We walked in an hour before closing and I would totally understand if it was 10 minutes before they close but an hour is crazy with that type of attitude. I walk it and no type of greeting subway gives better customer service. We were know acknowledge for a total of 5 minutes just sitting there which I should have left but hey let's try Quiznos for the first time right ? Wrong! The girl asks "what sub?" First timer at Quiznos and it wasn't too bad. The Italian sandwich was pretty good, next time I go I'm going to try it not heated as I'm not a big fan of hot deli meat sandwiches. The service was good , both workers were very nice and made our sandwiches in a timely manner. I will be totally honest. The only reason why we came here is because my son had a gift card that his girlfriends parents gave to him and he invited us. Hey, it isn't everyday that a broke teenager treats his mother and sisters so we took him up on it. The young men at the counter were very friendly and patient with us. We weren't familiar with the menu so it took us a while to decide. Although the sandwiches were good, they weren't memorable. They do add a great portion of meat though and they are way tastier than they look. This is the type of place that is good but not the type that you are still thinking about a week later. So yeah, we will come back if given a chance but will not be my first choice. My daughter said she prefers subway and it's cheaper too. read more

So of course, we did as the west Phoenicians do, and advantageously indulged in some pretty great sandwiches. The thing is, the sandwich tasted just as good as it did 15 years ago! We also really did want you to stay open, because your location was much more convenient but you didn't do that probably because you couldn't figure out how to run a staff what are you the White House come on I ordered a tuna I want to black olives on it and onions no cheese I got tuna with melted cheddar add to explain no cheese means no cheddar cheddar is a cheese then trying to add black olives and onions led to me having to explain what an onion was what it look like and where it was and not to put too much on because it's an onion what happened? I just ordered from Postmates. Last time for them and last time for this Quiznos. Both of our steak sandwiches were horrible. The meat in both were so overcooked it was inedible. Can't get postmates to help and the store never answers the phone. So happy to spend $30 on food we can't eat read more

There at 8:30pm. Was not told they were closing at 9:00 until after the order was paid for. Staff was rude. After paying I was told about the closing. We were told sandwich will be packed to go but I we had to we could stay inside until 9:00 and would have to leave even if we hadn't finished our meal. We will never go back. read more

I generally enjoy a sub from Quiznos, but they have to be made properly otherwise they aren't that great. Luckily when I have visited this location they have been pretty good about making the sandwich the right way and the taste results have been excellent. I have had trouble with some Quiznos locations taking coupons in the past, but I haven't had any issues at this location yet, so I am happy about that. I also love their cinnamon sugar cookie, which I have to order every time! One issue I have had here is that the soda machines have had nasty pop. Workers really need to stay on top of that, but otherwise I have been pleased with my visits here. read more

Don't check in expecting a $1 off coupon! I checked in 6/16/15 and it gave me a coupon which expired October 2014 which they didn't allow me to use. I've visited this location several times and used coupons. Rather frustrating that it didn't work this time. Food and customer service has always been average. Says on both their website and google they close at 8:30? Here it says 9? Come here 10 minutes to 8 and they're completely closed and their workers are waiting out front to be picked up. Great experience, this location is actually the first Quiznos I've ever been to. In our experience today my wife and I needed a quick bite before we off on our adventures at Target. During our visit two different customers were rude to the staff here. Both times they smiled and dealt with unkind customers. They are extremely professional and provide great service. I love the Quiznos in our neighborhood here. The owner of this Quiznos goes out of his way to ensure his restaurant is always clean, well staffed, and has fresh ingredients. The bread is always fresh and the ingredients are as well. The condiments are fresh and never out. No doubt, just about the tastiest steak sandwich this side of Philly! Excellent raspberry lemonade. Get your sandwich to go or eat fast if your arrive within 90 minutes of closing time! More than once, more than twice we have been chased out of this establishment by clouds of dust and dirt created by the staff vigorously sweeping the floors with a broom while we tried to enjoy our meals. It's hard to believe the thoughtlessness and lack of regard to us, the customers. Especially disturbing was the fact that they would do that while the assembly line, fresh ingredients. oven, serving trays and condiment bar all lay wide open to the airborne filth.
