Interrupted me while placing my order not asking politely but rudely telling me to wait. Sat for almost 10 minutes before I said, hello? I assumed she forgot I was there. No, she remembered but didn't care as she again rudely told me to wait! No cars in line the entire time, maybe 3 cars in the parking lot. I come to this location quite often. If you dine in or order pick up, expect to wait. I've noticed they handle all the drive-thru first before any other customers. Also you're definitely gonna want to bring a jacket and dress warm because they keep the a/c cranked to the max to the point where it's freezing and uncomfortable. Every time I go here they mess up my order. And I mean every time. The last couple of times I've ordered a bean burrito. Each time they put the bean in on one side and the onions and sauce on the other. So when I eat the burrito, all I taste are beans until I get to the end and it's just a handful of onions. If I could give zero stars to this location I would. long wait times, crunchy reused beans, wrong items, incorrectly made items, high staff turnover,etc Honestly eaten here multiple times over the past 4 years, sometimes 1-3 times a month. However, the last time I went earlier this month was so bad I will never be going back to this or any taco bell location. I ordered 20-25 dollars worth of food for the family on the way home. First the wait was about 12 minutes, an inconvenience but understandable at this location that food comes slow. However, when I got home and pulled out the food to start eating all but two items were rancid. I don't say that lightly, the cheese/ chips tasted funny and had a smell of chemical? The beans were hard and crunchy as well. Everything was clearly expired or not edible. We threw out everything: two Mexican pizzas, nachos, meat Crunchwrap, 2 bean burritos and a 5 layer burrito. My wife and son were fine the next day but my daughter and I had stomach issues the next day as well. I called the store just to warn them to check items and that we had to throw everything away. They apologized of course but dismissed the rest. I messaged through the Taco Bell app and have yet to get a reply. Shocked at all this I looked online to see if this was a one off issue... sadly it is not, a plethora of online posts talk about similar issues around multiple locations in the states. Was kinda bowled over by this location! I had a pretty basic order- 2 burritos and a soda. But the guy running the window was really kind when I asked about Sierra Mist and even said if I didn't like it he'd give me another drink. It just is exceptional nowadays in my experience when someone-especially at a fast food drive through!-makes it clear they really want the customer to be happy. My only complaint is they changed the bean burrito recipe and used cheese sauce instead of shredded cheese. Might be because of supply chain issues bc I know that's even the case with McDonald's right now (yes I eat too much fast food.) All in all, great location. Recommend!! read more

Ive never had a Taco Bell mess up my order so badly. It was one item, with 4 ingredients .

Alright so the food was fine. No problems whatsoever with the value or quality of food. But it took FOREVER to get the food. I am talking 30 mins from walking into the place to walking out with our food. First their is no one up front to take your order. Understand workers are short. But 30 mins for Taco Bell is insane. Used the kiosk to submit our first order. Got to the final step and the kiosk rebooted. So had to wait for the kiosk to come back up to resubmit our order. After the order was finally placed successfully it must have taken at least 15 mins to actually get the food. Others in the lobby were experiencing similar waits. Honestly my family was not that hungry so we stuck to the dollar menu but for the price of the meals we will be going to Filibertos or Costa Vida next time read more

The taco shells were broken and falling apart, they didn't put any sauce in the bags as we requested them with the online order. The beans in the bean burrito were not fully cooked or mushed.
