This was our first time trying this location on Friday, February 20 around 8 PM. They offer several specials and promotions available both in-store and through their app, as well as delivery services like Uber Eats. Since we were already in the area, we decided to place a pickup order. Upon entering, we were a little thrown off because an employee was cleaning near the soda machines and did not acknowledge or greet us. We had to wait a few moments before being helped by the employee preparing food behind the counter. The wait for the order itself was reasonable, but the overall customer service experience could have been more welcoming. Our order included three subs, which were packaged in a small bag. Considering the amount of food ordered, better packaging would have been appreciated. Once we got home, we noticed the subs were made correctly according to the order; however, the Hook & Ladder sub was extremely soggy due to excessive mayo and dressing. Offering clearer customization options or allowing customers to easily request lighter condiments would greatly improve the quality and prevent sandwiches from becoming soggy. The location itself is convenient, situated in a plaza area alongside other restaurants and businesses, with plenty of available parking. Overall, based on this first experience, we would hesitate to return unless improvements are made to customer service, packaging, and condiment control. read more

Very yummy! Minimal interaction since it's mostly kiosk ordering these days, which makes it quick and easy. An employee did point us toward the kiosk or said we could wait a bit for a cashier. Pretty standard. Everything was fully stocked and the place was clean, which I always appreciate. Saw them cleaning tables as people left. Quick and convenient service. I love that I can order ahead of time and the order is ready at the time the app estimates each time. The decor and location is always clean and plenty of room. My fav sub is the hero. I don't know if I should be proud of how fast I can scarf down a 12" hero sub but my personal record is 9 minutes flat I like to add cucumbers and banana peppers for extra zing. My sister and I came here and placed an order to go. When we got in, there was a table of four that were waiting for their sandwiches, a gentleman at the front of the line that was having a problem with a gift card, two people behind him, and then us. The sandwich was very delicious, and you could tell that it was fresh, however, the wait time to get our meal to go was very long. We also got a kids mail for my niece, and we had to ask for the firehouse hat, which was kind of annoying. I'm glad we checked the bag otherwise she would've been very disappointed. read more

My experience was here was terrible. I thought they would honor their price because they had buy one get one free on Uber eats but because it was close to them being late and close I drove there and told them about the violin get one free they said that was no longer going on so I showed them my Uber eats app and asked them to honor that because there was no expiration date and it was showing lifetime. It was still up and available then their story went to. Oh that's an online Uber thing only I was like OK OK whatever then I wanted to pastramis the three kids working that evening did not honor the price so I only bought one then they charged me extra à la carte for the pastrami sandwich because they don't have anything on the board for it Plus they were too busy to even care or be concerned with my legitimate concerns and they were just not nice people. I'm giving this place 4 stars because I love how they support Fire Fighters. My husband is a Fire Fighter as are many of our friends so we had to be sure to visit. We support First Responders in any way we can. There is not enough options to choose from and I assume that is a franchise issue not this location issue. The boards are all over the place. One board has the same but more options if you happen to be looking to the right where sandwiches are made versus looking beyond the cashier. Everything has a beef or pork option which I do not eat. I do not want to pay the same price for a fancy sandwich to start removing items and only end up with turkey and cheese ( make sense?) Again, I happened to turn my head before I was about to order nothing and saw there was a cajun option for me. Because the signage is all over the place, we both didnt notice the sides available. The cashier was busy helping a staff member who just got off of her shift that she didnt really walk us through anything. The small sandwich is way too small for the price. I'm not a big eater but this was beyond smaller than expected. A bit disappointing. If I had a toddler, this would have been the size chosen but, now we know. My husband ordered the meatball and yes again too small but he said it was good. I had the Cajun and there were like 4 small pieces of chicken. Upon arriving we were met by an employee handing out menus. My sister and I were asked if it was our first visit to Firehouse Subs. I said "no" however, my sister said "yes". We were starving and looking forr a place to eat after a long drive from CA to AZ. Found Firehouse Subs and there was ample parking in the shopping center near the bUsiness. The staff was very friendly and greeted us when we came in. We ordered a turkey sandwich combo & roast beef combo. While waiting I decided to wash my hands in the restroom and was delighted to see how clean the restroom was (it's usually not like this in CA). In fact the whole establishment and shopping center was pretty clean! We were served our food in a timely manner and were very impressed with everything! Simply put. I went in on a recommendation that this place was awesome. I walked in and was greeted immediately. Things were all pointing in the right direction. I ordered a small Turkey Bacon Ranch sub but since my pregnant wife was not in the mood for Turkey, she asked me to sub Turkey for extra Bacon. I then ordered 2 other small subs and made one out of the three a combo. My bill was over $20. I'm just glad we got extra Bacon, I can't imagine what the normal serving size would be.
