I don't usually leave negative reviews unless absolutely necessary! First & Last time coming here! Poor customer service & quality of food. Hair in food which was about a foot long after starting to eat. Got sick to my stomach and got up and walked out immediately! Had nothing prior to eat all day so it was extremely disappointing not to mention getting sick at home! Requested a full refund and hope they make it right by doing so. The employees need to be better groomed and practice safe handling by also paying attention to detail so hopefully this doesn't happen again. Couldn't wait till Fazoli's came back. I was looking forward to the good food they used to serve. Well, I was very disappointed. I ordered the chicken parm, and my son had the lasagna. What a disappointment. My chicken parm had an after taste that ruined it. My son had the lasagna, which after a few bites had him running to the bathroom to throw up. This is a great spot! I'm so glad they came back after years of being gone! Eating here recently felt like I was a kid all over again! The service was amazing and even though we had to wait 20 minutes for our food it had a lot to do with it being the second day of being open! We will definitely be returning. The ambiance is great well lit and clean. Manager was involved with staff and checked on guests. Great experience overall! I went to the New FAZOLIS on Peoria Ave in Glendale, Arizona, on opening day ! The food was very good . I went back about 5 more times since. One thing I noticed was that the FOOD QUALITY was getting worse. The last 2 times I went, my daughter and I both got sick. Then I heard a coworker of mine also went and tried it with her family , and they all got Stomach Cramps . It is quite expensive ! My last order was $60 !! an that was just my Daughter an I. The food quality is starting to lack. The turn over rate is high, the times I went I never seen the same Employees , also the Employees all seem confused on taking orders an thats just going inside, I couldn't imagine going thru the drive thru an ordering. They can mess up my order going face to face, then my drive-thru order would be a disaster. Plus, they need to do away with that Chunky Tomato sauce read more

The cashier was upbeat and positive. The dining area was clean. There was a customer service person walking around in the lobby checking on customers and asking if you need anything. I am a bit perplexed I like be that they brought all the old dishes back, and I got the Baked Lasagna and I asked for extra bread sticks which got some reason I was charged for, I asked the person why and they stated that had I ordered it to fine in I would have gotten them free but because I was taking it home to eat they had to charge me for the bread sticks... Yikes gave this place a second chance that was my first mistake. So person taking my order younger African American girl rude with a capital R. Rushing my through my order like she had a long line I was the only one in the drive through. I pull up and everybody's on there phone so why was I rushed ? Now to the food the breadsticks ( not made in house ) were ok the mozzarella bites ( not made in house) were ok. The loaded fettuccini Alfredo was horrible and taste less. Veggies were over cook not one lick of seasoning no garlic salt pepper onion powder . Chicken over cooked tasted like dry wood. Baked ziti ( they gave me penne pasta instead smh) again no seasoning the meat sauce tasted old . The chicken parm was gross again chicken over cooked and no seasoning on anything. We didn't even finish the food gave it to the dogs and our stomachs didn't feel that great the next day off of the bs that we did eat. Yeah yall need to pack it up and retrain everybody read more

But the teens who work there are beyond respectful, kind, and attentive. I tipped 3 of them and bought one a cheesecake (she mentioned wanting one with the tip I gave her). Ok - background - I used to go to the East Mesa store back in 1990 and the Family sized bucket of Chicken Alfredo was blackened and very very good! I went there so much they had a "special name for my order and Gary knew my voice over the intercom"! We had Fazolis back in Iowa in 2018 and it was very good so we were excited to hear it was coming back to the valley. Tonight, I had what I thought was the same dish - wrong! Not blackened, but, breaded and cubed and very dry and flavorless! The Alfredo sauce was very salty in both the chicken alfredo ravioli and chicken alfredo fettuccini and nothing special for either of them that's for sure. The 1st batch of breadsticks were undercooked and the 2nd batch had no seasoning toppings and were blahhh. 2 plates and a side of mozzarella balls for $35 = joke! Sorry to say were gonna stick with Olive Garden from now on for this money spent! read more

As a rule we love Fazoli's but this one was most definitely the exception. The place was busy but the staff were doing all they could to keep up. While waiting for our food there was a young couple behind us and the man was very loud, vulgar and obnoxious. Using the F word freely along with a few other unmentionables. We finally asked the server to either say something to him or give us our food to go. After for a total of approximately 50 minutes we finally received our to-go meals. The guy was still there when we left with his loud, obnoxious mouth never missing a beat. So we took our $57.49, order and drove home so we could enjoy it in peace and quiet. read more

The noise from people talking and moving around inside was very echoey inside the restaurant and very unpleasant. I usually don't mind a bit louder ambiance, but this was too much. I was really looking forward to coming here, however I'm extremely disappointed and mind blown. The young unprofessional girl was extremely rude and while talking to me playing with her hair which is very unsanitary and out right disgusting. I waited almost 1 hours in the drive thru for my food which was wrong. Your website offers family meals and the girl at the window said they don't. I spend $77.92 for 4 meals and still it was wrong. I had to show the receipt to the girl 2 times and she was still confused. I ordered 4 meals with salads and they didn't give me my 4 salads. The girl at the window was standing with someone other girl talking and dancing. They don't have name tags properly shown. Then when I get home the food isn't hot and wasn't worth all these issues. Not to mention that it is literally literally 116° outside here in Arizona and to have to wait in line that long and be completely dissatisfied with my experience is crazy. read more
