For as long as it took to get our food, did not taste fresh. Fries were soggy, chicken was soggy even when we asked for extra crispy. Tenders were also salty. This place ain't it ya'll would not come again read more

Flew into AZ for a graduation. My grandson loves wings and ATL is his favorite. The owner was so NICE!! She helped us with our order, explained the sauces etc and could not have been more wonderful! She shared her story and offered a taste to my husband of the ATL style. I had honey BBQ boneless wings. I'm not a Wong person but THESE WERE DELICIOUS!!!!!!! Such a cute place with good seating. Awesome music playing. Couldn't ask for a better stop. Y'all STOP here. YOU WILL NOT regret it!! Perfect in every category!! read more

Don't get me wrong I love Atl wings but theres a girl that wears glasses that has such a bad attitude. As soon as I came in she was acting like I was an inconvenience. I work in food service myself at Abrazo Arrowhead and even at my busiest I still try to keep up my customer service. Theres an older lady that works there at atl wings that has always been wonderful every time I go even when there was an ACTUAL line. But this other girl has such a stinky attitude and it shows all throughout her service. I hope she takes this advice and either makes some changes or quit. read more

Update!!! The ATL we know and loved is back! If you abandoned this location like we did, go back and give them another shot. We basically followed ATL from the beginning. From chandler to queen creek. To laveen to Mesa. And now surprise. We didn't care for the first experience at this location so stopped going. But we were thrilled to see the previous owners from the other locations out here. Everything was great and will be adding them back in our rotation! Thanks guys! Welcome to the west valley! read more

First off, I'm really unsure why this restaurant has only 3.5 stars. I recently moved here from the foodie city of Portland and let me say this....ATL wing is SO good. The gentleman that's always there is so kind along with everyone else. Just good people all around. The music is always good and when I was in last they had the football game on. I know there's a lot of people that would love that. I get the lemon pepper wing a but on my last visit I ordered the spicy sweet red and oh my gosh! So delicious. It's not crazy spicy but the flavor is great. The fries are always fresh. I personally love the Cajun fries and the ranch is everything. I love that they have kool aid. Some many not but I do. We will continue coming back and supporting them. Good people and good food. Check them out read more

This is my first time here and I loved it! The prices are great and the food is delicious! I got the 6 pieces medium wings with cajun fries. I couldn't finish the meal-the proportions are very generous. For the wings the sauce was just right, and even the medium wing had to kick to them. The wings were also very meaty. Also, when you order the fries, make sure you get the cajun.cajun fries, they are so good and crispy. read more

We started coming to this ATL about over a year ago... when the new owners took over. ABSOLUTELY LOVED THEM they were very welcoming & hospitable. These last two times (Nov/Dec) cashier was RUDE, UNINTERESTED & UNAPOLOGETIC FOR HER MISTAKES. Scoffing when asked any questions and unhappy when placing large orders. Doesn't bother to ask if order is for dine in or to go. PRESUMED in Nov maybe she had a bad day, I can understand that. But a second time??? Food is great, establishment is clean but the service does leave a bad taste in one's mouth. read more

Under new ownership. The owners before had it closed down, I had been a few times and generally would take a long time for your food and generally the food was dry. The new owners have fixed this. I have been 2 times since they reopened and both times my food came out timely and was delicious. Thank you! The ATL style are my favorite. read more

ATL wings has been closed for several months, they R back! Date night with my lady! I tried the traditional with the Suns special and my wife got the traditional with The ATL style sauce. The flavor on both styles was yummy and the wings were cooked perfectly. I got the regular fries and she got the Cajun seasoned, both were worthy to compliment the wings, delicious.... We finished our meal with their deep fried biscuits, perfect way to complete our meal. Looking for a quick dine in or take home and looking for something a little different this is your place.. read more

So... now that we love ATL door dash is messing it up and so is grub hub. The grub hub now says we are out of delivery reach for this place that we been ordering from weekly. Door charges twice due to app error no one wants to correct. This place is losing business because of app issues. Owner should contact deliver services right away! We called restaurant to make them aware but to no change. read more

We have been to a few ATL wings and they have all been very consistent as far as food and service. This location is next to Jamba Juice and easy to find. The service was friendly and quick and we got 2 different types of wings. Our favorites are ATL style and Honey BBQ traditional wings. The wings are so big and crispy every time and flavorful!! We will def stop by if we are in the area and wanting some wings! read more

Love the food & the service was excellent. I ordered my food & I had a great time talking with the staff while I waited for my order. Their food score was an A which you would think was easy but it actually isn't so that alone is worth driving past bigger chains that sell wings & they don't have an A food rating. Its shows management/ownership cares & that carries over to the staff. read more

