It's nice that there's a lot of ample seating. Raising Cane's menu is relatively simple where their main offering is their signature chicken fingers. You can get them in packs of 2, 3, 4, 6, 25, 50, and 75. They even have a sandwich which has 3 chicken fingers in it which is what I got. The thing that sucked was that the chicken fingers have a tendency to slip out of the sandwich. The lettuce used was quite low quality too. Their sweet tea is pretty good. You can get a gallon of it for $7. The place was relatively clean, service was straightforward, and the food quality was overall average.

Caniac combo with 6 chicken fingers, fries, coleslaw, Texas toast

Raising Cane's dinner in Phoenix, AZ! We don't have Raising Cane's in Canada but when I travel to US, I search for the closest location, always. We always order Caniac combo with 6 chicken fingers, fries, coleslaw, Texas toast and unsweetened ice tea to share. Love the collaboration with Ice-T's Ice tea! We came on a weekday evening and it was quiet and it was the first time with our teenagers to try Raising Cane. They kept asking we should order a large amount of Raising Cane's sauce into my Stanley cup. Heck no! :) The restaurant is clean and inviting and it was nice dining in at this location.

Very thin Chicken Finger

I ordered a caniac combo with naked chickens and subbed the bread and coleslaw for extra fries and added an additional sauce. I received 6 overcooked chickens and a small amount of soggy fries and no extra sauce. We picked everything up about 5 minutes after the order was said to be done. We had to go back in to ask for our extra fries and they only added a few. Completely disappointed with this raising canes and will not return to this location. Staff was very rude when we asked for our order to be fixed by adding more fries like we paid for.

This is the second time this has happened, the first time I assumed it was a one off experience and didn't think to write a review. But when you spend $19+ on a caniac combo and your chicken fingers look more like nuggets, it's a problem. The chicken was so small it defeated the purpose of getting the meal. When the order is being bagged up, the employees can see the food and obviously know that the customer will be unhappy. Why not say something? Why let the customer leave knowing they will get home and be disappointed? Honesty is just as important as quality. Not worth spending the money

Chicken and extra sauce. A whole large drink cup Full Of Sauce!!!!

We love Cane's chicken! Went tonight for take out. Asked for extra sauce. They gave us a large drink cup full of sauce Best chicken ever! We are life long fans

I try not to eat much fast food, but hey the cravings hit or time only allows for something quick. Raising canes doesn't make me hate myself after I eat it. I see some recent reviews complaining about the size of the tenders, but I guess I was lucky as I feel like mine have been what I expected. The chicken is tender and the batter is seasoned well. The coleslaw tends to be more vinegar forward than sweet. I wish it was a tad sweeter. The bread and fries are just ok and I need more sauce!! I always forget to ask for more, but I personally think they should give more than just one small container when you order the big box. In any case, when the craving strikes I will come here.

Late night meal

Pretty standard meal which is good thing even at 9pm. These strips were good normally, but put them in the toaster oven and they came alive. Bread, slaw were fresh and the fries were fine, but also benefitted from the toaster oven. Ice tea seemed a bit less sugary than usual, but meal was still fine.

Keeney a The Caniac Combo - 6 Chicken Fingers
Frank L.

So when did the caniac combo become a kids combo? The chicken is dryer than the Sahara desert. The fries are cooked to f**k and the toast is harder than a stale bread that has been sitting out for months. PS: I never leave bad reviews but this I have to post I'm sorry. Please do better next time and make customers happy. Spend $12 for this...

These are NOT chicken strips. Try McDonald size chicken nuggets.

My brother saw their Facebook page and thought we should have lunch at their deli in Phoenix. We brought our friend along and made it a threesome. My friend had the George's Special (Ham, Capicolla, Salami, Mortadella, Pepperoni, Provolone, and Hot Peppers or Sweet Peppers). The consensus was unanimous. The bread is great. The meat was too! To finish off our meal we all had a Cannoli. Magnifico. The crunchy shell was dusted with powdered sugar and the filling was sweet and creamy. There is an array of Sandwiches, entrees, soups , and specials. Same for the bakery. A sweet list of cakes, cookies etc. Parking can be a problem. Not enough spaces to park. I suggest you have your lunch earlier than noon. Tables will be full at that time. Looking forward to trying something different on my next visit.

Some others that are definitely worth mentioning is their pizza buying per slice (great portion size btw), and their pastas! A must when visiting is getting their pistachio Dubai chocolate cannoli! Their cannolis are made fresh and they really are amazing! The espresso tastes amazing! One thing that really stands out to me is that this deli/ grocery has been in business for a long time and the owners/employees are so welcoming and make you feel at home! They welcome you with genuine happiness. They have outdoor seating and they offer to go. They do have 2 spots for accessible parking and a few ramps. The aisles are pretty tight but if you ask the employers they are more than willing to help out! The entrance of the store is accessible and it's easy to move around.

I'm a pretty picky eater and only allow myself one cheat meal a week, so choosing where to spend it is a serious decision. MELT happened to be open, and Chloe convinced me to give the chicken a shot. I'm glad I listened because it was genuinely really good! My only suggestion would be swapping the canola oil for olive oil, but other than that, no complaints. Now, the REAL winner was the chocolate chip cookie. Absolutely insane. Perfectly cooked, super chocolatey, and easily the highlight of the meal. I personally would've liked a little more dough, but that's just me. My only complaint? $5 for ONE cookie is a little wild when McDonald's will give you practically ten for the same price. The ice cream was just alright, nothing I'd go out of my way for. But here's what really earned this place five stars: Chloe. As the chef manager, she delivered some of the best customer service I've experienced in a while. Genuine personality, incredible charisma, and absolutely none of that forced, fake customer service energy. I asked a ridiculous number of questions, and she never once seemed annoyed or impatient. She actually took the time to help me figure out what I'd enjoy. You can have great food anywhere, but it's the people who make you want to come back. Chloe absolutely nailed that. I'll definitely be returning to try some different menu items, and she's a huge reason why. Give that woman a raise!
