The manager and his team are totally on top of their game! I had a smaller catering order and everything was fresh and delicious! When I walked in, I was a bit concerned because they had over 200 box lunches out on the tables and I was worried that my order wouldn't be fulfilled! But they are totally ready for any challenge larger small! Thank you for helping me with my order today. The team loved it! I forgot to take photos but we had the Deluxe catering sub package with chips, cookie and lemonade! He also had a tomato allergy and they kept the sandwich in a separate container, which was spot on! read more

Asked to add toppings and the girl took her job so seriously, she said I couldn't. Calm down, y'all don't get paid enough to take it that seriously. But apparently y'all don't get paid enough to correctly complete orders either. Missing a cookie and all their customer support did was offer me 1,000 points to my account which doesn't even cover the cost of a cookie (4,000), the exact food item I was missing in the first place. What a joke read more

What a great time and great food, thanks to the manager for being a great person. The amount of help this man gave really had me enjoying rhe dinner read more

We order from this location quite a bit for my team at one of the big facilities nearby and while we had a few challenges at first, Gabe has been really trying to get things in order and has made for a seamless experience for us. The food is really good as we have tried almost every side and sandwich. The location has a good vibe as well. Looking forward to them taking great care of us. read more

I had such a great experience here. I needed to get 10 box lunches for a group event. I placed the order online and within in an hour I got a call making sure they had my request correct. Everything was seamless. When I went at the chosen time to pick up, they bagged it up and off I went! The bread and ingredients were so fresh. My group is still talking about it! I recommend Firehouse- especially when it comes to feeding a group! read more

I wanna get one sandwich here they're brisket and it seems like every time I come it gets worse and worse It's like they microwave the meat but they don't they put in a little steamer It doesn't taste like it used to when they 1st opened Don't think go anymore read more

We decided to get delivery and wow, it was not good. Sandwiches were super cold and soggy, but they had good flavors. So we thought maybe it is just the delivery time. So we placed the same order! I got the New York Steamer minus the mustard and my BF got the Italian. We called in a pick up order. We drove home and WOW! Sandwiches were still HOT and YUMMY! The price was almost $30 for both of us with a large sandwich, chips, and drinks. read more

First I love Firehouse subs! We went to location since we were visiting family . I have a allergy to milk and anything with milk in it , my favorite sub is the turkey bacon ranch . I order it without ranch , I did a order on the app made sure I said no ranch . Picked up our 4 sandwiches got home , took one bite and tasted the ranch ! I could not eat my sandwich unless I wanted to be sick the rest of the day ! Please pay attention to people's orders and make sure you accommodate them , I won't go back here again . It was a waste of money and I couldn't eat it ... made a sandwich at home instead! read more

I picked up subs to take home...they were pretty good. I ordered a steak & cheese on wheat and hubby ordered a meatball on wheat. The wheat roll is really soft and flavorful, as were the subs. We ordered online, and everything was exactly as we ordered. Here's the reason for the 3 stars, as opposed to 4 or 5. Hubby's sub was chock full to the brim with meatballs and cheese. My sub, where it was good, was much less full. I mean, when I looked at it after opening the package, I thought it was just an empty roll, until I peeked inside. The meat didn't even touch the edges of the roll...it could've all been on one half, then it would have felt full. Also, the bag for takeout is like a grocery bag. I also had a large drink to carry. Why aren't there handles on the bag? It would make things so much easier to carry. I know I'm being picky, but it sort of surprised me...that's all. Other than those 2 reasons, I would definitely go back here again, since everything was actually quite tasty. read more

This location has gotten considerably better since when they first opened up. Its actually pretty good now. They have been getting my order correct and the food taste super good. Here's a bit of backstory... I never use to go to this location when they first opened up years ago because they always got my order wrong or something tasted weird. I literally use to travel all the way to the arrowhead location to satisfy my firehouse sub craving. I figured I would try them again to see if they have improved. I am impressed. My sub was freaking delish!! i loved it. They actually have not messed up my order in some way which is nice. Kinda sucks that now we have this pandemic now. But my orders have been good still so I am happy and its heck of a lot better than the other sub places around here. They get my 5 stars. read more

I had the opportunity to visit this location while traveling and ordered the firehouse sub salad with grilled chicken. It was absolutely delicious! The salad appeared freshly made and cut to perfection! I also loved how the calorie count is included on the menu board. Helps you make a conscious decision. read more

