Nice people but slow service. The food was pretty good, but they messed up my order. It's clean inside and the bathroom is good

Jersey Mike's Subs - Sandwich - Sandwiches Near Me - Goodyear, Arizona

I'm an East Coast girl .. Jersey Mikes has been a staple in my life as I've moved around from N.Y. To L.A. to A.Z. This location is the best Jersey Mikes that Maricopa County has to offer - no they're not all the same! The welcoming staff, the smell and look of fresh ingredients and the cleanliness of the shop had me at a cheerful "Hello"! Jose stopped what he was doing to offer a cheerful greeting and Tatum asked if I wanted cheese on my Tuna (no one ever asked that before). Nicely done guys ... I'll be back! read more

Really good sandwiches! My family craves their cheesesteaks, and now that I've turned vegetarian, their veggie sub helps satisfy my Italian sub cravings. I recommend an online order during the lunch rush to avoid the line. read more

I'm a huge fan of Jersey Mike's and have enjoyed consistently great food at many of your locations. That's why today's experience at this particular store was such a major disappointment. The bread on my sandwich was completely dried out, and there was barely a tablespoon of tuna on it. It was so poorly made that I couldn't even finish it. My brother ordered a club, and his bread was so hard he couldn't eat his either. This location needs to stop serving old bread and ensure the quality matches the Jersey Mike's standard. I paid $30 for two regular sandwiches and they were terrible. read more

If I could give a zero, I would. My food was supposed to be ready by 11:37, but I didn't get it until 11:55. They didn't have chicken salad available, even though it was on their website. The service was crappy, and the food was just as crappy. I will never eat at Jersey Mike's again. Go to Jimmy John's down the street, it has better food anyway. read more

I dont post much. But everyone at this jersey mike location needs to be fired. I was the first and only person there. The boys were just standing around on their phones. I Ordered my food. 3 others came in with onlines. And nothing was prepared. They rushed to get the online orders in and forgot my order. All while 8 more people came in. I demanded a refund. N walked out read more

This place has a lot of called in orders and if you come into get a sandwich made, GOOD LUCK!!!!!! I have been in three times and I get no service. Flies galore especially around the meats!! Place very dirty trash cans full of trash over full!! No small lids for cups only 1 dirty one. Very slow people working there didn't show any interest in helping you or getting your order ready in a timely manner. Tables all dirty! Lots of helpers there but mostly standing around making jokes. read more

Please please turn off order online at times !! Make people go in and order like the old days !! I spent 63$ they didn't put green peppers on a veggie sandwich but put it in a hot sub I love jersey mikes but I will never eat here again doesn't taste the same anymore read more

This place so rude an miss info the person who and starts with D starlets the bread was made by the regional manager - and blamed him to have the bottom mixed with cheese and rosemary taste awful and a numbing sensation taste. I ask to fix. No it is white bread . Refund nope you can call the manager tomorrow. What's funny here is that while I was waiting to have a food prepared. They were all complaining about the Manager having been being called in at the last minute and we need to stay over as early as 6 AM in the morning when I got to Call so I really don't think there's much leadership at this place.. So I also learned learning how to solve this problem in the contact the regional manager calling other stores he said that information is incorrect. Additionally, that trying to look on corporate to try to get information cannot find it. It's a game that they're playing, but nevertheless, you cannot say that this is white bread with all the stuff on the bottom imagine someone has a food allergy and not aware of this I've enclosed pictures. I'm gonna keep attempting to find out how this can be resolved. It's a really unfortunate situation. That's maturity level at this location is very low and makes you question on what what they're really about. Never seen this before Jersey Mike's store. read more

I've left past reviews on this particular Jersey Mike's and not good. I really do like Jersey Mike's but this particular location has been terrible since it opened. I never write reviews.... But we were the first customers in there and all of the staff was just standing around, one was slicing meat.. the other had friends that just came in to talk to him. We were there for 45 minutes because thdtarted to get a crowd and they started rushing to do online orders, and then forgot my sandwich. Still took their time doing other orders. Then made mine, then didn't wrap it up, but started finishing somebody else's with mine sitting there just ready to be wrapped and handed to me. We asked the girl at the register doing nothing and she started to do it then stopped and walked away. Still left it out. read more

I came in here about a week ago and it was fairly busy but the young girl and guy were extremely attentive and kind. As the girl is in the middle of asking me what I'd like on my sandwich her manager came up to her and started screaming at her to make a different order. I had not been there long enough to know if that order had been there a long time, but it did not matter to me. No one should talk to their employees like that. I just brush it off because everyone has bad days, but I came back in today and it wasn't busy at all I was the only person in there and the manager (same short guy) is screaming at them and cussing at the employees. This man clearly is too emotional and has too much of an ego to be a manager. read more

Always good subs. I love that the cold it's are cut at the time of order so they are always fresh. My personal favorite is the Original Italian. Great subs! read more

The quality of their subs. First, the bread is hard, not fresh. They keep it exposed so their bread isn't soft the way hero bread is supposed to be. Second, they put three pieces of salami on a sandwich! Three pieces is hardly enough for a sandwich! I had to order extra meat just to fill my sandwich. They charged me extra for that. My whole experience was ridiculous! I've had much better sandwiches at different Jersey Mike's. read more

Two girls and one guy working the shift. 5/25/25 7:03 PM. Extremely slow service. They are talking amongst themselves instead of doing what they are paid to do. Causing a line of unhappy customers. Had to wait 15-20 min for 1 sub. Fire these employees. read more

Worst experience ever at this location, I was there last week and ordered a Giant sub with lots of veggie toppings and add-ons that I PAID extra for. After waiting there for 20 minutes, I returned home with my sub just to find out that they gave me a plain sub with NO toppings at ALL, ONLY CHICKEN. Called the store and spoke with a manager. She was nice and told me she would leave a note on my ticket for the staff and that they would remake it anytime I wanted my sub. Stopped at that location again 5/13/2025. I called in advance to make sure my sub was ready for pick up when I arrived, when I called the person who answered kept me on hold for 20 minutes as he stated he needed to call a manager to approve. I was still on hold when I arrived at the location today and everyone refused to help ME, I stood there for another 15 minutes as they prepared subs for all the other people coming in, I felt very ignored by the staffed. I decided to approach someone and ask for a manager, no manager on floor today and I ended up talking to the shift leader, she was very rude and kept making excuses as to why they couldn't remake my sub, she was also asking for pictures when I had clearly explained to her the situation to her and how this all happened last week SHE STILL DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL. I ENDED UP WALKING AWAY. I will NEVER return to this location ever again. read more

Walk through the door, left door window is boarded up, and the place is a DUMP! The two trash cans are over flowing and every table had napkins or crumbs on them. The floor is sticky and the bathrooms are disgusting! The regular size #7 turkey with provolone with double meat looks like a kids cafeteria sandwich in plastic wrap! The employees are rude and can hardly hear them over the exhaust fan and surfer music. read more
