the food was good quality and the service was good too, Caesar was very nice and had excellent customer service!

Horrible customer service. I was about 10 min away and put in a mobile order, it said pick up time of 10-12 min. Got there and got my food and the frys were so soggy and cold and I thought I put customizations on the burger and it came with everything on it. I reached out to customer service Nickie G. Wrote back to me from the North Scottsdale customer service office and was the worst customer service rep ever saying it was my fault the food was cold because I took to long to pick up my food (I drove straight there). & that I didn't put any customizations on my burger so how dare I complain which was either a glitch in their app or I forgot to save it correctly to my order. Regardless the food was cold and customer service rude. I will never spend any money at this location ever again. read more

The food is good enough but don't eat INSIDE as the music is so loud and pounding rap. You cannot think let alone talk to your guest. I only get to go and not often since I refuse to eat inside read more

Jack in the Box - Might be hot but probably NOT - Fast Food Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

This is supposed to be a sourdough grilled cheese. I don't know how old this thing is but it was seriously not edible. I know I came kind of late but it's a 24 hour restaurant I feel like no matter the time the food should never be this awful. Would not recommend coming here. read more

Here is the problem. Decided to stop in for a quick bite. The guy posing as the manager took our order at the front counter and we paid with a credit card. My wife ordered the Breakfast Jack. We got our breakfast Jack but looked at the bill and saw we were charged a Combo price but we didn't get the combo meal. My wife approached the 'manager" and he didn't flinch, just returned $2.25 cash. My question is, how many times does this happen? Two seniors approach and order and never check their bill. I'm not accusing anybody, merely offering a cautionary piece of advise. read more

Cold, sloppy food, wrong order, and a drive-thru wait that felt endless. The burger looked thrown together, the fries were limp, and the staff acted annoyed that I even showed up. This Jack in the Box manages to turn fast food into a slow, disappointing experience--definitely not worth the money. read more

I came for the gremlins meal it was made fresh and received all my sauces. Great customer service.

07/07/23 around 12:30pm: Lunch run for office. The person helping me, THANK YOU! (I think he was the manager, because he was training a younger gentleman) You made this lunch run for my office much easier than I thought. I had about 8 orders for my office, this sweet gentleman numbers off each bag (order) so it was easier to hand off when I got back to the office. This is a rare thing at a fast food restaurant, but i appreciate this and for your help! Give this gentleman a raise! I'll be back and thank you again, my office staff is happy and fed! read more

Was here to pick up an order, the male manager was extremely unfriendly and made me feel like I was an inconvenience picking up a DoorDash order. I arrived on time and they didn't start making the order until after my scheduled pick-up time. Just overall was not a great vibe in that restaurant and the sad part is they weren't even busy at all. read more

we all have had our own experiences going through fast food restaurant however whoever was working on October 10, 2025 7 PM hands-down top experience very fast beyond polite well spoken truly was presenting himself with class and jack in the box at its finest!!!! hope they appreciate you!! read more

I see the same gentleman there every night when Id get off work. Extremely polite even and helpful, even when it's clear he's been working a slow night. I'd say out of the 50 times i've seen him late at night he's extremely respectful and does his job the right way. Some mornings when i'm feeling a little lazy, i remember this guy and get my ass out of bed. I feel terrible for writing this and not knowing his name, but just thought i'd throw this out there! read more

Marcela was so awesome and so kind I forgot to order a drink for myself asked her to add it on and she was so sweet about it. Most fast food places huff if thru have to do anything for you. She was awesome! Great reflection of your business! read more

Unfortunately, the quality of the food here is worse than all the other Jack in Boxes that I have been to. The meat tasted very dry. It also didn't help that I was trying to have a private conversation with my friend and there was an employee here that kept constantly interrupting us and rudely butting into our conversation. read more

Look at this! Look. At. This!! There's probably 1 tablespoon, no, 1 TEASPOON of beef in there. My fault for wanting fast food. The Diet Gods must have an eye on me. read more

Jack in the Box - Sad excuse for a taco - Fast Food Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

Closes way too early. Would give zero stars if possible. Used to be 24 hours. And they aren't friendly if you catch them when open.

Gave specific not complicated order, extra crisp chicken sandwich with no lettuce. When I got to the window the guy acted rude and strange- he asked what I had ordered. He said he had no record of it. When I was confused by that he started rambling about it not being door dash. When I finally got my order he gave me a disturbing look. When I got home (4 min away) order was wrong, and cold. Not impressed. read more

The man who was working the drive through window today on December 14th at 10:30 am was AMAZING! He had great energy and seemed like he wanted to be there. Treated us very nice which is rare when going through fast food. Customer service like this should be everywhere! read more

Horrible!! Does not deserve one star, ordered a double Jumbo jack meal, got to work to find a single jumbo jack that was clearly made hours ago.. meat was all dried up and cold lettuce was soggy, it was absolutely disgusting!! I called the store and VM, no one bothered to call me back.. should have read these reviews before I went.. Don't waste your time and money, this place is a shithole!! read more

