I recently discovered their Thanksgiving Sub, which is just for a limited time (sadly). I've found it deliciously addictive. I honestly can't stop ordering it. The turkey is tender and moist, the cranberry sauce is both sweet and tangy, the stuffing is incredibly mouth-watering and the bread is so soft. I just get it as is...minus the mayo. I've found it doesn't even need the gravy, it's that perfect. The first time I had one, I ordered the gravy. It was fine, but found it overpowered the rest of the items. I don't know what I'm going to do when they stop making it, but until then, I will enjoy it as often as I can. They have a multiple amount of sound absolutely delicious. They never skip on the ingredients. They are very well priced.

This location can be hit or miss. Sometimes the place has trash all over the floor and tables and other times it's clean-ish. The prices are a bit higher than other sandwich spots but the food has been consistently good when our order is right. I love sandwiches so I'm sure we will stop in again in the future. read more

Remind me next time to get a medium. This was my 2nd trip. The first I got a Club on a Sub size medium (approximately 2/3 of a large). Today I got a large New York Steamer. I liked the filling better than the Club. I thought the the price point was a little steep. That means it will most likely be only occasionally will I stop in. Okay, so waiting in line you see the employees making sandwiches... right off the bat. I noticed none of the employees will listen to the store manager, and she had to threaten to send people home as they were literally mocking her... specifically an employee named Michael.. who was encouraging the behavior. I got to the register, and the girl named Anna help me and she was an absolute angel. She deserves a raise... she without being told was busy cleaning lobby and attending to customers when not busy at the register.. Anna was very polite and kind and patient as I was ordering multiple subs for my office. Now, As my order started coming through the machine, the employee Michael was like " damn man you ordering too much "... like excuse me? I kept my mouth shut because I'm rising above and I don't have time to argue with e child.. but I'm going to say if you don't like your job, get out. Show some respect to the business and manager... and I heard her ask ALL employees ( not including Anna ) to get back in their positions.. it's lunch and packed in here... she was not a rude manager, she was fed up. I felt bad and they all deserve discipline.. You're in the business of customer service and hospitality. I don't care if it's fast food.... My three stars go to Anna and the Manager Samantha. To be honest. I rarely ever make reviews cause i know how much they effect the ratings as a business owner myself. Now the girl at the register was so sweet. I did change the size of my sub while she was taking my order after she said well the subs are this size so are you ok with that and i said mm no make it a medium which she changed it. It wasnt until i paid and got the receipt that i noticed the receipt said small and i told her and she was like oops im sorry and she relayed it to the team. I asked if i should pay the difference cause i felt bad she made the mistake.. she was like no it ok let me let them know . So i proceed and get my drink and turn to notice theres a line and the girl i guess is stressing out because the manager told her. It is big price difference from the small to medium and basically the line was forming because the manager was telling the girl to ring me up for the difference and the girl didnt know how to do that and the manager was unwilling to help her she got someone else to help her. The girl made me come back in front of the line of people for a $3 difference. It was laughable. I shouldnt have been surprised to be honest because the manager was sort of demeaning to the other employees as well. I literally told the girl at the register im sorry.. i feel bad youre having to be stressed out over $3 with this whole line formed behind me and the girl just smiled. My order was messed up. They left out part of my order. They said they would make it right by giving me the item free next time. I explained that's not free since I've already paid for it without receiving it. Dixie then said she would replace my full meal. The next day she called me to say I can have a free item that was left out and just 25% off my order. Again, that's not an adequate result since I've paid for that item. First time eating at Firehouse Subs. It was pretty good. I got the Italian on wheat and they toasted it. It comes with a pickle on the side too. I got a medium and it was pretty good for a lunch size. Order came out pretty quickly. Staff was friendly and nice and brought us our food and even took our trays for us. I've been to several Firehouse Subs locations and the food is almost always outstanding, with this location being no exception. The employees are very friendly and polite here, as well, which we don't always