Service was horrible the guy with glasses was to busy looking at the other co worker to care about our order he had his phone attached to him at all times they were very rude didn't give us our order separately and couldn't even look me in the eye while he took my order he was too busy then they give me hot tacos on styrofoam which burned and melted into my food

Two white trays are placed on a metal mesh table. The left tray contains three tacos filled with chopped beef and shredded meat, with one taco topped with shredded beef. The right tray holds three small cups of salsa, sliced cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, and a small container of guacamole. The setting appears to be an outdoor dining area, likely at a Mexican restaurant or food stand.

Overall, we really enjoyed our first time at Tacarbon! Most of the different tacos we tried were juicy, flavorful, and fresh! We ordered one of each, and there were two types of meat that missed the mark for us (meat was tough and dry and didn't enjoy those). FYI: they use styrofoam plates. I know some folks care about that, so I'm calling that out. They have a queue setup toward the middle of the room, and when you're at the front of the line, you walk up the counter to order. It seemed like a really efficient way to give folks a chance to line up, view the menu, and then place their order quickly so they could make their decisions while waiting in line! The prices were very reasonable, too. They also have a self-serve, buffet style counter where you can grab salsas, pico de gallo, onions, cucumbers, etc. We will for sure come back and try more from the menu!

The image shows three tacos filled with seasoned ground beef on corn tortillas, placed on a foam tray. Surrounding the tacos are small containers of green sauce, red salsa, and a chunky brown sauce. Additional items include a bottle of Coca-Cola, a small cup of green liquid, and a plate with lime, cucumber slices, and carrot pieces. The setting appears to be an outdoor dining area with a metal table.

Average prices for tacos. Service was quick and efficient. Ambiance spacious, clean and bright. Smelled like tangy smokey bbq when I walked in! My mouth was salivating lol Their asada tacos were good. The Al pastor had a decent taste to it. Nothing to rave about but I would come back to try their different tacos

The image shows a large, mostly empty restaurant with a black ceiling and numerous bright ceiling lights. The floor is tiled, and there are multiple tables and chairs arranged throughout the space. A woman stands near the center, and a person is working behind a counter on the right. Large windows line the left side of the restaurant, and some framed pictures are visible on the back wall. The setting appears to be a casual dining establishment.

Been trying the carbon style tacos from a few places in and around Phoenix during my recent trips and my latest was Ta Carbon. The service was really fast and friendly. Super clean and wide open with plenty of space to eat. Love love the salsa bar too. I did try a few different tacos and have to say they were all pretty good, but also think there is a better asada in the area. Al pastor, lengua and huevo (this was a new one for me, so had to try) were all very good. Definitely will visit again, but for asada, I think there is a better spot near by :)

Alambre plate. Carne asada, bacon, peppers, onions and cheese on top of 5 tortillas. So bomb!

Ta' Carbon, closer to home? Yes sir! Decided to come down today to check out the new place. First of all, this place is massive! Tons of seating, nice open vibe. I went with an Alambre plate. Total was just over $10.00. How was it? Bomb! Alambre- Carne asada, bacon, peppers, onions and cheese all mixed together placed on top of 5 tortillas of your choice (I went with flour). Basically this is like a Mexican Philly Cheesesteak plate that you can make tacos with. 5 tacos for 10 bucks pretty much, and these tacos were stuffed with that delicious mix! Nice, clean salsa bar, friendly workers, clean bathrooms. Great spot! Will definitely be back when another alambre craving hits. So damn good!

    Mixto Plate- Delicious

From out of town and was suggested by local family to check out this place. I guess they just opened this location not that long ago. So glad I came here because the food is delicious. I loved the beans and flour tortillas. I got the "mixto" plate with asada and pastor. Both were good but I loved the pastor meat. I liked how they have multiple salsas and toppings. They also have aguas frescas including jamaica. They serve the food fast since they had a lot of help when I came. The place was super clean and a worker was wiping down tables. This is a great place for lunch, gather with friends and family since this location is spacious with lots of tables. I noticed they also had outdoor seating.

Tacos de asada with a Papa Loca

The food was delicious and came out fairly quick, the tacos de asada had some much flavor 10/10 The Papa Loca was also a 10/10 service was friendly and they had the suns game on and a lot of costumers enjoying their food.

