    Double Pepperoni Pizza, Double Slice

Never had it before and my bf was excited it came back to Arizona (or near us which ever). It was ok. I had higher hopes. I love bread and when I saw unlimited garlic bread I was so excited. It was ok. I had the garlic chicken ravioli, I think some chicken was still frozen, it was awkwardly chewy and honestly not very many pieces. The pizza was ok. I can't expect too much for fast food, it was decent and I wouldn't not go back, just not going too often.

Joined the rewards club and placed an order for dinner tonight since today's been crazy. The order was ready within the promised time. I was going to try to go through the drive thru but there were cones blocking my entrance. They appeared to be fully staffed. Someone was exiting as I was arriving, there were people inside eating, and there was a family ordering at the counter. I got in and out quick. I got a welcome to the club $5 off $15 purchased so I ended up with all that I pictured, plus two breadsticks for under $20.

Lasagna is meaty and about as good as decent catered. Noodle was Al dente which complimented the sauce thickness. Fettuccine Alfredo is cheesy rich creamy. It was better than Italian chain restaurants that also have free breadstix. Not as good as maggianos but price appropriate. Bread sticks were the best thing about the place. Warm Fluffy garlicky buttery with a nice crispy bottom. I would go back just for this and I hate bread. Staff were attending, cheerful, efficient, and kind. We were never rushed and felt welcome. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Place was a bit chilly on a chilly day. Clean and sufficient seating. Never rushed and felt welcome to stay a long time, which we did.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Came here for dinner with the family. We were nearby and my husband used to come here when he was a kid. We did order quite a bit of food. I got the classic sample my youngest got pizza, my husband got t some type of spaghetti and pizza and my oldest got an Italian sandwich. We spent almost $70 which I did feel was a bit much. I will say the negative was we all pretty much ate all our food before my oldest got his. I don't know if they forgot about it or what happened, though I would've figured his would come out faster than mine. Taste wise everything was good. It was pricier, but I could see us coming back.

Drive thru pasta is always a great option. Food tastes wonderful. I've only driven through a couple times but good service each time. My order has been correct both times. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's never really busy when I go, but then again, I'm thinking not very many people buy pasta at 1030 in the morning.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Yep, right when they open. I'm like that lady in the Mervyn's commercial...(only older folks will get that). So far, so good. Nothing to complain about. One day I'll walk in to eat. After all, unlimited breadsticks for dine in! Woo Hoo.

Very very sorry excuse for any type of food Going through the drive-through waiting in about 20 minutes alone in the drive-through, nobody else. to get this prepackaged heated up in a microwave or a heated conveyor belt. They don't use real garlic instead they sprinkle very salty garlic salt on their chicken You guys aren't gonna be around much longer that's for sure and it shows ... Oh by the way $15 just for that no Coke no salad no nothing just that $15 for something they got ran over by a bus. with frozen chicken patty that's been chopped up dumped on top or it. Guess that place will be a taco shop VERY soon

This trip was much better. The food was hot and very taste. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The store is kept very clean, maybe spotless.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] On leaving we had food to take home. The person cleaning tables asked if we wanted carry out boxes. When he returned to the table he also had a bag with 8 bread sticks. I will definitely be back.

I'm sorry but this place hit the spot . The breadsticks are amazing , they have like a 360 coating of butter but in a good way . They give you unlimited breadsticks if you dine in . They do a little touch of dropping off your food with fresh grated Parmesan. I'm seeing in the review. Some people are comparing this to Olive Garden... It's definitely way way way better than Olive Garden Olive Garden breadsticks taste like glue, these breadsticks are 100% delicious. I feel like my whole review is about breadsticks, but they're that good ..lol I also tried the fettuccine the kids Alfredo portion was plenty enough for me and came with a drink. [[HIGHLIGHT]]friendly service and the establishment itself was kept clean, they also have a drive-thru[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Fazolis is so nostalgic to me and I'm so glad they are back in the valley!! This location took over the old Boston Market location and has dine in and drive thru options. I feel like the menu is way bigger than I remember but it's great because there is lots of options. Pasta, pizza, subs, salads. The customer service was super friendly from the guy at the drive thru in this ridiculous hot summer heat to the gals at the window. All courteous and friendly. We went thru the drive thru the week it opened and it was pretty busy but moved quickly! We ordered a club sub, loaded baked spaghetti and the ultimate sampler which has fettuccine Alfredo, pasta with meat sauce, spaghetti with meatballs and lasagna the meals included 2 breadsticks as well. It was around $45 for everything which I felt was pretty steep for a fast casual. The sub was really good and the pastas were edible but definitely not as good as I remembered. I will definitely stop in again though because it was opening week and they are still working out the kinks. They have great lunch specials as well so will be back to check those out!

This place is definitely like stepping back into a memory. I gave 3 stars bc the drive thru wait was like 15 minutes and there's no online ordering. I had the oven baked classic sampler and strawberry cheesecake. Portion size is good. It's enough for 2 meals and I eat a lot, so it's a good value. It was pretty good, I thought I was going to remember that it was better than it was, but it was a good surprise. I never had the Alfredo sauce there ever, even years ago but it was better than I expected. It comes with 2 breadsticks. Kinda wished I ordered more but it's close by so if I want to get more I can. I didn't love the lasagna. It wasn't terrible or anything, it was just okay. The spaghetti with marinara was decent. It wasn't overly cheesy, the noodles were cooked decently, and for a dinner I don't have to make & for it to last for 2 meals and a dessert for less than $20? Yes.

I am so glad Fazoli's is back. My family especially enjoys the breadsticks brought hot & fresh to the table.

Great place for fast Italian food, free breadstick refills, & above average customer service. The weekday lunch deals are big portions & super affordable too!

