouldn't have given a crap anyway. The only reason I came to this location is because it is on my way home from work. I'll gladly drive a mile out of my way to go to a decent establishment where the employees actually smile and are courteous. The nicest person was the young man at the lobby register, his name was Ethan. I only remember this because he told me, keep this guy around. He was very polite and helped me without attitude. Although I love Taco Bell and this location is very close to home it has been a source of the absolute worse fast food experience time after time. The undeniable greed shown by the how this store sells food with no concern whatsoever to the poorly prepared items missing ingredients such as sour cream and cheese on a Chicken Soft Taco Supreme. Along with a Quesadilla that was so dry because of the lack of cheese. I've mentioned this to the staff and they affirm that this is an ongoing problem that the management ignores. The sticker that' says no refunds given is only posted on the door if you are going in, which with the majority of customers using the drive through they have no idea that this store will not refund your money even if you didn't receive what you paid for of it they make a mistake charging your credit card $17.00 more than what your You should have been charged. They also don't provide a receipt for your order. The manager said it was to save paper. Seriously? If I could give them a negative number it would be more representative of my contempt for this business being shown by the owner/manager knowing the problems exist and ignoring it for a decade with their solution being to refuse refunds. To my ideals this is a poor way to avoid accountability There are far better locations that actually care about the brand they represent and the food they serve. I love Taco Bell and go to the location by my house a lot... But I will never go back to this location!!! This place was slow as hell. I ordered in the drive through and it took over 30 mins to get my food. Ok so It must be fresh they had to make it all from scratch... Nope. Not only was my order wrong, but my hard tacos were falling apart cause the juice had saturated the corn to the point it was decomposing. Then when I went in to correct the issue they told me "that's just the way we make our tacos... Most people like when we put extra sauce on their tacos" this entire experience took an hour and 5 minutes just to get the food I ordered. I will never be back to this location.