Omg yay!!!! They finally opened! Our community has been waiting patiently for their doors to open and one day... vuaaala! It appeared!!! My mom and I got tacos so I will rate based on the tacos 1. Tacos Hass with meat, chili and cheese 5 2. Taco Pastor 3(weird texture&no pineapple) 3. Lengua 5 4. Tripas 5 5. Cabeza 3 (too salty) Their salad bar is PHENOMENAL! Fresh cucumbers! Their staff was nice. My mom was able to make them smile. I love their music, the guy singing, it's clean and just a nice place to enjoy my lunch.

Pastor meat was really good! Amazing seasoning and the meat is not dry at all! They have a good salsa bar and good service - The image shows a foam tray filled with cooked ground meat topped with gravy on one side and diced meat on the other, placed on a wooden table. The tray appears to be part of a meal, possibly from a casual dining or takeout setting. The gravy is smooth and brown, covering the diced meat, which is coarsely chopped and browned.

We were pleasantly surprised by this Mexican restaurant on 83rd Ave. and Peoria. It's a large…read morebuilding with lots of seating at booth tables and bar area. Put your name in at reception and you were taken back usually after a small weight. We didn't have to wait yesterday. The servers are really friendly and checked on a frequently refilling hubs soda a few times without him having to ask. Our waitress also brought us an extra bowl of spicy salsa because she saw we had eaten all of it. Just brought us another basket of hot and chips. On our first visit, I got enchiladas and instead of rice and on the side I decided to choose their potatoes. The potatoes are so delicious. I love them, and I will look forward to these again when we return. Today we ordered: - Coke - Diet Coke (no Coke Zero here) - NACHOS GRANDE - Tortilla chips, cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, jalapeños. Choose seasoned ground beef, slow-roasted chicken or refried beans, or for an extra dollar, substitute fire-grilled steak or chicken fajita. I chose the chicken fajita protein topping. I ordered this for an entrée, but it would be a really good appetizer for 3 to 6 people. It's almost like cheese crisps, halved, with lots of melted cheese and a small amount of meat on each tortilla half. In the center there are toppings. I enjoyed the pickled jalapeños because they weren't extra hot. This hit my comfort food spot. I wasn't able to eat the whole thing so it was so big, but it was exactly what I was looking for. - THE GRANDE COMBINATION - Beef, chicken, cheese enchiladas, cheese chile relleno, tamale, crispy beef taco, guacamole. This combination is HUGE! Even the plate is grande. Absorbed this, and I think his eyes were larger than his stomach. He filled up on the beans and the rice, the chile relleno, and the taco. He got to take three enchiladas and a tamale for dinner the next night. A very nice tasty plate. Complementary chips and three types of salsa are brought to the table. Of the salsas, one is a red sauce that is mild, one is a pineapple tomatillo, and one is a spicier red salsa. The chips are nice and fresh and thin and brought to the table warm. Men's and women's restroom near the entrance for customers.

We turned around and left after wasting 10 minutes. Eat at Firebirds across the street for better food, service and a hostess with brains!

The restaurant was about half-full and bustling brightly indoors and on the deep shaded wrap-around patio. Our server, Branden, was one of the best servers we've ever had! Attentive and polite, even reading off the entire menu and describing highlights to hubs, who'd never been before. We were seated immediately at a booth table and brought complimentary chips and salsa. These are good fresh, thin chips and smoky mild-hot tasty salsa. Branden brought us a second round of chips and salsa as well. We ordered: - Coca-Cola fountain drink - Coke Zero fountain drink - SHORT RIB MACHACA ENCHILADAS 5/5 - Highly recommend - caramelized peppers & onions, yellow cheese, ancho chile sauce, cilantro. Served with sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, rice, & choice of beans. Classic enchilada sauce like how I remember, delicious tender shredded marinated short rib inside. - CARNE ASADA FAJITAS 4/5 (sweet soy salsa verde) served with blistered peppers, charred onions, jack cheese, guacamole, salsa fresca, sour cream, choice of beans & tortillas. Hubs said these were good. He did want rice with his meal so he ended up taking my rice which I didn't want. As you can see in the pics, the tortillas are scratch made in-house as well as the sauces and sides. Bar seating, booth and table, and patio seating available. I chose the Carne Asada dinner which came with the usual beans, rice, cheese, large grilled pepper, etc., and I got flour tortillas with it The meat was quite good and the meal as one would expect in this type of Mexican food restaurant.
