We went to this location to redeem my daughter's birthday sub, and we noticed the rewards program changed a little bit because we were able to get the club initially on our previous redemptions, but I guess the terms changed and you can only pick the original subs only. We placed the order for the number for turkey time minus tomatoes, add onions and cheese so we had to pay $1.42 including tax for the additional add-ons. Overall, our sub was made fresh to order. This location consistently gets our orders wrong, runs out of bread, or just generally takes forever. Most recently, they shorted us a giant sub which is both not cheap and a lot of food to be missing for dinner. When I called they told me I could come back and pick it up but I didn't have time. I asked to just be refunded for the cost of the sub I was missing but the manager said they could not do that. Instead I was given a coupon by their corporate office for a free regular size of the cheapest options of subs. I don't understand how it's ethical to not refund money for food I didn't receive. I love a good Turkey Tom and I've had my fair share over the years. I remember when you could get a Freaky Fast sub for lunch but apparently those days are gone. I went into the Avondale JJ's to grab my favorite #4 with some BBQ chips but was immediately disappointed why the kids who appeared to be in charge said "it's going to be a 15min wait, we have a $1000 online order we are working on". Did he think telling me how much the order cost would make me want to wait around? I'm not sure why they couldn't just throw my sandwich into the line and then just pick up on their online order when I was gone. Kids these days just can't problem solve..........and it wasn't even a hard problem to handle. I love Jimmy Johns and I rarely have issues with this place but just recently when they started online orders with the app I was happy because I'm just the type of person that doesn't like to really order in person. Sometimes I'd just like to order and just drive up and pick it up. The last 3 times I've order here with the app I get there and the order isn't ready... I don't live close to this place and take my time. The third time I get there, it's not ready... I patiently waited about 15 more mins until I was just getting annoyed and I asked if they have my order for them to ask what the name was and to start making the sandwich right after I asked them about it.... The food at Jimmy Johns is fresh, the service is fast, and the prices are great. I have to admit I like Jimmy Johns. The restaurant are always clean every time I visit, which is really important. One of the things I like best about Jimmy John's is that they slice their own meat and bake their own bread; now that is what I call freshness. The atmosphere at Jimmy John's is great, the signs on the walls are very funny. The subs are super filling and they only cost $4.50. We ordered online and drove from our home (Luke AFB) to JJ, which took us 15min and our order was ready for pick up. I walked in and the staff was more than helpful. I ordered the Beach Club #12, Country Club #11 and the Slim 4. The sandwiches were on point and the Jalapeno Chips were just right. I would definitely order from there again. They have always been very friendly and the price is reasonable for a yummy sandwich, which I like their bread and I don't even like bread. I love the #9 Italian. I always get this one, my favorite! First off, this place is extremely clean, and to be honest when we arrived no one was inside. There were only 2 employees, but here's why I was impressed...there was 8 of us in our party, as we were deciding to order, one was taking the orders! While the other was making them on the spot, by the time we ordered all 8 sandwiches, 7 of them were already served! By the time I finished paying my sandwich which was the 8th, was already done!
