I ordered ahead through the app for lunch as I was pulling into the parking lot on a Wednesday at noon with 2 toddlers. When I pulled into the parking lot, I immediately thought it was a big mistake. They were so packed! But to my surprise there was plenty of parking. We parked in the shade under a tree, walked right in & our food was ready and waiting on us. The food was delicious, as always. My order was correct. The dining room was spacious and clean. Everybody inside was super friendly even though they were working frantically to keep everyone happy. My rating and review is based on a catering order. We spent $244 on chicken sandwiches and discovered during our party they did not have pickles on them. That might not seem like a big deal, but when the sandwich is only three ingredients (bun, chicken and pickles), it is a big deal. I completed the customer survey on their website and it was forwarded to the Arrowhead location. I received an email from there and after all the money we spent (we also got three nugget trays), we were offered a free meal to make it right. Very disappointed in this resolution. Order to go, ordered inside. After messing up order multiple times, telling them multiple times to make sure items are removed. They sent us home with incorrect food, burned fries, and no receipt. Because of an allergy I had to throw the entire salad in the trash. Also the lettuce was brown and old. Contacting them because they claim that: "Providing a great experience at Chick-fil-A is always our goal. Unfortunately, it sounds like that just didn't happen this time. We've shared your comments with the appropriate people at Chick-fil-A, Inc. and with the restaurant you visited." They asked so I gave them the last 4 digits of the card I used, the time we ordered and the location. This is what the location had to say: "The Chick-fil-A CARES Team has shared your recent feedback with us at Arrowhead. We want our customers to have a positive experience and a great meal on every visit. We're sorry that was not the case for you. We regret we are not able to provide further resolution without an order transaction number as proof of purchase." They didn't provide proof of purchase... with all the screwups. So NO they don't "care" NO they won't make it right. They will continue their poor food quality, poor customer service, with zero backing of their company ideals. It would be "my pleasure" to bring them a bank statement showing the $48.09 to prove what they quickly debited from the account but when it's not convenient for them, it magically doesn't exist and they can't seem to find it. What a disappointment. Don't go here. They have gone downhill quality wise and service wise. They hide behind their "Care" moto only when it serves their needs. They don't give a crap about their customers or their food quality. It's their "pleasure" to take your money, but not follow through with their products. I threw that money in the trash. If I could give ten stars for this location I would. I love Chick fil a no matter what, but this location has it dialed in for sure. They've definitely mastered the double drive thru lane and it moves so fast. Part of the way is covered and shaded with misters which is awesome for their employees because it's so hot out there. We were greeted quickly and our order taken. We had our food and drinks in under 10 minutes and the line was really long. Awesome job!!!!! read more

Trust the labyrinth of the drive through. Picked up lunch from the drive through per kids request. Grilled and Chick-fil-A nuggets and French fries. The grilled ones were a little too firm, maybe slightly over cooked, but first time they seemed not spot on. Got there around peak lunch time on Wednesday, shortly after noon. Took about 15 minutes to get through the drive through, huge improvement in timing from prior to the remodel of the drive through. The parking lot may look hectic, follow the signs around to the line and know it won't be as long as initially imagined! Leo, who owns this place is just a sparkling example of what customer service is all about. This crew is always on it with smiles and making sure that everybody's happy with their orders. Trying to figure out how to get in was an initial turn-off--very confusing how the drive-thru and the pick-up areas were set up and then having to negotiate around arrows and cones and workers to try to find reg. customer parking--it was like trying to pass a driver's test! But once inside, Gerri took our order and was very pleasant and helpful in answering questions since we're not regulars. The spicy chicken sandwich was the best we've had in that sandwich category since we've been making the rounds after all that hype surrounding the Popeye's version. This one seemed to really have the flavor soaked in rather than relying on a sauce and it didn't just have heat, but flavor. Great job! The roll had more substance than most, esp. a McD's mushy gooey one, and the waffle fries were a refreshing difference. Unfortunately, I missed the too-short 2-day window for filling out the Chick-fill-A survey since I could've scored a free repeat sandwich, but life got in the way and sadly I missed out....Will hopefully return anyway, although a coupon or special would be a nice enticement. P.S. Confusing how the receipt lists this location as Arrowhead yet it's not listed that way here--would be nice to be consistent. read more

