If I could give a zero, I would. My food was supposed to be ready by 11:37, but I didn't get it until 11:55. They didn't have chicken salad available, even though it was on their website. I'm a huge fan of Jersey Mike's and have enjoyed consistently great food at many of your locations. That's why today's experience at this particular store was such a major disappointment. The bread on my sandwich was completely dried out, and there was barely a tablespoon of tuna on it. It was so poorly made that I couldn't even finish it. My brother ordered a club, and his bread was so hard he couldn't eat his either. This location needs to stop serving old bread and ensure the quality matches the Jersey Mike's standard. Flies galore especially around the meats!! Place very dirty trash cans full of trash over full!! No small lids for cups only 1 dirty one. Very slow people working there didn't show any interest in helping you or getting your order ready in a timely manner. Tables all dirty! This place so rude an miss info the person who and starts with D starlets the bread was made by the regional manager - and blamed him to have the bottom mixed with cheese and rosemary taste awful and a numbing sensation taste. I ask to fix. No it is white bread . Refund nope you can call the manager tomorrow. What's funny here is that while I was waiting to have a food prepared. They were all complaining about the Manager having been being called in at the last minute and we need to stay over as early as 6 AM in the morning when I got to Call so I really don't think there's much leadership at this place.. So I also learned learning how to solve this problem in the contact the regional manager calling other stores he said that information is incorrect. Additionally, that trying to look on corporate to try to get information cannot find it. It's a game that they're playing, but nevertheless, you cannot say that this is white bread with all the stuff on the bottom imagine someone has a food allergy and not aware of this I've enclosed pictures. I'm gonna keep attempting to find out how this can be resolved. It's a really unfortunate situation. I've left past reviews on this particular Jersey Mike's and not good. I really do like Jersey Mike's but this particular location has been terrible since it opened. Get delivery subs constantly made wrong if you even get everything you ordered. Said it before but this is absolutely on the no order list moving forward. We were there for 45 minutes because thdtarted to get a crowd and they started rushing to do online orders, and then forgot my sandwich. Still took their time doing other orders. Then made mine, then didn't wrap it up, but started finishing somebody else's with mine sitting there just ready to be wrapped and handed to me. I love jersey mikes but was very unimpressed with this location. I ordered the cali club sandwich and they forgot the bacon and hardly put on any avocado. I came in here about a week ago and it was fairly busy but the young girl and guy were extremely attentive and kind. As the girl is in the middle of asking me what I'd like on my sandwich her manager came up to her and started screaming at her to make a different order. I had not been there long enough to know if that order had been there a long time, but it did not matter to me. No one should talk to their employees like that. I just brush it off because everyone has bad days, but I came back in today and it wasn't busy at all I was the only person in there and the manager (same short guy) is screaming at them and cussing at the employees. The quality of their subs. First, the bread is hard, not fresh. They keep it exposed so their bread isn't soft the way hero bread is supposed to be. Worst experience ever at this location, I was there last week and ordered a Giant sub with lots of veggie toppings and add-ons that I PAID extra for. After waiting there for 20 minutes, I returned home with my sub just to find out that they gave me a plain sub with NO toppings at ALL, ONLY CHICKEN. Called the store and spoke with a manager. She was nice and told me she would leave a note on my ticket for the staff and that they would remake it anytime I wanted my sub. Stopped at that location again 5/13/2025. I called in advance to make sure my sub was ready for pick up when I arrived, when I called the person who answered kept me on hold for 20 minutes as he stated he needed to call a manager to approve. I was still on hold when I arrived at the location today and everyone refused to help ME, I stood there for another 15 minutes as they prepared subs for all the other people coming in, I felt very ignored by the staffed. I decided to approach someone and ask for a manager, no manager on floor today and I ended up talking to the shift leader, she was very rude and kept making excuses as to why they couldn't remake my sub, she was also asking for pictures when I had clearly explained to her the situation to her and how this all happened last week SHE STILL DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL. I am leaving Jersey Mikes right now extremely upset. I didn't get the employees name because none of them were wearing their name tags but he is a black guy with his long hair that sticks out of his Jersey Mikes visor. I see him there often as I WAS a frequent customer. It's my birthday and I go in every year to receive my FREE sub and drink for being a Loyal Member. My husband and two young children were with me and as we were waiting in line, the pregnant customer in front of me was already upset with one of the workers because she was not listening to how she was wanting her sandwich and she asked them if they can redo it. The guy that seemed to be the on duty supervisor was slicing the meat an got clearly annoyed with her and began scoffing and shaking his head at her as if SHE was the problem. I was appalled at his reactions to this customer and wanted to leave but my husband insisted on staying and just letting it pass because he wanted me to be happy on my birthday. So we continued to wait in line and watched as these two employees clearly didn't want to do their job. The line was getting very long and that guy continued acting rude to this poor pregnant woman that just wanted a good sandwich that she was paying $20 for!!! The second time around the girl employee left THREE inches of her GIANT sub with no meat. The pregnant lady complained. Rightfully so. And the man employee got upset even more and began to shake his head like he couldn't believe her! I was shocked at his behavior and wanted to leave again because I didn't agree with his poor customer service skills and attitude... my husband just told me to mind my business and wait as we were next. When I walked up to the counter I was literally YELLED at by that guy employee asking "what can I get started for you!?" I honestly didn't think he was talking to me because I was right in front of him... I looked around and he just stood there slicing meat with no eye contact. I genuinely was confused. I asked him, "are you talking to me?" And he responded louder with "yes mama!" Like he was answering to a drill Sargent. Very rude and unprofessional. My husband began to say something to him and I knew it was time to go. My 8 year old daughter got very worried about the way this employee was acting and I grabbed my children and said LETS GO! They do not deserve our business with these employees acting like this. That was the worst experience ever and I won't be going back. That was not the first time that employee was rude to me but I figured maybe I was paying too much attention. Nope! He is a jerk and SHOULD NOT be working there and treating the customers like they are inconveniencing HIM by ordering their food! Us as a community need to expect EXCEPTIONAL customer service for the business we give them. We deserve it!
