The staff there are not friendly, they do the bare minimum. Didn't get crackers for my soap and was just told " we don't give those out " but why?, they didn't seem to bother to try and example it to me. Usually I love subway but the guy making my samdwich named Glen? (Something like that) but anyways, he starts to make my sandwich by just nodding at me with no greeting and looking like he's on drugs and kinda leaning over. He then asked me what meat I want, I tell him and he starts by putting pepper jack cheese on my bread and so I ask what he's doing since I dont like pepper jack nor did he ask me what kind of cheese. Lmao I was stunned and then he silently keeps going cause I said can u just make them like normal with the meat first please. This is the first time I have ever experienced something like this in this location. I usually have a good experience but the manager was being really rude. It almost seemed like she was being racist...which is very unfortunate to say. She had an attitude with me and my friend and we got some cookies and she threw them at us. It was an uncomfortable experience since we did eventually start to feel targeted. We noticed that she was being kind with to other costumers that walked in but she couldn't have that energy with us? purchase a footlong and was chargd more then what I was used to paying; figure prices went up, wrong. When I scanned the receipt I discovered I was charged for a homerun. What in the word is a homerun? I went back to Subway asked what a homerun was since I did not order one. I was told (hope your ready) I have to ask for the build your own price or double cheese is added and charged for a homerun. What? News to me. And build your own is going away. Since when does a customer need to say build my own or homerun? We needed a meal, fast, and were happy to find this Subway had no line and had several workers who were pleasant and happy to help. My friend ordered a sandwich, while I ordered a rotisserie chicken Caesar wrap on a spinach tortilla. My wrap included a lot of meat! Everything was incredibly fresh. I felt like I had a great buy for the money. I sat down to eat in a hurry. When we were done, the workers there told us bye and hoped we had a great day. read more

Contacted subway regarding this and the guy who responded tells me to meet him the next day with the sandwich as if I would keep it? Walked into this store and Brandon took me and my fiance's order and asked what we wanted and I asked about the different breads and looked for the pictures of the breads but he said they don't have the picture any longer but he was happy to show me the actual bread choices. Right away We knew We were in good hands! We ordered our sandwiches, he got everything right. He asked if we wanted the sandwiches to be cut in half and see if we wanted them wrapped up individually. He asked if we wanted mayonnaise packets or other condiments on the side and my fiance said "Oh that would be perfect!" My sandwiches won't be soggy for work! Brandon did a stellar job and we hope he gets promoted to Manager. They were a little backed up as the rest of the lunch crew wasn't due in yet but it didn't take too long. Tyrell, mediocre employee at his finest. Completely rude and unsanitary. He was rude to his own co-worker, by cutting her off and taking over instead of helping her. When he did that he had to backtrack my order since he wasn't there for the start of it. If you want a sloppy dirty sandwich from a subway employee, who tells his coworkers they are doing something wrong instead of giving them decent courtesy of not embarrassing them in front of the customer. I have eaten at this Subway many times, and have always had good food here. However, today's experience has put me off my patronage of this particular store. I had to pay a visit to the men's room, and was disgusted. Let's just say that it hasn't been scrubbed in awhile . If they are lax in basic sanitation procedures, it makes me wonder where else they may be lacking (and they had just prepared my food!!) There are plenty of other places in that area where I can get good food, so that Subway just lost my business. read more
