    Burgers and fries

Parking is plentiful and easy to access. The restaurant itself is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with employees always nearby to handle spills or messes quickly. The ambiance is exactly what you'd hope for--bright, welcoming, and buzzing with energy. The red-and-white color scheme feels nostalgic and cheerful, and the open kitchen gives you a peek at the fast-paced action behind the scenes. As for the food--always fresh and delicious. Crisp vegetables, tender meat, and soft buns make every bite worth it. Fries are perfectly cooked--if you like them extra crispy, just ask for "wellies." The animal-style fries are an upcharge, but absolutely worth it. Anything with their signature spread is a treat. There was a brief incident with another customer who was using hateful language, but management handled it swiftly and professionally. The woman received her food and was quietly escorted out without further disruption. Great job, team, for staying calm and respectful throughout. For the price, In-N-Out is hard to beat. You get consistent, high-quality food at a great value. And as a fun bonus, free stickers were being handed out during our visit--we were lucky enough to snag a few!

I don't think it's the best tasting burgers and fries in the world, by any means. But the freshness and the price, can't be beaten imo. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They all looked like they enjoyed working there. We just did the drive thru so I can't say too much on ambiance but from what I saw from the outside in, I love the classic burger joint vibe. It's so retro, very cute.

If you ever feel like having a burger without the guilt, this is your jam. I always ask for protein style hamburger, cheeseburger, or double double. With inflation, this meal still is the best bang for your buck. My favorite thing to order is the protein style double double with extra lettuce, tomatoes, whole grilled onions, and pickles. Yes, you can ask for pickles and they elevate the taste 10 fold. It's cold, crunchy, and fresh. The fries are a must as well. Pretty solid. The food has tasted the same for me for over 30 years. I used to live by an In-n-Out way back when. Overall, it cannot be beat for the quality, taste, and value.

Fast food chain that has minimal menu of quite tasty items. The basic burger had fresh and firm looks, nothing missing, nor too much. The fries were thinner than normally, and they were tasty and crispy. The only thing I missed was the side sald that some other joints offer also to replace the fries.

I don't understand the hype. Food was cold, fries tasted stale and cold. McDonald's is better.

I loved this In-N-Out! So yummy! Fries were a little stale but their shakes make up for it.

Fast service, great food, friendly workers. Only one negative: the acoustics in these shops are bad---the noise levels are deafening.

When I'm feeling extra hungry I choose a double double or when I want something light I ask for a protein style burger.

The fries were hot and crispy and the chicken was very tender. We were impressed. Better than Chick-fil-A. A meal for 2 for under $20--not bad. We were on the way to and afternoon adventure at a local theme park, and decided the kids needed to eat first. Raising Cane's won the "where" vote. And now I'm so glad. We ordered the Caniac for two adults and two kids. There was so much food on that platter, we had leftovers! Six juicy tenders, coleslaw, Texas Toast, and a large iced tea. The Texas Toast made my mouth happy! I could chow down on that awesome garlicky flavor all day. Obviously fresh bread, toasted to perfection. The coleslaw had just the right amount of sauce, not dry and not soupy. The fries were mostly meh, nothing spectacular, but then I bit into the chicken tenders. Wow, what a wonderful surprise, as I said earlier. The restaurant was clean and the staff were fast, efficient and friendly. If you like chicken tenders done right, I recommend a trip to Raising Cane's!

Yesterday, was errand day. Decided to give Whataburger another shot. I have been to this location…read moretwo times in the past year or so and it has been 50/50. I decided to stick with the basics and just ordered one burger with cheese and NO pickles. I was in the drive through having just completed a visit to Costco (that is an entirely different story). The burger was huge but slapped together and fell apart as I tried to eat it. That was somewhat helpful as it assisted in the removal of five pickle slices. The meat looked more gray than cooked and flavor was uninspiring. The onions were fresh and crisp. With all the other options for fast food on errand day I suspect I won't be back.

Drive through experience was a nightmare! Took forever for the line to move. Once I got to the…read moreorder box it was radio silence. After what seemed like an eternity I finally asked if someone was there. Worker came back on and asked me to give her more time Placed the order and then back to sitting (whole experience took more than half an hour) waiting for the two people in front of me to get their order. When we got to the window the employee informed me that the upgraded small banana shake couldn't be made due to not having enough. I switched the drink order and had to ask for the upgrade price to be removed. Once we finally got our order I asked if the condiments (ketchup, spicy ketchup plus three or four upgraded sauces that we paid extra for). The employee said that they were there. I should have checked, but we were now late to getting back to our event we are at so I just left. Sure enough, not a single condiment in site. Very disappointing, especially since this was my wife's first time going. Luckily, she will give the one back in Tucson a try to see why I love Whataburger.
