The Fries were SO salty i could NOT eat and wouldnt even give to my dogs...... i was able to choke down 1/2 the burger before. Threw out the who,e meal......3 burgers and the fries. Brought the daughter here for Valentines lunch (her choice!!) and we were so glad we chose this location. We typically go more towards the Tatum stores. This place is SUPER clean!! The burgers are delicious! There's nothing to deny there! They are delicious and cooked just right. The fries are pretty good, if your a fan of crisp fries though your going to be disappointed. The staff was professional, not overly friendly but they did good and the wait wasn't too long. Hot dog $7.50ish and add cheese +$1 for two slices that aren't really melted. Really disappointing serving sizes for the price and a flavor that isn't much different than a $1.50 Costco hotdog that is cut in half and pan fried/grilled. They accept online orders, even from chase pay where offers keep coming. Have been here 2 times before visiting 3rd time today. But for first time took takeaway order. Experience was smooth. Reached 7 mins late, order was ready. Burgers done the way it was ordered and staff greets you with smiles. Peanuts at any five guys are always a bonus. Clean restaurant with ample of space. Please get your air conditioning fixed. My son and I come here every Saturday for lunch. Two of the last three Saturdays it has been at least 85° in the restaurant, which is completely unacceptable for an eat-in place. Especially one that charges $9 for a single-patty cheeseburger. I'm a doordasher and everytime I get an order form here it is never busy. Today there was only 2 other people waiting for food. There is 7 workers out. They are super super slow. My order was just two cheese burgers and frys. And it took them 20 minutes to give me my order. So I ordered from this place. I was pretty disappointed because they refused to fulfill my order. They confirmed it. But then they said their milkshake machine was broken. And I told them if they can't for fill the whole order I don't want any of it. But they still sent me the other stuff and they tried to charge me for an incomplete order, even though I told him I didn't want it. Here's the deal. I get that things break. But if you can't for fill my order don't accept it. Ok, I was a little torn on this one. I wanted to give it 4 stars but this is why it only received 3. THREE STAR REASONS: First, it was a little pricey. 25 dollars and some change for 1 bacon cheeseburger, 1 little bacon cheeseburger, 1 little cheeseburger, 1 regular Cajun fry and 2 regular drinks. Second, the fries even though hand cut they weren't hot and actually could have been cooked a little more, they still were a little hard in the middle. If they would have been left in the fryer a few seconds longer they totally would have reminded me of the fries my Mother made at home. WORTH 4 STARS: First, the uber cool beverage dispensers. Second, the service was fast and friendly even though they were extremely busy. Three, the burger. It was hot, gooey, loaded with all of the fresh toppings I asked for. I loved the taste of the sesame seed bun. I can't find any fault with the burger except the $5.29 price. Is it great food? No, it's good for fast food, but honestly for the $25 my husband, son and I could have had a nice lunch at a sit down restaurant for the same price. Would I go back. For starters I'm usually a big fan of five guys. This location is terrible. We walked in and the cashier was nice no complaints on Audrey H. She was good. The food on the other hand was bad. My burger was charred and half was missing. They added extra cheese to cover up the missing meat which I did t ask for extra cheese and it wasn't even melted. I asked for grilled onion and mushrooms and was given raw of both. The lettuce was old and had black spots. The pigeons wouldn't even eat it. The fries were good so my 20 dollar meal consisted of fries and me trying to find something edible on there. We eat hamburgers here often and it's one of my favorite spots. They have consistent quality and I never leave hungry. I like how you can build your own burger as I am always changing things when I order (yeah I know, there is probably a lot of spit in my food). I usually order their small bacon cheese burger, grilled onions and jalapeño. My husband loves their Oreo shake and can't resist ordering it. Even my picky 5 year old likes their food. Love five guys. Especially they give u a lot of fries. It is pricey. Like their little cheeseburger is $5.99 plus you need to buy the fries & drink which is separate. This location only has the regular size drink, which is $2.49 I believe. I usually go to another location where they have a little drink, which means they have 3 sizes. This place only has to regular and large. They also have hot dogs, haven't tried those yet. I wish they did have other sauces like ranch. It's pretty good, you guys should try it. Well, this is a hard one to do. We used to love Five Guys. Their burgers and Cajun fries were excellent. Well, their prices used to be in line with their quality as well. I think that is no longer the case. I was floored to see a sub $10 bacon burger on the menu. Now mind you, this is a run of the mill fried burger. Plenty of toppings to choose from, but the focus is on the price of the burger. The burger was good, but not $10 good. The Cajun fries are still a bargain and seasoned perfectly. We will not be back. This is the third or fourth bad experience here. Owner didn't care telling me I waited two days to leave feedback. I like 5 guys a lot but I was irritated that there were no tables inside to sit at. They had 2 tables outside next to each other. Yet chipotle next door had all of their tables. I think restaurants need to let adults make their own decisions, on where or if we sit. Out food also sat on the counter, they didn't let us know it was ready. read more

We've always enjoyed Five Guys, but I think we'll be going elsewhere for burgers from now on. When we walked in, we noticed the prices had jumped a good deal since we'd been there last. $8 and change for a regular hamburger. When the patties are so thin, I don't see how theywere can justify $8. I ordered a few toppings on mine, including BBQ sauce. I think they used the entire bottle. If the cow wasn't already dead, it would have drowned. I wish I could say the taste of the burger was worth the $8, but since all I could taste was BBQ sauce, believe me, it was not. Guess I'll go see what I've got in the fridge to help get rid of the bbq flavor that has taken over my mouth. read more
