First time ordering here and it was a disappointment. My delivery never showed up, so I called and was told they'd remake the pizza since the first one just sat there. They didn't. The pizza that we ended up picking up was cold with a dry, hard crust. They did remade the wings, but they were undercooked, so we didn't eat them out of concern for food safety. The food was awful. I asked if they made a margarita pizza. They said yes. They don't. It's a white pizza. So it has no basil, tomatoe chunks and the mozarella slices were the same size as a pepperoni and the crust tasted burnt. Ordered a half pepperoni and half cheese and while it was better still lacked a lot. Also ordered a fry and they were grey and gross the kids wouldn't eat them. It was not busy and when I got there at 30 minutes it wasn't ready but was a few minutes later. For $55 for 2 mediums and a fry we will be going elsewhere. Brothers is a bit over priced. Like others have mentioned the place is hot the AC is set pretty high so if you are uncomfortable at 87 you won't like Brothers. I received the same grey colored French Fries as others have shown in their photos here on Yelp. The mini split ac above our table was leaking water all over the booth chair yet still hot under a mini split. The calzone we ordered was mainly bread, Brothers has no ketchup for the French Fries so that is a unique touch. Better places to spend your hard earned money - Brothers is an avoid. Maybe rename to Step Brothers, Half Brothers, not sure. Oh and the place is dirty. read more

While visiting my nephew and his family we decided to pick up some food. This place is amazing (the hubs words). Our 18 month old niece was chowing down on the spaghetti and refused to let anyone touch her bowl. We picked up chicken parm dinners which comes with garlic bread and some garlic knots. So good like super good. When you eat inside you also get a salad but with a baby we decided best to bring home. The hubs and I will be back but next time it will be to dine in. Gave this place a try after quite some time, much to our disappointment the service was terrible. Entire crew decided to go out front for a smoke break, leaving the entire restaurant empty. After the one server realized we were sitting waiting for a beer he then tried to pour a beer with his dirty smoky hands. After confronting him he denied he was smoking! Go here. The pizza (I get the white pizza, add chicken) and wings hit the spot every time. They have a huge pizza oven and you can watch them make the pizza. They have a bar and every time we come, it's not busy or loud. The waitress though! I don't know her name but she may be an owner... she is SO AMAZING! so good with our kids and so funny and personable. We ordered food from there tonight, Sunday. We order there often. We were notified by text that the pick up order would be in about 25 minutes. Then, about 10 minutes later, we received another notification that it would be another 30+ minutes. We never received the standard "your order is ready," notification. At the end of the allotted time from the second notification, I went to pick up the food. We live 4 minutes from the restaurant. When I arrived, the food was waiting for me. I got home from the 4 minute drive, and our food was cold. We called the restaurant and Jenna told us it couldnt have been cold because we had to wait for the food. WE DID NOT have to wait. The restaurant folks told us to call their third party provider, who subsequently called the restaurant to "get their side of the story," we we told. Of course, Slice sided with the restaurant and would not offer any help for us. Nor would Brothers. Those who value their customers would have apologized, at the very least. We were not looking for a refund, but to imply we were lying is unacceptable. We will never order from Brothers Pizza in Glendale again. read more

Food is great. Pizza here is our favorite over any other place. Can be a little pricey, but so worth it. Fried food is actually crispy. Salad are huge and fresh. They have an amazing house dressing, it's like a marinara vinaigrette with a slight spice to it. Sooooo good. Our find of the fall is the White Pizza from Brothers Pizza. We had it at a Halloween party, and literally ordered it the next night when we needed a quick dinner. Now it's our go to pizza when we want pizza. Flavorful crust, chunks of wet mozzarella, basil, and tomato covered with dry mozzarella and seasoning. No red sauce. Delicious and light instead of a greasy meat pizza. Though we get other pizzas too sometimes, pepperoni also good. Last time we ordered a salad as well, the Greek salad with their house tomato vinegrette - it was a good dressing, we just would have preferred a Greek dressing. Still a good salad. We will likely order another salad next time with the house dressing. We have only ever ordered pickup from Brothers, but their customer service is great - one time they charged us too much, they caught the mistake, put the $ back on our card, and gave us a free salad to apologize. They also asked if I wanted the cheese pizza double-sliced for kiddos - yes, I did! Good catch. Props to all the Brothers out there! read more

