This happened a few months ago and I'm finally getting around to writing about how this was the worst experience I have ever had at any drive thru in my entire life just over a lemonade! I ordered two signature strawberry lemonades and they gave me a regular and a strawberry. So I asked if I could please switch it for a strawberry. The manager came over and said that will cost a little more money since the strawberry costs more. So I'm like oh thats fine, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. But then he got an attitude with me and sounded so mean and was like "I'll give you it for the cheaper price since you already paid, but don't think you can do this next time you come here and think you can get your lemonade for a cheaper price, next time you'll have to pay full price!" He was acting like I was trying to sneak a way to get a cheaper drink but that was never what I tried to do! I was fine with paying the extra few cents! I even kept apologizing. The cashier was nice, but the manager was just so rude about the situation and acting like I was such a horrible person. I almost cried. I couldn't believe I waited so long for terrible food. Now I know that the long wait is because they clearly have no idea what they're doing. I don't know why I go to this place. I ordered a Asiago chicken sandwich. Took a bite out of the sandwich and it tasted like burnt bacon. I've been to this location 3 separate times. Out of those three times two were dining in. The first time I went the food quality was just about as much as you can expect from a Wendy's but that wasn't the problem. They had no salt out so I asked from salt at the counter and the employee just said there's already salt near the ketchup and I just said there wasn't any there which he replied again and said then we don't have salt and walked away. I was kinda shocked by the response but at the same time they are working a underpaid job at a fast food place so I just ignored it and continued on with my meal. The second time was great. I went though the drive though and the lady taking my order was super nice and great. I had a question about there new sandwiches and she was more than happy to help. Then I just came again tonight for some frosties and as I was walking to the cash register I walked to the right because it looks like that's the way the line would form (if there was one) and the same dude was there and he asked if we had a pickup order I replied saying no I was going to eat in. With a really annoyed tone replied then if you want to place a order you have to go around and can't come this way. This isn't we're you order. I was literally one step away from the cash register and just looked around very confused because I don't see any problem with the way you walk up to the cash register and was just like ....okay...... I was caught off guard because I don't expect anyone to say hi or even acknowledge me but I don't appreciate someone making a rude comment to me for just trying to order some frosties. This location is the newest style. They have comfy chairs to sit by next to the fire place, what looks like fresh baked cookies, TVs and a digital menu. I must give Wendy's kudos for this new design. We stopped in yesterday for a quick bite. Everything came out exactly as ordered and the staff was super friendly. My only suggestion would be trying to upsell cookies at the register. My bf would have definitely purchased one, but didn't think of it until after we paid. read more

Better check your drive-thru orders before leaving the place- it's always wrong. I hate that they rush you to place the order and on top of it they don't listen and always get it wrong. I have never been more uncomfortable trying to enjoy a quick meal with my family. The manager thought it would be appropriate to "quite loudly" discipline an employee over and over again and loud enough for the diners to hear every word. Perhaps a lesson on how to manage employees (like speaking to an employee one on one) would help. read more

We have been going to this Wendy's for years. Something has changed at this Wendy's. We were at the register for 5 mins. before anyone came to take our order and the employees sow us standing at the register. Not friendly service. Employee was put out by asking for ketchup. Probably some of the worst customer service i have received. It also took 10 minutes to order, with only one person in front of me. Now when the young lady took my order, it also took another 5 minutes (all I tried to order was a 4 for $4, with a large lemonade separate from the order). So the family got a craving for something sweet. Usually we go to cold stone creamery but we saw an advertisement on their new frosty with fudge and chocolate chip cookies. The chocolate chips cookies are what make this post a 2 star instead of a one star because the cookies where a good kind of soft/crunch. But other than that it was a disappointment! $10.10 for 4 fancy frosty and as we drove away we dispersed them in the car and they were pretty much MELTED! It was a drink pretty much! How can a single store consistently put out such horrible items. Now I will say that I do go late and usually only because everything else is closed but is that an excuse? You are open, you are open. Its has been several months since I last was traumatized with old, stale EVERYTHING but last night after a 5 hour trip up to Flagstaff and back, I was desperate at the thought of having to make something at home. It was last night 12:45 (close at 1:00) I ordered 2 Jr Chz Dlx (extra pickles and onions) and a small chili with onions. Well I got a cheeseburger with guess what? Pickles and onions- nothing else and oh yeah, a 2/3 full cup of room temperature chili. OMG why don't I learn????? I have had AWESOME Wendy's before- It can be done. Maybe if I went at lunch I would have better luck but but under no circumstances am I risking a lunch meal there. I have tried stopping by in the morning a few times before work, however they never open on time. We recently went there for a quick bite to eat & the only drink you could get was lemonade or tea. This would not have been an issue if they told us prior to ordering or refunded our money for the drinks. It surprises me that they charge $2.79 for a large green tea and refuse refills. They top off the cup up with ice and you can barely taste the green tea with so much ice. It's disappointing!!! They need to change their drink policy, it's making me not wanta eat there! read more
