Annette store manager on duty and Reyna taking and prepping meals including her night shift staff around 6:30pm all choose to slack on providing a simple order that they quickly escalated due to lack of communication between them and effort to solve this by making this more complicated than needed. I asked her if she had less than 5 chickens on the grills because it takes a total of 2 chickens to provide my 8piece order and she refused to provide that information and said it doesn't matter my order is "BIG AND HAS LOTS OF PIECES". She prefer to do the extra work walking outside taking debit cards and charging others and boxing up other chicken pieces orders to provided the cars behind me so they can continue on, all while I waited. Meanwhile I saw her staff boxing up chicken pieces and sides for other peoples orders and I would question her and her staff how is that possible there are chicken legs and thighs but yet no pieces to complete my order? I got food poisoning after eating here! I ordered the double chicken tostada and several hours later fell ill. My family got tacos and burritos so I think it was either the lettuce or salad dressing, because they were fine. It was clearly food poisoning and lasted about 24 hours. Last night my husband wanted to come here for dinner since he's tired of the old same thing . Besides, he wanted those Tapatio French Fries . We ordered our food and the cashier said he didn't have fries. He looked on his register and didn't see them. I mentioned Tapatio Fries and found it. No biggie. Waited for our food, and 10 minutes later a young lady comes up to tell him, no fries. We thought they ran out. Sad face, but then she tells us they don't carry them anymore. Whaaat? Not the same, sadly. Now, overall I might rate this place 3 because of no fries BUT while eating his Mac and Cheese he said it had a metallic taste. Stopped by while my vehicle was being worked on next door. Interior is surprisingly very nice with lots of seating. For lunch I ordered their Double Chicken Avocado Salad. The order came out super quick and looked good. Not only did it look good, it was surprisingly darn tasty. The larger portion of chicken with salad, sour cream, avocado, corn, etc was on point. We have been coming to this location since it opened, and have rarely experienced any poor service close to what has been described here. Occasionally there is a wait, occasionally someone at the window forgets napkins or salsa, but I've never experienced bad attitudes or messy/dirty dining room tables. The food has been consistently good and of better quality that other fast food alternatives. Once in a while there is a hiccup, but that is just what happens with human beings - humans make mistakes. So overall happy with the service, quality of food, and we will continue to patronize this location. For reference we have been customers at least once a week since this location opened.
