I only come here for a few things and that's the frosties, cookies, and taco salad. The frosties are always awesome, cookies are perfect tasting, and the taco salad is so amazing. I've ordered everything on their menu at least once but I just order the above 3 on a regular basis. Really nice and remodeled inside. I love the crispy chicken sandwich & the asiago one it comes with ranch, bacon & cheese. Today they were giving out free chicken tenders, they weren't that bad. Wendy's new burgers are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better. I love the thicker cut and the new butter buns. That sounded dirty but seriously they are a night and day difference. Pair that with the seasalt fries and for fast food you got a nice meal. I will for sure be back. oh and p.s. the caramel apple parfait frosty is good but it's really small compared to what you think you may be getting and for the price it's not worth it in my opinion. read more

I have lived a half mile down the road from this Wendy's and have been going there for years now. Today is my last day! I order a $5 biggy bag and a #2 Dave's Double with a large coke and large fries with an extra 6 piece nugget. I was told to pay at the second window, so I proceed forward. The guy at the first window waves at me as I almost pass by, I stop, back up and pay for my order being told only the total price, as usual. I proceed to the second window where my food is waiting, the employee hands me the two bags and my one small drink and tells me "have a nice day". I inform him I don't have my large Coke, he fills the coke as another employee asks what my order was then realized I am waiting on the drink. I get the drink and proceed out of the parking lot when I realize I do not have a Dave's Double in the bag. I turn around and go inside. The first manage who approached me, I informed I didn't have the double in the bag, he informed me that I was not charged for the Dave's Double so I would just need to buy one and next time I can just look at the receipt. I informed him that he needs to tell his employees to listen to the orders because it shouldn't be my job to make sure it was right. I told him to charge me for the double, now paying more than the combo is worth, to fix their mistake. Another manage approaches to ask what the problem was and as I am explaining that the employees aren't listening or reading orders correctly a customer approachs me to tell me that I don't have the right to be upset my order was not ringed correctly or handed out to me correctly for what I was even charged for without me realizing the drink was missing. I asked the managers to tell the woman to leave me alone as I was already paying extra for the sandwich to resolve the issue. The burger was giving to me and I walked away. Now none of this would have been any issue if the managers wouldn't have started laughing behind my back as I walked away. So I proceeded out the front door with force and the manager Cisco, followed me to the parking lot to inform me to never return to the location. I said that fine with me there is a location .5 miles the opposite direction. Then the customer again approaches me in her car and threatens to call the cops on me. I paid in full and over the menu price for my food. I made two trips and caught one mistake out of two the employees made. I asked for the burger and was willing to pay extra to save my time and theirs at a little extra money, and this is how I was treated. Highly disgraceful! read more

First time at this Wendy's. Tried the Bacon N Bleu for the first time too. The burger, with a thick patty, bleu crumbles and spread, fresh tomato, bright greens, pretzel bun and lots of bacon, sounded good. When I opened the 'box' I found tomatoes and greens all over the inside, the patty and bacon halfway off the bun and the bleu spread everywhere. It appears the cook was going thru the motions and literally tossed everything in. Not sure if this was normal but I won't be ordering at that restaurant anymore. read more

Whether there is a line of 10 people or no line at all, you're out of there within minutes, and my order has always been correct. Yes, this is a Wendy's. The food is pretty predictable, but they are consistently predictable. No mistakes, no disgusting surprises. This review mainly is for the service. This store handles a lunch rush like it's nobodies business! I can be behind six cars and somehow the line always flies smoothly!! There's no lunch rush anxiety here! My coworkers and I have worked in the Deer Valley area for about 17 years so we have eaten just about everywhere dozens if not hundreds of times. This Wendys is tops in speed and food quality. They blow away the speed of the other "fast" food restaurants which are all the major names. The owner is oftentimes out front processing orders and she runs a tight ship. For a chain this store is OK. Clean and friendly staff...and the place is clean too! The food is hot most of the time. Drive thru gets my order filled correctly every time.
