Very disappointed with the customer service at this Chick-fil-A. My order was incorrect on 8/12, and after contacting the restaurant, I was directed to submit an issue through the app. Chick-fil-A Cares later offered a free sandwich, but the coupon was only valid for one day. I called on 8/19, and after speaking with an employee who spoke with a director, I was told they would honor it that evening. Less than 20 minutes later, my husband went through the drive-thru, but no one knew anything about the situation and the coupon was not honored. At this point, it's not about the free sandwich, it's about how poorly the entire situation was handled. The service at this location has really gone downhill. One of the worse experiences I have had at a chick fila. Should have known better when I walked in and a group of employees were standing at the counter in their phones hanging out with friends that were just there. While I was ordering my food the cashier Milta was not listening to me order I had to repeat everything I would say and she was too busy trying to talk and listen to the group that was on their phone. While me and my wife were eating all we could hear was the employees speaking loud and hanging out with their friends. Made my entire experience sour as it felt as if the employees were there to just hang out with their friends. The only bright spot of the visit was Teresa who seemed to be very nice and helpful getting my refill and clearing our table. I would say that from the time that I scanned for my order, it was probably at least 15 minutes. How can they be that ridiculously slow? my experience at this Chick-fil-A was quite an unpleasant one at that. The fries were room temperature and it felt like they had been sitting out. The employees were pressuring us and they didn't say my pleasure. I asked for extra pickles on my sandwich and I picked up the one that said extra pickles but it ended up having no pickles. And the people who wanted no pickles on their sandwiches got pickles but then one of the other sandwiches got the extra pickles even though we ordered it without. One other thing is that I think it's weird that the menu screens show up after the people come to take your which should be switched around. read more

Although I have enjoyed eating take out food from this location before tonight's take out order was very disappointing. I ordered an 8 piece chicken nugget meal. However, It was hard to find an actual nugget because there were so many dried out, hard pieces of partial nuggets, mainly just the nugget crust. They informed us that this particular location in Peoria was not participating in the Veterans Day Promotion, it tells me everything I need to know about this organization, total bait and switch in disrespect for American's veterans! If I could give ten stars for this location I would. I love Chick fil a no matter what, but this location has it dialed in for sure. They've definitely mastered the double drive thru lane and it moves so fast. Part of the way is covered and shaded with misters which is awesome for their employees because it's so hot out there. Short review. Not much to add. Service and food was everything one expects from Chick-fil-A. Drive thru, like most Chick-fil-A locations was busy. I decided it might be best to go inside. Ordering was quick and easy. Food was out relatively quickly. Food was all hot and fresh. Grilled chicken was on the small side. Chick-fil-A makes one of my favorite brownies. Brownies are rich and fudgy. Always worth grabbing one, even if it means getting one to-go because it is breakfast. Service was the standard "my pleasure" service.
