We had dinner at Fazoli's for the first time since retiring from Wisconsin some 7 years ago. It compared nicely with Fazoli's we enjoyed in Wisconsin. Both my wife and I ordered the Baked Ziti with meat sauce and added a side salad and drink. Our food arrived quickly. It was as we remembered it from Wisconsin. An ample serving of ziti and a nicely prepared salad. We were pleased that it was served on real dinnerware and included real silverware not plastic. The meal included Fazoli's famous breadsticks. If I was to suggest any changes I would start with the salad. Instead of a simple bowl of iceberg lettuce I might suggest a spring mix of lettuce. Our entrees of baked ziti were properly prepared and arrived hot including perfectly cooked penne pasta, tasty meat sauce with a topping of melted cheese. At the end of our meal we were pleased that everything was cleared by the friendly staff not expecting us to bus our own plates and silverware. All in all, a nice meal for a "fast food " Italian food restaurant. We will return for other lunches and dinners. read more

First time trying this place and probably my last ordered a loaded chicken Alfredo and was pretty disappointing for $14 Was extremely salty not a huge a portion and honestly you can expect the same quality of a microwaveable pasta meal Overall I give this place a 5/10 read more

Overall I will say it is average and that's why I'm giving it three stars. We came in last night for a quick meal since cooking wasn't an option last night lol I got the chicken Alfredo and my hubs got the baked chicken parm and a kids penne plus you get breadsticks when you dine in. The cashier and girl walking the dining area were friendly and kind! The environment was chill and laid back which is nice for a lowkey place. Now the food. It is different than what it used to be but I will say the marinara was still pretty flavorful and the breadsticks for being so basic are satisfying especially if you add grated parm lol. The chicken parm was good and the marinara again helped make it enjoyable, same with the penne. I appreciate the pasta being al dente as well. For my chicken Alfredo it was okay, not much seasoning and the chicken was kind of cold and had a "I was frozen" flavor. Luckily the breadstick helped make it taste better. I will come back for red sauce items and breadsticks but not sure id go out of my way to come back in. I will say the rewards seem pretty decent though for those who go often. read more

I have been impressed with their opening. So far, the service and food have been excellent. For being cheap Italian food, it has good flavor and I feel I have been getting good value for the price. The building is bright and clean. They don't have any music playing, so it is rather loud or quiet depending on how full the place is. I asked about the music and was told "we have music, but aren't allowed to play it". I can only guess that they are waiting for their license or some business music or something. It slightly distracts from the experience, but nothing major. I will continue to go back as I have been impressed to date. read more

Since we moved to AZ from California over 4 yrs ago we were craving one of our go to spots to be built close to us. YAYY!! Fazoli's finally landed!! We visited last night and ordered our favs of Baked Chicken Parmigiano combo w/ side salad and delish bread sticks. My hubby ordered the Baked Spaghetti combo as well. All we could do was to enjoy and reminisce the last time we visited in Cali. Our food was "Off Da Hook"!! When you view the pics, your mouth will water & you will probably head over. The service was very nice. The customer service was professional as well. Selah D. took our order and knew the menu quite well. The dining area was very clean and the staff suggested to leave our dishes on the table for them to clean off. Kudos to everyone who made our evening a memorable one. read more

Extremely long wait in the drive through 45 minutes sitting in the car. No manager, they had to call the manager to come in and help. Young overwhelmed employees without support trying their best, also out of several items and was told that they were going to run out of pasta soon. This is at 7 PM. Don't get stuck in the drive through. You will be trapped there. read more

I continue to give this place hope that maybe it will turn around to the old days of Fazoli's.. Food was lukewarm, took 30 minutes to get even though there was no other customers waiting on food... The unlimited breadsticks only apply if they're available meaning there was none cooked and then when they were, they forgot about me.. I got previous review said... I think this is about the same quality as a microwave dish. They do have iced tea both sweet and unsweetened and that tasted good. read more

First time here and it did not disappoint! The best part, you get free breadsticks if you dine in! Dare I say their breadsticks are better than Olive Gardens?? I tried their sampler platter with Alfredo, lasagna and spaghetti with meatballs. My favorite was the lasagna and would definitely order that again. We haven't eaten in this place since we lived in Texas 15 years ago. Just as I remembered. Great, fast Italian food. Wonderful service. Endless bread sticks. My husband and I each got a combo and the price was worth it. So glad they are here in Surprise. read more

I had the Italian sub and it was very good. Pizza sauce was really weird taste not a fan. Lasagna was overcooked so we substituted for slice of pizza which ended up being worst. But oh well. If I could give this place zero I would. The food is well it's cheap Italian so eh you get what you pay for. But waiting over 40 min to feed your family is ridiculous. Thankfully getting my 4 kids' food out to them but then messing up your own meal not once but twice and not getting a correct order til after an hour and 10 min. Promised extra breadsticks and never bringing those either. Absolutely the most atrocious service I have ever had anywhere ever. I don't know if was a staffing issue or The were having tik tok dance off in the back or what but I would not ever in a million years recommend ever coming here. Don't waste your time I wish I had read the reviews before I went $70 later two chicken Alfredo's. Neither one of them had any chicken on them breadsticks stale I got a loaded spaghetti pretty sure the menu said it was supposed to have bacon in it. There was zero bacon in it. This is a absolute joke it has to be for the amount of money I spent and didn't even get the food I ordered and paid for these are kids. They need their protein. The bad reviews are unwarranted. It's fast food/drive-thru spaghetti. I don't expect to be blown away. A little overpriced, but every fast food restaurant has hiked up their prices. My baked spaghetti was still hot when i brought it home, and it was good. Breadsticks and side salad are good, too (breadsticks are maybe a tad salty). If you're concerned about long waits, order ahead online. If you want a more complex dish or bigger portions, go to a traditional restaurant. I went there to try it out today and had the bait spaghetti and a small salad. My wife had a larger salad and my kids had pizza. The pizza was good, but not great. My wife enjoyed her salad and I liked my baked spaghetti. it wasn't a huge portion, but for me that's good. The breadsticks were super good. Drive-through experience. Employees were nice and helpful. Food was terrible, extremely overpriced, and portions were tiny. The only okay item was a side salad, and even that was a toddler-sized portion -- you could compare it to a Chuck E. Cheese side salad. You know it's bad when your kid takes one bite, spits it out, and says, "What is this and who made it?" Mind you, he's not a picky eater. You're better off saving your money and going to the grocery store to buy the cheapest can of tomato sauce and dollar pasta, because even that would taste better.