Ordered their large pizza and 20 wing special for pickup. When I arrived and tried to pay with a Groupon, they said that the Groupon wasn't good on their specials, and that the cost would be approximately $8 more because the pizza and wings had to be rang up separately. This information is not in the terms and conditions on the coupon, and is not shown when purchasing the Groupon. When I told him to "forget it" and went to leave without my order, he said that I should have said that I had the Groupon on the phone, because now the pizza and wings would go to waste. It's your responsibility as a business to properly state terms and conditions when offering a "deal" on a site such as Groupon. So, save $5 with the Groupon, but pay $8 more for your food. Sounds like a pretty good scam to me. There's plenty of good pizza joints in the area - find one that won't rip you off. Update: While I appreciate the professional response by the business, there is nowhere on the Groupon that states that this cannot be used with promotions. We justed moved into the neighborhood and wanted to give to local business a try. We ordered garlic bites, which were chewy pieces of dough swimming in butter. There was no garlic flavor to the bites. We also ordered a large pineapple & ham pizza with extra cheese. Well they use cubed ham and some cheap cheese that was just dumped on top. The crust was tough and chewy and there was minimal sauce. When we said something to the cooked, he just said that is how it is done. The waiter was very attentive, but did not look very well kept ( like he had just rolled out of bed). We paid $44 for pizza, appetizer, a beer, & a glass of wine. My rating is more for the staff employees than the food. The Pizza, Antipasta, and Garlic Bread are wonderful. For the food, I would say it's a great take out and even a dine in. The place is casually decorated, kind of a sports theme, and pizza parlor. The cashier helping the guests last night was wonderful, courteous, and very pleasant. The rest of the staff looked like the grumpiest, family feuding, and couldn't smile if their life depended on it bunch. Perhaps pick up and dine in are better, but this was our first experience and we'll avoid this place since we've had better experiences nearby. I'm pretty picky about my pizza and theirs doesn't really do it for me but they have tons of other stuff to choose from. Brother's has much more than pizza, today we enjoyed chicken parm and spaghetti w/ meatballs. If you dine in you get a very impressive side salad filled with mixed greens,olives, tomato and cheese. Each dinner comes with their own loaf of garlic bread. While the dinners with were incrEdible my 82 year old mother reminded me 11 times how she loved the garlic bread. Needless to say with the generous portions plenty of take home for another meal or two Location is clean, friendly staff who work together. Decor is sportsy with 7 TVs and lots of local sports teams from schools they sponsor. I have had their pizza before and it is very good but dinners are fresh and highly recommend. Ordered A pepperoni & garlic pizza, a dozen wings for myself and my wife ordered a steak sandwich with mozzarella cheese & mushrooms along with breaded cheese sticks. We ordered thru the food delivery service called Postmates. The chicken wings were cooked to death! The pizza was soggy and doughy.... that was the better items delivered. My wife's cheese sticks were possibly made of rubber and the steak sandwich tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since the day before. She ate 1 cheese stick & half a sandwich. Everything was cold when it arrived. After going to bed later last night, my wife woke up with severe stomach pains and had to immediately run to the bathroom, where she spent the rest of the night throwing up and experiencing a night long bout of diarrhea. I do believe that's called food poisoning....thanks Brother's Pizza...the entire meal was gross! I have filed a complaint with the Maricopa County department of environmental services. I also saved the remaining leftover food so they can do test on it to see what type of nasty bacteria is festering in it. read more