see these days. However, I've ordered from this store twice in the past two weeks and both times our food was incorrect or items were missing. The first time it happened, we had to toss some of the food because instructions weren't followed (i.e. we said no tomatoes yet there were clearly tomatoes in the food). Today we received two salads but the restaurant forgot our salad dressing. Is it the end of the world? No, we had dressing in our fridge. But that's not the point - we like Firehouse dressings. We had a baseball tournament at GCC and needed to grab our son a quick bite between games so we jumped in to Firehouse. Here are a few things I wanted to point out about this location: 1. Very clean dining room. 2. Restrooms were also very clean and stocked. 3. Associate working the register was very nice and patient with us. She was helpful and did not rush us at all. She also pointed out if you actually are wanting a bigger drink the large is the same price as a medium... I truly appreciate that because we were going to be at the ballpark for another 4 hours. 4. The associate at the register read our order back to us which a lot of people don't do anymore and I really appreciate it when they do because sometimes I miss things. 5. They are quick but not sloppy. Our sandwich's were not a mess like some other places and I appreciate that so much. It shows me they care. 6. The associate who gave us our order noticed we had several drinks and asked if we needed a drink holder. Again attention to detail and noticing things like that a lot of other places just don't anymore. 7. The Italian is amazing and I 100% recommended it on white. My son had the BBQ Brisket and he said that was the best BBQ sandwich he's had in a long time. My husband had the Engineer and he said he loves how no matter which Firehouse you go to it's always yummy and amazing. Got to be the worst location ever for this brand. Usually love going to Firehouse locations, but this one is a definite MISS for us from now on. Place was empty when we entered. Young lady who took our order was quick and efficient. When asked if we wanted to tip, we declined (we don't tip fast food). We waited for over 15 minutes, with no one in the place, for our food. Then when it was ready, server who called out out name spoke so soft we couldn't hear her. I walked up and asked her if she called my name, and she scowled, looked at me, said "yes" under her breath and turned and walked away. Our cashier seemed as if it was her first day, and we were patient with that situation, i can understand being new. Then they gave my husband and i our orders, my son on the other hand got forgotten. I am really disappointed in Firehouse subs for a couple reasons. I ordered 3 different subs. 2 of them were made correct. How ever my sub was wrong. I ordered a Lg Pub steak with extra cheese NO ONIONS NO MAYO cheese ONLY. However after I got hone my sub had both onions and mayo on it making it unbeatable. Because it was after 9:00 pm I was unable to to return it to have it remade. I understand that it was a mistake and I was disappointed but not as I became after sending a message to customer service through there website under contract us. I sent them a very detailed message including date time name of cashier all information off receipt asking to be contacted. This was on Monday. As of today Wednesday evening I have not had any contact at all. Makes me really feel that customer service does not care about there customers. I wil leve this on a positive note the store staff were friendly. UPDATE: GM called me this evening Thursday and was very apologetic and made sure. He made things right. read more

Excellent subs and service!! ALL the staff wear masks! Live near another location where there don't (67th ave near the 101). Have been helped twice by by the same cashier who was super friendly and quick (her name was I think Shakira or something really similar). She's great! One of the subs ordered had lots of toppings in the "no" list and the person making the sub double checked on another topping before putting it on just to make sure. Nice! Their gluten free bread is excellent!! The best yet anywhere!! Thinner and more real bread like! Their Italian sub is soooo good! I don't know how Italian dressing, sweet tasting deli mustard and mayo all work together, but they do!! I'm drooling thinking about it now. Meatball sub got rave reviews too! The food was not good! I was looking for a grilled pastrami sandwich. What I got was a grocery store meat heated up all salty and dry. I even asked for double meat and I got double the gross salty deli meat pretending to be Pastrami. I ordered potato soup. Bad Idea. There was no flavor at all:{ I was so very disappointed after spending so much money. Do not waste yours. I want to add that the manager was very rude and wouldn't hear me about their food being bad. I asked for some extra pickle for the extra meat ($6 extra) they couldn't even put an extra pickle. This was my first and last bad experience with this "restaurant chain".
