ALWAYS check your order! I have been short a sandwich or fries several times. I recently made an order for delivery and they forgot 2 items, when i called the store they advised that i could come get it...again defeats the purpose of delivery. Then i was told to use the app for a refund, nope nowhere on the app. So my only option is to go to store for refund. I love the Beef And Cheddar Sandwich. I've been eating it for years. This location on the regular beef and cheddar the sandwich is like the normal size. So I drive here because it's twice the size of the one served by my home. The service is nice and friendly and helpful and kind. While I rarely go to Arby's, I do enjoy stopping by every now and then for a quick sandwich or sides. Then again, I try to avoid fast food. That didn't keep me from stopping by Arby's for simply an order of mozzarella sticks recently when I was craving them when driving by this location. I tried ordering using the app (which I just signed up for) but ended up ordering in person at the register. The staff seemed helpful, and my order came out quickly. I remember visiting this location years ago on a more regular basis. While I haven't confirmed it, it seemed like it wasn't too easy (or possible) to order something online at this location. This is one of over 3400 restaurants of Arby's worldwide. It was the first nationally franchise, coast-to-coast sandwich chain and has been serving meals since 1964. They are known for their Classic Roast Beef sandwich but also have a deli-style Market Fresh line of sandwiches along with much more. This location is open daily from 9 AM to 10 PM. This place is clean! When I arrived one worker was outside scrubbing the entryway. The food was hot, fresh and delivered quickly. The soda station was nicely clean as well, no sticky spots. The supplies were kept in good order, and all the tables were spotless. You can tell that they care from the way they are maintaining the place. Everyone was friendly. Great experience. read more

Albert is the captain of this Arby's ship. He is very customer service oriented!! Never before have we had such an amazing experience at any fast-food place!! This location is spiffy clean!! Every - Single - Time - that we eat at this Arby's, the fries and food are SUPER FRESH! I think that if they are not super busy, they make them to order!! There is so much love and attention to perfection, that it is just unexpected and very much appreciated!! We ordered the fish sandwich special. We got two fish sandwiches (minus cheese) for $7.00. They were served super hot and fresh, and the fries were too! They were actually tasty! Another unexpected bonus! Their tartar sauce is probably the BEST I have EVER tasted!!! It was so zingy AND chunky!! I asked for an extra side of tartar sauce upon ordering and I'm happy that I did! I used my fork to scoop it and eat it by itself!!! We have been to other Arby's locations, and it was a "not likely going to return" situation. Food was amazing, both curly and crinkle cut fries were seasoned perfectly and made to order also tried the orange cream shake and it was easily one of the best shakes I've had. Went to get dinner the other night and ordered through the drive through. Got the food with no issues, it was delicious.... But there was a tip cup outside the window and I was told that if she did a good job I should tip. I asked, why would I tip? You make 12 an hour to hand people food. You are not a server who works off of tips. Her reply was my manager said that I could put this cup out and see if I get tips, usually everyone tips me. I said OK and left. After thinking about it, I consider this a management issue. Why would they allow this for their franchise? If I am going to be asked to tip every time I go, I just won't go there. read more

Juan and his team are amazing. They always do a great job and make sure if there's ever anything wrong with an order they fix it right away. The tables are always clean, staff is very polite, the food is always fresh which I dig very much. Juan is a great manager and has always made me feel welcomed anytime I come in just like his team! I wouldn't go to any other Arby's besides this one. And if it's your FIRST time going to an Arby's I HIGHLY recommend the mozzarella sticks and the French dip or the Roast Beef Gyro. read more

Used to come here all the time. Only two minutes from me and not a lot of places open. I ordered Hawaiian King Turkey Bacon sandwich little did I know they'd add in a napkin for me. Inside my burger was a wet, gross napkin. When called to let them know they put a napkin inside my burger her response was "well I don't know how that would happen when the napkins aren't in the back." What do I get out of lying? Nothing. Also, you put napkins in our bag and I'm sure you didn't walk to the dining area to do so. With everything going on right now anyways, you'd expect people to be more aware & cautious. Had a pretty interesting experience at this location. I ordered, received my food, and was very much satisfied with the staff as well as the order. They were all friendly and quick just as expected. What i did not expect was the disheveled homeless man that came in screaming as well as swinging at the staff and customers. The manager came out in a matter of seconds to escort the man off the property. The man started swinging fists and threatening customers as they pushed him out. When the manager came back, she made sure all the customers were ok and not shook up. Personally i thought the entire experience was entertaining, but bless that woman for taking the time to care for every person in the restaurant and having such a fast reaction time! I do not eat alot of fast food, but when I do it is Arby's and it is at this location. The workers are always friendly and give you a smile. Food is always kept at the right temp and so far I have never had a messed up order. When I go inside, I always get the same smiling service. They know what the new sandwiches are, how they are made and are eager to help you choose something new. Went through the drive thru tonight, which I hate! Customer service was just not good. Not welcoming just "order when ready". But went pretty smoothly, they let me use three coupons. Charged me .20 cents to add a couple slivers of onion. She handed me my bags I said thank you very much and she said nothing and closed window. We had a bad experience last Saturday we ordered food the cashier was really rude, she took our order and then gave her coupons, I think she is new, but would not change the order the way we wanted, she said she could not make the fries "curly fries" those were the rules. This is the best Arby's on the west side, bar none! There's two reasons why this is true. First, the blonde guy at the drive-thru (he's been there for a while... I always get him) has top notch customer service skills. Very thoughtful and extremely helpful. Second, the food here is made fresh and it would seem they follow the corporate ad picture of how it should look rather than just slop it together and squish it up like most fast food places do. Alas, I am biased. I love the Arby's concept of roast beef and deli sandwiches (such a stark contrast to the usual burger/mexican options). It's not just the concept/offerings that are great, but many of their preparations actually taste LIKE FOOD! The smokehouse brisket is amazing, and at 6 bucks, it should be. Arby's was my very first job, back when I was a wee lad, and at the time they really only served roast beef and potato cakes. My, have they evolved. I never had a fast food horror story when I worked there (am I blind or did they just do it right?) Quality was always the focal point during meal rushes, and we never cut corners or served up the nasty. I take those positive memories forward when I order it today. I would put Arby's specialty sandwiches on par or better than your sit-down diner equivalents. With lower prices and a drive-through, the price/convenience factor puts them a step ahead. This location does it right. The few times I actually went inside, the dining room was clean and the service very friendly. If this is a franchise location, the owner should be commended. If it's corporate, then it sets the standard for how all fast food joints should operate. It doesn't get a 5th star, well, because jeeez it's still fast food. read more