This location has gone way down hill. Do youselfves a favor and go to another location. The service frankly doesn't exist. My order was wrong to begin with. I sat at the drive Thur waiting for my food and watched the interactions between employees. It reminded me of kids on a play ground. They didn't realize that my window was down and was listening to every word they were saying and everything they were doing. 2 girls were messing with each other and one of the girls punched the other girl in the arm. Then a coworker who I could not see at that time said you punch like a pu_s_y. They kept going back and forth and yet I was still waiting for my food. Finally the one girl looked over at me and said my name out loud then they both moved some bags around then came to give me my food. I went home with the bag of food only to find that my order was wrong. The only thing that was right were the Hash Rounds. I called up the location and asked to speak to a manager and she said to go to the app and follow the prompts and someone would get back to me within 24 hours. Everytime we go to this exact location our order always gets messed up. Just like tonight the girl taking our order was pretty rude. I used my app to redeem a reward, it got taken off my app and never got the item in my order. My husbands entire sandwich was wrong and our drinks were wrong. We were so disappointed to go to this Chick-fil-A. We are familiar with Chick-fil-A's across the country and unfortunately today this Chick-fil-A was very disappointing. First of all in certain states your company only make spicy strips that was a surprise to us. We had not ever seen that before. The best Chick-fil-A in the west. This location has a very nice interior and super clean. Staff is wonderful. Up there with In-n-out Burger for world class fast food service, heck, world-class restaurant service. Love the foam cups for soft drinks. Keeps it cooler longer with less melting ice. Also, I like having the option of caffeine-free diet Coke. Not many places offer it, but its a nice option for supper. The Chick-fil-A BBQ sauce is a good one, well worth it. It goes without saying the chicken is fantastic. Love the grilled nuggets and the finger. The Chicken noodle soup is my favorite. Love it. Best Anywhere. And the sanitizing wipes are a helpful touch. This time drive thru was very disorganized, worker reached into my truck and put her arm on my windowsill (invasive and akward) and at drive thru when I asked for a second on making change they insisted on me taking coins and were very rude about it. Asked for manager and asked him to ask rude employee to step away for conversation but he did not and was very condescending. I guess Christian is code for rude and condescending jerks. In Phoenix area for a lil bit, a friend & I decided to go for some good ol' Chick-Fil-A when suddenly we noticed a trend of colored folks waiting around for their food including my friend himself. Meanwhile the white folk got their food served to them no problem. I really do hope this was just a one time thing, a coincidence but it was also a bit odd that the names were only being messed up for said color folk. As an example a colored man ordered food under the name of "Andrew" and it was being called out as "Andrea." We're guessing it was so that the customer would not receive his food & was forced to wait longer. Same for my friend, Gio which had his name switched to "Gil." I am not the type to assume the worst of people which is why I hope this was not the case but it was just too coincidental to not speak out. read more

My favorite fast food! Healthy grilled chicken sandwiches, salads and GRILLED NUGGETS! The waffle fries are delicious but the kale side salad and fruit side are great too! I love the diet lemonade (I get half water half lemonade because the lemonade is so strong! But I know a lot of people who like it that strong, I'm just more of a flavored water girl). The sauces are really flavorful, my personal fav is the honey BBQ. Inside is always meticulously clean and the sauces are always perfectly lined up and organized. I have always had excellent service, very nice, helpful and accommodating staff. It's a little bit more expensive than a typical fast food restaurant but it's worth every penny! Ok, we never had an issue with this location ever. Everyone was friendly and the food was good - until yesterday 2/7/23 around 3pm. The guy who took the order was ~ ok. Not friendly or rude, just didn't look or sound happy to be taking orders. My grilled chicken sandwich was dry - my son's spicy chicken strips looked a bit over cooked, but tasted good. Then when we were finishing up eating and my son had left to the restroom, a tall male employee came and sanitized the seat my son had sat on, mind you, my daughter and I were still sitting at that same table. He left but when I started gathering our garbage he came back and started sanitizing our table while wee were still sitting down, my daughter still chewing her food and I was drinking my drink waiting for my son. It reaked of sanitizer smell! I looked around and there were other empty tables that were dirty, I looked behind me and there were two young employees looking at him smiling. What the heck is going on? We left that place feeling disgusted by their rude behavior. read more

This Chick-fil-A location on 83rd ALWAYS make mistakes when I order a spicy chicken, egg, and cheese MUFFIN. They ALWAYS end up giving me a BISCUIT. Today they gave me a biscuit, I noticed the mistake right after pulling off so I went back to the window. The employee was nice and apologized. She stated she will have them remake my sandwiches.
