This location was on our way home & I was craving a crispy chicken sandwich plus some of the fries. There were a few cars in front of us but the line moved smoothly for a Sunday afternoon especially Black Friday weekend! The guy on the speaker was very friendly & told us to take our time as we were deciding. I got my fix to satisfy my craving plus I threw in a classic frosty, gosh it's been so long since I've had one of those! They had us park for a brief 5 minutes while they were cooking some fresh chicken. It's always nice knowing you're getting freshly cooked food at a fast food restaurant. So not sure what people would truly expect from a fast food establishment with all the bad reviews but our experience was pleasant for being what it is... a drive thru restaurant! read more

I went there November 16th, 2025, and asked for barbecue and instead they gave me creamy ranch and when I told them I asked for honey barbecue they refused to give me it and tried to charge me again. I'll take a pass Wendy's has been in the business of serving food for a very long time and their service is usually fast, friendly, accurate, and the food hot and fresh. However, on my last visit that wasn't the case, actually the last several visits, have been less than favorable. On this particular visit the food was not fresh or hot. On this visit I just wanted a hot fresh plain hamburger. What I received was a dried, burnt, piece of meat that looked like it was extremely old and NO amount of condiments would have made this food taste good. If this is the first time I experienced poor service and food I would write it off. However, this is by far the first time, needless say, I will never come back to this Wendy's again. read more

With the other reviews of this location I was a bit hesitant, but decide to stop and give it a chance as I needed to feed my son before we ran off to sports for the night and we were running a bit behind. He loves the spicy nuggets so we ordered the six piece meal. I opted just for a Dave's single and small drink. We chose the drive thru. There was no line which was great and service was quick. We were greeted at the window and we're on our way pretty quick. I was surprised at how well my burger was made. Typically at other locations it's a mess and just doesn't look great. Parking lot was a bit of a mess to get into with it being so close to the freeway, but going west towards home it's an easy out. read more

Not sure what's going on with all these bad experiences at this location but this is the best Wendy's I've been to in the valley. I live right down the street so I go here like once to twice a week, so it's not a one off. I didn't even know I liked Wendy's until I came here lol. I've been here a few times whenever I need a cheap meal to get me through overall it's a good fast food place. Staff here is friendly. Restaurant is mainly clean orders aren't messed up on my end. I love the free style soda machine they have. Great place to dine in at as well. read more

I have a problem with the Wendy's app, not so much this store. I wasn't happy with the store employees but they were working short so I'm sure they were stressed or whatever. Customer service is not easy. Whenever I use the app for drive-thru it sends my order into the dining room. Last night they wouldn't provide my food via drive thru and asked I come inside or park (I wasn't able to, waited 20 minutes in drive thru already) so I told them I was cancelling AND I cancelled my order via the app. Today I see my card was charged. There's no receipt they send you when your order or when you cancel. Per the store - Store can't give me a refund because they say the app is a separate entity from the store. I have a message out to the app's customer service and waiting to hear back so I can get my money back. A friend of mine said this store wasn't able to honor her app's discount code one time and another time told her she couldn't use the app. I hope they can figure this out or this Litchfield road location store #2170 should place a sign at the drive thru or a banner on their restaurant saying "no Wendys app orders" or "wendys app orders must be picked up inside". All we wanted was kids meals for our babies, they were crying when we left without toys/food. Sad day. read more

Faster service than Chick Fil A or In N Out (yeah, I'd be surprised too), Food always all there, sauces are rarely forgotten (and if they are, you just get other nice sauces, so it's better than nothing.), and fries come out so hot I may as well be speaking another language when I try to eat them. Called about an order that was missing half of what I ordered and the person I spoke to was rude, unprofessional and was not helpful at all. Ordered: MONTEREY RANCH CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH (Crispy fillet of all-white meat chicken topped with Monterey Jack, fresh lettuce and zesty ranch sauce.) from the $0.99 menu. It is not bad!! Chicken was crispy (I know it is processed) still not bad with the ranch and cheese. BACONATOR Applewood Smoked Bacon piled high atop a 1/4 lb. patty of fresh with sliced American cheese and mayo. Ok, the bacon is good and it brings out the beef. All these things together are HUM-GOOD. FRIES They are ok. read more

Stopped by this location after a long shift at work Sunday night. I got in the drive thru line at 10:42pm. I know this bc I texted my husband that there were 7 cars in front of me and the line was wrapped around the building. Anyways I was hungry so I waited. Finally got to the screen to order at 10:56 and noticed a paper sign posted that they were closing at 11pm. I thought surely they would take care of me and the many, many people in line behind me. Since we all waited basically 20 mins BEFORE 11pm. I was wrong...I sat at the screen for maybe 4 or 5 mins with no one answering when I said "hello?" So then I pulled up to the window and sat there for another 5 mins hoping to talk to an employee there. Many people walked pasted the window and at one point a manager even made eye contact with me but no one would open the window to talk. I understand that places need to close early sometimes for cleaning or repairs but they should of had someone out in the parking lot not letting people sit in the drive thru line for half hour just to be ignored at the screen/window.
