I asked for my dirty sauce on the side and did not receive it on the side. I was nervous because I have a lot of allergies, but it ended ok. I got the Cupid bread because it's close to Valentine's Day so they have hot pink bread. That made the experience more fun for sure! The sandwich was delicious and too big for me to eat. I had to save the other half for later, but I am not complaining! Great portions and great sandwiches. The bread was a little harder than I would've liked, but other than that, everything was good. It looked like there was one waitress and one bus boy when we got there. When she did bring us our drinks, I asked if I should order my pizza now since I was the only one ordering pizza. I didn't want my food to hold up everyone else's because it will take 20 minutes (minimum) So I did. Pizza came out in 10 minutes and no one else at my table ordered yet because she never came back. I had to look for her as my pizza was getting cold and I didn't want to eat while no one had their food. She came took my pizza and threw it under a heat lamp which kind of made the cheese stiff but with that - it was surprisingly good. Hubby ordered a cheese steak sandwich and liked it. My Daughter ordered the boneless wings and said it was really good (my husband had a couple and agreed) and her hubby had sliders and liked it. It was fun playing the Family Feud game. We did come in third. Like I said, food was good. Service wasn't great. Just not my type of place. It did look like another waitress came in close to us leaving. The prices are very affordable! In a time when you can't touch a meal for less than somewhere between 15 and $20 this place you can feed your whole family for that even their drinks are inexpensive. They actually have a lot of locations sprinkled throughout the greater phoenix area. my experience is that some locations are a little better than others in terms of customer service and efficiency but generally speaking I like the price and I like the food no matter which location I go to but invariably some are better than others.

They carry a wide selection of pastas, sauces, olive oils, canned tomatoes, and other Italian staples. My only suggestion would be to expand the specialty pasta selection with options like squid ink, spinach, or roasted red pepper varieties. Of course, we couldn't leave without visiting the bakery case. We brought home an assortment of Italian cookies, a black and white cookie, a Napoleon, chocolate cannolis, and a brownie. The lot is quite small, and both we and several other customers ended up parking across the street.
