Got a bootlegger with modifications and they made it exactly as ordered and it tasted good was super fast service employees were nice

Went to this Jimmy Johns, and at first I thought nothing of it. The service was fine, the food looked good. As I was eating, I could overhear some of the girls bullying another coworker. It's none of my business really, but I find it embarrassing that this is how the employees feel comfortable enough to act. I tried to ignore it but then an older woman, i assume she was the boss, came over and began laughing with the other girls. I couldn't hear everything but if this is how most of the staff is treating it's employees I can't imagine what they are whispering about their customers behind their backs. I'm not someone who takes hateful talk like this lightly, so I doubt I will be coming back to this location. Shame on all of those girls who were downright bullying the other girls that work there. Especially the only ones who don't look visibly white. read more

Placed an order on the app for delivery. The app is so easy to use and I really like the option for delivery, via Uber. I've been moving all day and it was nice to have the food here when I was done, very appreciative for the drivers! It took a little bit of time to get delivered. The food was blah! Nothing special or different. I needed a kids meal, they had none but tricked me into getting a small sandwich combo for over $10. My grandson barely ate any of this so I tried the sandwich and will not go here again. This was a terrible experience and unappetizing food! read more

Consistency is where the stars come from, I felt rushed and while I was deciding asked if the person behind me could be helped sure of course I said yes. Or when I told you it was my third time there help a costumer and help them decide. Anywho they are freaky fast and consistent expecting a third piece to line up is almost impossible. First time here and wasn't impressed by the atmosphere at all. Seemed to be an interference in their day to stop by and order a couple of sandwiches. I took our order to go and when we opened them the bread was hard on the ends. Sandwiches were sloppily made as well. I'm always one to try different sandwich shops, that being said, while visiting AZ I had the opportunity to go to a couple of Jimmy John's in the area. Let me start by saying it was an absolute amazing experience. At first appearance the store front is very well kept and very clean, upon entering I was greeted and instantly felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The inside was kept amazingly cool compared to the scorching heat outside, the store is kept really clean and tidy. I ordered the gargantuan and a cold beverage and the person behind the counter was really friendly and definitely pointed me into the right direction for the appetite that I had. Sandwich was made really quick and before i knew it I was enjoying an amazing sandwich washed down with a cold beverage. Before leaving I headed into the restroom, which was also very clean. Upon exiting I was greeted with a thank you for coming in and enjoy the rest of your day. The customer service as well as the value of this Jimmy John's is Top Notch. I would highly recommend checking this place out for a quick meal and amazing service. read more

Obviously the owner of this franchise takes no pride in their work. And they are clearly absent from this location. This JJ's always has very loud music playing, and the employee can barely hear my order. I was the only one in the store and it took them 20 min to make my sandwich while six employees were talking among themselves. Restaurant is dirty and employees don't bother cleaning or sanitizing tables after customers leave. The sandwiches are meh. They put one small, thin slice of Turkey for a #4 Turkey Tom with leaps of lettuce and tomato. Mayo sprays out like a geyser. read more

Be careful!! If you order "ham and cheese ONLY" they'll put other stuff in it. Then when you ask for it to be remade, they'll argue with you and say that you didn't ask for no lettuce or tomato or Mayo. "Ham and cheese ONLY" does not cut it. Then when they finally decide to remake your sandwich, be prepared to eat your sandwich on bread that is obviously 2+ days old and makes a loud sound when you whack it on the table. Visited today after basketball games and my grandson's and son/daughter in law coaches were extremely hungry. i hadn't been to a JJ's in ages and this JJ's is extremely clean, friendly and inviting. We had the most fresh sandwhich s and mine was an unwich...#4 with no mayo but with Dijon. Now I am a WW and this was ZERO points in the purple plan!!! The freshest lettuce and perfect amount of turkey, cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes. I have found my "GoTo" place. Took a sub home to Grampa and he said it was delicious. Oh, all the kids said their subs were delicious too. Thank you. We could tell the employees were proud of their restaurant and we were treated like family. Okay. Let me take a breath because not once but TWO times this Jimmy Johns has failed to deliver my food to my door. The first time the notification let me know the driver completed the delivery so I checked outside my door. Nothing was there. I called Jimmy John's and asked to speak to the manager. I explained to her that I never received the order. She confirmed my address and asked the guy who just got back from my delivery which address he delivered it to- he said a completely different apartment number than the one I clearly listed as the delivery address. The manager asked him to go back and bring it to me- THEN THE DRIVER SAID "CAN'T SHE JUST GO WALK OVER AND GET IT". Are you kidding me!! The manager said "No - you remake their order and bring it to the right apt number. That made me feel better and yes the second time the driver finally brought me my meal. Now just today I ordered from this same Jimmy Johns and I ordered my food hoping this time no issues would occur because I don't have time for that as I work from home. As I get a notification my order is being delivered I get a text from the delivery driver saying "sorry couldn't find your apt so I left it on a BENCH". First of all- THERE ARE NO BENCHES NEAR MY APT SO IT MUST OF BEEN ON THE OTHER SIDE! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I even screen shotted the text to show everyone on Yelp that this really happened because honestly I couldn't believe this. I called the manager right away and they couldn't believe it as well and let me know they would have a chat with the driver. As a fellow business manager I was shocked to walk into your store and hear rap music blaring on the radio. I'm not a fan of the music but just the fact that I counted 12 inappropriate words including racial slurs in one song is extremely unprofessional. Visited this store today for the first time. I was disappointed right away, because there was almost zero choice of bread. I got French Bread for our subs, and the bread was not very soft at all, like it wasn't fresh. There are no hot sandwich choices either. Not that big of a deal, but still disappointing. Ordered two of the Italian Night Club sandwiches, one with hot peppers. Got the meal deals. I took them home and we started eating them. Also, there was mayonnaise on them, and that was not on the list of included ingredients on the menu. I hate mayonnaise. We both started feeling sick. Couldn't finish even half the sandwiches. Not good, threw the rest away. I gave them one star because they did put more meat on their subs than Subway. We won't be going back. read more

I like to review good reviews contrary to most people that only review when they hate a place or have a bad experience, but the past few times I have come to this specific Jimmy Johns location there seems to be issues. Recently went in for a carry out order and ordered 2 sandwiches it took them quiet some time considering me and my girlfriend were the only two in the store. The rolls weren't cut in half and I had 2 special requests no cucumbers, and double scoop the tuna. In return I got a load of cucumber and a skim amount of tuna. A simple order taken strangely long just to get it wrong. My receipt says exactly what I ordered, and the guy who took my order is the one who made my sandwich. But oh well what can you expect. read more

You're delivery man should not be behind the counter or register and should not be around food! I've seen him blow snot rockets in the parking lot while I was eating outside. It landed on his arm and he picked it off then went inside you're restaurant and did not wash hands and went behind the counter and put on an apron. I went to the REN 5K event today and Jimmy John's was passing out pickle juice shots. Yummy after the run/walk. The employees passing out the shots were fantastic! They represented Jimmy John's professionally and even got involved in the events helping to make it more fun for all. We then had lunch there. Sandwiches are alright but their service on app orders is terrible. I order for pickup and almost every time it takes them 40+ mins to make one sandwich. Or they'll forget to put that it's ready and the food sits there until you decide that's way too long to wait for one sandwich so you drive over and find it's warm from sitting out.
