Here is the problem. Decided to stop in for a quick bite. The guy posing as the manager took our order at the front counter and we paid with a credit card. My wife ordered the Breakfast Jack. We got our breakfast Jack but looked at the bill and saw we were charged a Combo price but we didn't get the combo meal. My wife approached the 'manager" and he didn't flinch, just returned $2.25 cash. My question is, how many times does this happen? Two seniors approach and order and never check their bill. I see the same gentleman there every night when Id get off work. Extremely polite even and helpful, even when it's clear he's been working a slow night. I'd say out of the 50 times i've seen him late at night he's extremely respectful and does his job the right way. I've been neighbors with them for years and I'll be honest when I first moved to this side of town in 2019 it was terrible but I decided to give it a second shot the other day and wow absolutely amazing! UPDATE...After my review from 12/31/18 the actual owner contacted me and definitely went way outta her way to make it right. She sent me a gift card and coupons. Then she tried to charge over 5 bucks for it. Then she rerang it at 4 something (this is 3 something at every other location). She handed out the sandwich which was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted...all the cold parts had probably been sitting there since breakfast...if I get sick I'll know exactly where from. I didn't get ao receipt because the Hispanic woman with the bright red lips snatched it out of the other girls hand and crumpled it up. I've been trying to call but no answer or a busy signal. I'm getting sick of this bitter old lady that works nights there. I don't get off until 12am and she's usually there. I order a 3$ special that has 3tacos and a drink, and a jumbo jack(2.99). 6$ + tax. Should be less than .60 cents. Total she gives me is 8.11$. I explain that it's not 2$ in tax. She won't even look at me and says, computer says 8.11$ After explaining it again to her she says it's 8.11$. Jack and the Wacko needs to put employees that can handle customers right. We pull up to the drive through and 2 mins we waited for someone to come on. Then we told them the order was wrong and they asked what the order was. I told them then they went silent and unresponsive for another 2 minutes and came back simply saying "well, pull forward then". Tall white guy, not sure of his name, was SOO rude. Very short. Abrupt and unhelpful. Had us pull around to the front for our food, came out & we asked for ketchup/ranch and quickly said "it's in there"and bolted... checked, nothing. & when we yelled out to tell him he gave us a rude "thumbs up" and kept walking.
