I just got a late dinner from this location and was greeted outside by a young guy named Andrew. He was very pleasant and extremely helpful. I was asking detailed questions about the best bang for max protein. Andrew didn't have all the answers off the top of his head, but he pulled up his tablet and the nutrition facts and went through multiple meals Marcos. I have been to Chick-fil-A's all over the country and have never been informed of the 30 piece. Stopped in on my way through town. The spicy chicken sandwich was actually spicy this time and the waffle fries were hot and crispy. The food came out super quickly and watching how efficient the employees were working made my head spin. I cannot eat fried foods because it does terrible things to me but I can eat the chicken there which says an awful lot about how pure and clean their products are.. and nothing taste as good as Chick-fil-A. Has to win the award for the slowest CFA ever.... Have you ever had a craving for some hot CFA fries? So on this day...I needed some fries!! After waiting for 15 minutes in the drive-thru and it not moving much, I decided to go inside thinking it would be faster. Wrong wrong wrong. I'm used to long lines at CFA but they are usually well managed. After standing in line for the one cashier for 10-15 minutes, I ended up waiting another 35 minutes after ordering only to get cold fries that had obviously been sitting out forever. How do you serve cold cold fries when the lines are backed up and lines are long? Cook to serve. Anyway...this franchisee needs training from others in the area on fast service and management. I was disappointed with the fries today. I ordered through the mobile check out and the lines were busy as usually. I didn't noticed the fries until I was on the freeway. They were soggy and over cooked. I called and spoke with a team lead to give them a heads up. They appreciated it, apologized, and put a fries reward on my chik fil a account. Bullshit service. Was shorted a sandwich through drive through brought the food in after being asked so that they can look at the bags. Got my sandwich after Daniel stepped in since the manager was just watching from a distance while I laid out all of the food on the counter. To add insult to injury after going back to my car after they fact checked me, my two half eaten sandwiches were thrown in the trash with my fries that were untouched because my fries got cold and the employee offered a fresh set. Like every other Chick-fil-A, they were stingy with the sauces. I asked the woman taking my order (8pc with large fries) for three sauces, and they only put two in my bag. If the company has to limit the amount of sauces given out, the customers should be aware, otherwise, we're to think it's poor customer service because they forgot the sauce or we're leaving to believe the company is being cheap. I wasn't asking for an abundance of sauce. It's not even enough sauce to get through my fries. Ridiculous. There should be a better standard to measuring the oz of a chicken nugget or more TLC put into who counts the pieces placed in the box because some pieces don't have the same amount of meat as the others, therefore, barely qualifying as a chicken nugget. And it was never even brought to me, I had to stop an employee that had walked by me several times to ask if this wait was normal. My husband took me and other than the long line and getting into the wrong line through drive through the guy at drive through quickly understood and took our order within a few minutes! He was really nice and efficient! I had the deluxe chicken. It was perfect not dry! It had great flavor! The waffle fries just needed a bit of salt and were a tad under cooked, but I just prefer a bit more crunch to them. Other than this everything else was great.