UPDATE...After my review from 12/31/18 the actual owner contacted me and definitely went way outta her way to make it right. She sent me a gift card and coupons. So I'll definitely be trying this location again...hopefully those women will be getting my order right without spitting on it. KUDOS to the powers that be that care about their customers. This is my my fave JIB breakfast sandwich...try it...sourdough ham egg and cheese melt...with extra Swiss make it crispy. I'll update the stars after I go back if the girls get it right. At approximately 1140 12/31/18 I ordered a ham egg and cheese sourdough melt with an extra piece of swiss. Took forever for the girls at the window to understand what I was ordering. Then she tried to charge over 5 bucks for it. Then she rerang it at 4 something (this is 3 something at every other location). She handed out the sandwich which was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted...all the cold parts had probably been sitting there since breakfast...if I get sick I'll know exactly where from. I didn't get ao receipt because the Hispanic woman with the bright red lips snatched it out of the other girls hand and crumpled it up. I've been trying to call but no answer or a busy signal. I had just had a medical procedure and needed in bed or we would have gone back. Now I see why this location has 2 stars. I'm sending an email and calling your corporate office. read more

Stopped in at 4:05 10/13 and the person said she could not process our order because her system was down ??? Wierd TBH it's a 24 hour drive through and she just didnt want to cook lol Well won't be back to this location What a joke read more

6 pm on Sunday and it's closed. WTF you can't staff for the drive thru to be open at least.

Messed up a simple order. Can't wait til robots replace the incompetent humans that work at jack in the box

This location really stepped up! I've been neighbors with them for years and I'll be honest when I first moved to this side of town in 2019 it was terrible but I decided to give it a second shot the other day and wow absolutely amazing! Staff was super sweet, and food was fresh which was very surprising! If this is new management or something keep it up!! read more

I'm getting sick of this bitter old lady that works nights there. I don't get off until 12am and she's usually there. I order a 3$ special that has 3tacos and a drink, and a jumbo jack(2.99). 6$ + tax. Should be less than .60 cents. Total she gives me is 8.11$. I explain that it's not 2$ in tax. She won't even look at me and says, computer says 8.11$ After explaining it again to her she says it's 8.11$. Jack and the Wacko needs to put employees that can handle customers right. All she did was give me an angry look as I asked for my money back and told me to go. . Not my first bad experience with this lady and her bad attitude as she limps around this place. Get rid of her, please! read more

The worst customer service ever. The manager, Olivia refused to correct our order saying she doesn't understand the app orders and does bot care if already paid. She told me go ahead and complain, ai don't care and slammed the window on us ! We "wound up with less than half our food that was paid for and most of what we have is incorrect ! read more

There is ALWAYS something wrong with this place. Either they don't have the chicken for their pitas, their shake machine is not working, they ran out of sauce and etc etc etc. The only consistent thing here is their horrendous customer service. By the way, I am white and I speak fluent Spanish. In other words, I understand what you are saying when you are talking smack about the customers. I will not be coming back and will suggest to others to not waste their time. read more

This place needs a manager. I phoned them three times yesterday, recording states that everyone was busy, and to leave my name and phone number and they would call me back. Never happened, even after calling two more times. Don't try and call them, you will be totally ignored. Very unprofessional management. How can you take phone orders or answer menu questions if you don't answer your phone? read more

I wish I could rate this negative stars! Came through the drive through at 10pm and the employee working the drive thru seemed to be in a really bad mood. When I drove the 5 minutes home and took out my tacos, they were actually COLD. When I called and told the guy who answered the phone that my tacos were cold he hung up on me. I'm not even sorry to say to this but this is why fast food workers shouldn't get paid more than they do now. I worked fast food for years and I never served bad food or gave bad service no matter how much I hated my job! read more

Food was not made to order. It was ice cold and was handed out the window less than 60 seconds after I ordered it. When I complained the manager game me extreme attitude. When she overheard me call her a name she told me because of that she would not change the order and slammed the window closed on me. Apparently talking with here friends and her cell phone were more important. This is vile service. In all my years of customer service, never has this behavior been acceptable. read more

And here and ordered two simple combos both plain. Every time we have come here the same thing happens. EVERYTHING IS ON THEM. We pull up to the drive through and 2 mins we waited for someone to come on. Then we told them the order was wrong and they asked what the order was. I told them then they went silent and unresponsive for another 2 minutes and came back simply saying "well, pull forward then". Our receipt had the order correct, but they did not read the screen at all. They just heard the numbers and made them. When we came we were the only customers. So , not like it was busy. read more

The worst Jack in the box ive ever been to. The staff is utterly incompetent and by far the rudest staff ive ever seen, especially Olivia. Ive been in customer service for 30+ yrs and if I ever treated a person they way we were treated today i would expect to be fired. Obviously this jack in the box doesn't care how their staff operates or treats people becasuse this isnt my first bad experience. This company needs to send their employees to train with In and Out or Chickfila employees because thats how customer service should be!!! I will never be back!!!!! read more

I know a yelp review for Jack in the Crack won't go anywhere & their management team probably doesn't care. But holy crap I have never gotten such terrible & rude service!! Tall white guy, not sure of his name, was SOO rude. Very short. Abrupt and unhelpful. Had us pull around to the front for our food, came out & we asked for ketchup/ranch and quickly said "it's in there"and bolted... checked, nothing. & when we yelled out to tell him he gave us a rude "thumbs up" and kept walking. Drove back through for it and he was just as rude as before. I don't care if this is fast food, this guy gets paid to do this!! Not to mention, I take a bite of my sandwich, COLD. Nasty & I will never go back to jack in the box for my late night food needs. Went to Taco Bell after & had awesome service and hot food!! read more

Awful AND Bad Setvice. You are taking a risk coming here. I do not recommend. The manager acts phony but when I asked for my order to be corrected she got upset and raised her tone of voice and was sarcastic with me. A few of her staff members even walked by the drive-through window to see who I was. This was very uncomfortable and I will not be returning here here again. read more