I'm kinda torn about fazoli's. The food is nothing to write home about. The service is quick and friendly but it just doesn't feel the same as it did back in the day. I'll give it another try see if it grows on me again.

Had to check out Fazoli's! 22 years ago it was a fun place for hubby amd I to drive through, and very yummy. So cool to see [[HIGHLIGHT]]10 stars for awesome employees and cleanliness. Just above and beyond this group here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Ordered a gluten free marinara, and 2 kids pastas that come with a drink for Just under $28.00. Safely cooked gf pasta, marinara sauce meh. The Alfredo sauce on the girls meals was yummy, but barely any noodles. They could have at least covered the bottom. Needless to say I had to go home and cook for them. Came with a generous amount of bread sticks my husband could enjoy. Not greasy. Very buttery, like most people would like. Not as fresh and good as they were back in the day. Probably won't be back, but it was fun trying.

The decor is a bit dark, but chic & colorful. Our server, Esmerelda, was fantastic: funny, attentive, polite. There was a guy there who seemed to be the Jack of all trades. He brought us our food, I saw him behind the bar, and even bussing tables. He, too, was friendly & smiley. Cocktails: they had a great selection but we went with plain ol' Cokes. That's okay, we'll partake of their boozy drinks when we visit again. Food: parmesan truffle fries were aah-mazing. I even told Esmerelda they should add a pizza with the garlic aioli. The buffalo mozzarella had a bit of a kick to the sauce; we could have used more toasted bread to dip into it. We ordered the heaven and bianca pizzas. The crust was thinner than normal, which I was happy about, and the flavors of both were delicious. Dessert: despite not finishing the appetizers & pizza (no worries, we thoroughly enjoyed the leftovers!), we opted for a gelato flight. It was divine, and hefty samples. You wouldn't think 4 oz was much, but of gelato, it was plenty. We selected chocolate, strawberry, salted caramel, and mango. If you haven't tried Roma 23, I highly recommend it. Even if you don't live close by, it is worth the drive.

When we did manage to get in, we ordered a glass of pinot noir and Pelligrino to drink. The waitress brought out a glass of white wine and insisted this was their pinot noir... even the bartender confirmed. So the staff is NOT wine savvy, I wouldn't trust their recommendations on pairings here either. They didn't have any Pelligrino left, so I ended up getting an arnold palmer. However, when they brought the check out, the Pelligrino was still on the tab and we had to ask them to take it off. We both got pasta, the lasagna and the chicken masala, and a caesar salad. The noodles tasted like it was made in house, which was nice. Chicken was not overly breaded and the sauce was light. The salad had too much cheese but I think some people just like that on their salad. I'm interested to try their pizza at some point in the future, assuming we can make it in time before they close ;)

The food, decor, and ambiance are fantastic. My family and I ate at L'Amore 2 nights in a row, and had we discovered it earlier in our vacation, we would have gone every single night (not kidding). While we've had equally delicious meals at other restaurants (all over the world), we have NEVER experienced such friendly, accommodating and welcoming service as what we received at L'Amore. I said to my husband "this must be what it feels like to be a member of a private club", and he agreed. We have an adult son with autism who will only eat a few dishes at restaurants. I called several restaurants to see if they serve chicken tenders and french fries; ALL of the restaurants we called said no-- until I called L'Amore. When I explained our situation, I was connected to the kitchen, explained our situation, and the chef immediately asked his staff if they had any potatoes to make french fries. (French fries are not on the menu). They said yes, and the chef said they'd be happy to make french fries for our son. When we arrived at L'Amore that evening, the owner/manager came by our table to welcome us. Our server, Sal, could not have been nicer, and addressed our son by his first name all evening. His co-manager assisted our son in accessing his iPad via their WiFi. When we returned the second night, the young male concierge welcomed us by name (even though we hadn't told him our name yet), and both managers visited our table that night. Sal was helpful in navigating the menu, recommended a wine by the glass that is typically only served as a bottle, and was incredibly kind and attentive all evening, without ever being intrusive. My husband and I were so moved by the kindnesses shown to our family. We'll never forget it, and look forward to returning to L'Amore on future vacations. Thank you, L'Amore for rekindling my faith in humanity.

It came with grilled ciabatta, arugula, shaved red onion, and a Calabrian vinaigrette. The burrata was incredibly creamy and paired perfectly with the tomatoes, while the crunchy ciabatta added a wonderful contrast in texture. My husband chose the Sicilian meatballs, which were served over creamy polenta with rustic marinara and grana padano, also a very solid dish. For our entrees, we had the hot honey & smoked prosciutto pizza and the strozzapreti, a pasta dish with herb-roasted chicken, mushroom, spinach, parmesan cream, truffle, and pine nuts). Both were fantastic! The pizza nailed that sweet and savory flavor profile, and the crust was absolutely perfect. The strozzapreti was also delicious -- rich, creamy, and packed with mushroom and truffle flavor. Last time we visited the North Italia Phoenix location, the pasta was a bit too soft and lacked that proper al dente bite, but this time it was cooked flawlessly. Unfortunately, the desserts were a letdown. We tried the hazelnut torta and the tiramisu, but both were overwhelmingly sweet. The tiramisu tasted soggy, like it had been sitting in the fridge for a long time instead of being freshly made, and the chocolate balls on top felt unnecessary and cheapened the dish. The service was also a bit of a mixed bag. Somehow our desserts were brought out before we had even finished our entrees. As a result, the ice cream on top of the hazelnut torta just sat there melting by the time we were ready for it. It made the end of the meal feel rushed, like they were trying to turn the table over quickly.

It was also a tiny portion -- basically one small piece of cauliflower and one piece of broccoli. The fish itself was tough, overcooked, and honestly just not good. I ended up swapping it for a pasta dish, which was definitely better, but overall the experience was still really disappointing.
