I'll start this off by saying it's easier to Parkin the Starbucks/jumpzone parking lots where the in n out employees park. The drive thru will eat up half of the parking lot and the other half are are usually taken. Foods great service can be lengthy at times due to the mall and area. But doesn't take away from the quality and speediness of your food coming out. If you do go through the drive thru be mindful larger vehicles so struggle at times because of a hard left turn and tight space read more

something extremely off about this location's food. id in in-n-out for the past 30 years as i'm from california it's usually the same across every in-n-out but this location is extremely off their buns crumble apart. mine was completely soggy when i got it. the fries were had no form they were just so they bend it like worms like they were drowning oil and then there was no structure to them. they were just soft mushy worms like texture. the burger itself inside tasted off there was something awful about this entire experience. i asked for animal style. i'm not sure if they even know what that means but they got my order completely wrong. read more

I went in around close last night as I was getting off my work. I accidentally ordered 1 less patty than I wanted. I asked as I was paying if it was possible to add 1 more patty which I was told was okay but i accidentally held the line up a bit and felt bad. I got home to enjoy the food and everything was good until I bit into my burger and it was spicy. Looking at the burger I saw that they spread a couple of chopped chilies around the burger. I allergic to peppers and had to toss the burger unfortunately. I've been to in n out many times and never had an error which is honestly very impressive. So when I have my first error be an added item scattered across the burger it made it seem intentional. Stomach been irritated all night and have had trouble sleeping before Christmas. Yes you can always get a double. You don't have to know the secret menu. If tell them what or how you want your food they will try to accommodate. If you want something beside hamburgers and fries you have come to the wrong place as that is all they make. When they give you your food they will ask if you want any "spread." Yes you do. They'll give you chilies--take a small bite of the chili, squeeze the juice onto the burger, and take a bite. It's spicy, juicy, and delicious. Same reason the buns are always fresh. They cycle through it that quickly. Patties are seared to lock in the juices. For how much I like their burgers, I dislike their fries. The family loves In n Out and wanted it for lunch. We came around noon on a Monday and it was busy busy busy!! It's normally busy anytime we go but it always moves pretty quick. We walked up and ordered pretty quick and were given our number. I really wish it was bigger inside cause it's so awkward waiting in the middle like sardines along with every other hungry person waiting for their number to be called. Literally every table inside was full. We found an open table outside but it was pretty chilly. By the time our number was called a table opened up right behind me so we snagged it quick. Now, the food, the order was correct as always and perfectly placed in our little trays. The fries were fresh and crisp. My cheeseburger protein style was made perfectly and you can guarantee it to be messy with your lettuce sliding around and sauce dripping from it but it's sooooooo good.