I've always loved this location so much because they treat their customers with such care , today I placed an order without realizing I had placed the order for the next day already being at the location. Luis the manager took his time to make my order even though they had closed. Me and my husband were very hungry after work trying to eat without realizing the mistake we made. Luis took care of us without no problem and reassured us it was okay. :) we are very happy and appreciative!! read more

I ordered through the app and went and picked it up. The app was easy to use and pretty straightforward. I ordered a meatball sub and it was good but not any better then any place else. When I went in to pick up at first it was a little bit before they acknowledged me but when they did they were very friendly. It's an average place but feel the prices are a little high for a sub and what you get. So if your looking for a sub this is an option for you. read more

Firehouse Subs offers no low carb or keto options (IE lettuce wraps). Lack of this option will result in us not frequenting FS.

We love Firehouse Subs and this place was no exception. Our order is usually their brisket sandwich. There just isn't a sub place that does a better job on these than Firehouse. The service was great, food delicious and price okay. read more

While a tad slow IMO, the sandwich was nice and tasty and the staff friendly and attentive. Also, love the variety of sodas available on the fountain. And, the Coke tastes as close to what I remember as a kid. 8) read more

Tonight was absolutely ridiculous. The staff could not have been more rude or listen less to the consumers in the building. Cashiers were not listening to the orders being placed, sandwiches were being made incorrectly, employees were talking to each other complaining about the manager in front of the consumers, ultimately, the sandwiches I brought home were complete garbage. I do not recommend visiting that location to anyone in Arizona. The environment is socially toxic and the quality of food served was absolutely atrocious. read more

Stopped by yesterday, felt like a good sub sandwich and wasn't in the mood for Subway. Choose Firehouse instead. I was happy that I did. Decided on the Italian, genoa salami, pepperoni, ham and topped with provolone melted on top, plus all the other stuff, tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, olives, bit of deli mustard, salt and pepper, no mayo thank you. Bread was nice, a bit chewy, which it the way it should be, a bit of bite added by the pepperoni . Nice sandwich and it hit the spot. Reasonably priced and prepared quickly. On my list of places to go again. read more

Don't order online at this location you'll never see your food. You will lose your money and they'll try to talk there way out of it. Highly don't reccomend using a third party like Uber with them either. They lose orders all the time read more

Went here for my free Birthday sub and showed the girl my email but no that wasn't good enough, she said I have to download the app in order to get it. Firehouse Serves up good subs and salads. First, I have to say the service at Firehouse Subs is great! The staff welcomes you when you walk through the door. On this visit to Firehouse Subs. Upon arriving we were met by an employee handing out menus. My sister and I were asked if it was our first visit to Firehouse Subs. I said "no" however, my sister said "yes". The emoloyee went over the menu and recommended my sister try the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket. My sister said the sub was delicious. I had the meatball sub and the meatballs were very tasty. I wish there wasn't so much sauce because the bread was very soggy. After leaving we couldn't stop talking about how good the sub was. So if your hungry for a good sub at a great price, head over to firehouse read more

Had lunch here today and enjoyed the meal for sure. The location seems larger than other ones I have been to and is designed well. Staff were all super friendly. As for the food, I knocked out the beef and cheddar and it was very good. Barbecue and cheese, what a combination. Overall, a very good experience. read more

This location holds up to the chain's reputation. Good taste, friendly service, clean establishment.

So I just had an amazing experience here. When I was ordering the girl at the register (must've been new) overcharged me for the add-ons. Well not a minute later the manager caught the overcharge and came over to my table and gave me back the overage. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before and that in itself will bring me back here. The subs were amazing but the service, the service will bring me and my family back!! #veryhappycustomer read more

The best subs I ever had in my life Literally Plenty of meet, they do not hold back!!! I love it. All fresh cut too read more

I used to go here quite often. That all ended about a month ago when I went in there for lunch. The food was good as I expected. But their prices are ridiculously high. I ordered the small sandwich and also added chips and a drink. The total for that was almost $12. They have no lunch specialS at all. To add chips and a drink to a sandwich is an increase of $3.10. Really $3.10 for a drink and a bag of chips that probably cost them $.25 total. I will not go back because the prices are so high now. I will just eat elsewhere. read more

The food here is always great, the staff is always friendly but the are still so slow and I don't understand this all the other sandwich places are faster and from what I have read here on Yelp that other Firehouse subs are faster this place is at least a year old by now but still no team work. Also you guys are one of the more pricey places so not cost friendly 2 sandwiches drinks and chips $26.75 ow This is my third post for them and have spoken to management. read more