Are you looking for good wings? Well Arizona is the place to be, and what city is better known for wings than Atlanta?! But seriously. Not sure if ATL stands for Atlanta or something clever. This place has pretty good wings and other treats. I was happy when they opened since there aren't too many wing options this far west, other than BDubs. The customer service is lacking, but it does remind me of some of the southern rib and wing joints from SC and GA. The ranch is good. The koolaid is waaaay too sweet for me. I look forward to everything opening back up so I can see how lively this place would be with customers in it. I hope this place lasts, this spot has been so many different restaurants I've lost track. 8/10 would recommend. Will be back since Long Wongs is too far. read more

ATL is our absolute favorite, and ever since the new owners took ownership (I think within the last year or so), it has gone to complete shit. The customer service is just awful now. Every time I have ordered online for a scheduled pick-up, I had to wait about 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. So that seemed about normal... Although today, I figured I would go ahead and schedule my order for pick up, and schedule it for earlier (knowing they were going to be slow...) But I waited an entire damn 30 minutes after my scheduled pick-up time! I knew I was going to wait because they're slow in general at this specific location now, but I didn't think I would have to wait an entire damn 30 minutes after. On top of that, there was no one there and no one picking up orders. They said they were backed up, but I was the only one in the building, and no one else was picking up orders. I definitely miss the old owners, and ATL is one of my absolute, most favorite wing places! They also didn't have a care in the world. I addressed them several times, and they would just say, "It'll be another moment" They had a ton of friends and family hanging around in front and in the back that were in there that they were tending to. There was even a baby in the back over by the cooking stations, hahaha. Which made the customer service even worse because they were tending to the baby! Just an overall awful experience. The old owners are off of 107th Ave & Indian School if anyone else misses the old owners, and their epic food! read more

I cant recommend or talk about this place enough. I don't believe we've been here since the new management but this had to have been the best time I've gotten wings ever. The wings were crispy and well cooked. Sauced super properly and they followed special instructions easily. Glad I came by today and will look forward to the next time. Their app is pretty nice too. Great place to support. The frys are also very well seasoned and a great portion. read more

Pretty good wings if you ask me. I like my wings a tad more on the done side, but that's just my personal preference- these were still done up pretty well. Loved both the dry rub and sauced wings! The mango habanero is a sweet spicy sauce that doesn't skimp on flavor and the honey bbq was a perfect sweet & non-spicy sauce for our little ones. read more

I have and always will be a customer of ATL. I've eaten at 5 locations in the valley and the one in Tucson. I joined the crowd today for the opening of ATL Surprise at 11am and as always was greeted warmly, had my order completed in a timely fashion (considering there was about 50-60 people there) and the wings were cooked perfectly and delicious as always. Out of soda fizz, out of ice tea, out of blue koolaid. Been waiting 25 minutes for my boneless wings and there's only one order in front of me. People are waiting to order at the register and no one is there. I really wish I would have gone elsewhere. Nothing like the ATL in Flagstaff which I love. read more

The place is sort of nice, it's very open and it was clean. This was my first time eating there, I had stopped several times and decided to eat elsewhere, but this time it was different. I think this is black owned, not that it makes a difference. Wings were great and the staff was nice. I did notice that not to many non minority's entered the store. Don't let this stop you, place is great for all. read more

They were closed for a long time and then reopened. Gave it a little time to settle and tried them again They refuse to add enough sauce so you can dip your wings as you eat; well xtra cost. (Dry) Buy 10 wings for $12.65 and get one ranch for 10 Wings. The customer service sucks as they don't welcome you in, don't thank you and it seemed to anger the little illiterate as she had to put the phone down. Go to Native NY, they are better tasting and friendly. It all comes from the management; they have not learned anything from the last time. read more

Good crispy wings!! Definitely will come back. The place is clean and the vibe is chill.

Tried to call in an order, but went to VM every time. Placed order through Yelp instead. Said it was 30 min until ready. Went to pick up order and they said they couldn't find it. Showed girl screenshot of order, still couldn't find it. While I'm talking to her trying to figure out what's going on I get a text from Yelp saying the order was cancelled. Girl tells me it will be 20 minutes for a new order. Go outside to call wife and see if I should wait. Overhead a girl outside on phone complaining she has been waiting over an hour and they refused to refund her. Just ended up leaving. 1 person working on a Saturday. And they aren't friendly. If the girl knew people were waiting an hour, they shouldn't quote 20 min. read more

Let me start off by saying the wings are bomb, probably the tastiest wings in the Valley, especially in the Surprise area. But that's the only kudos I could spare. The service is S tier crap, you'd get better service at the DMV. Every time, and I literally mean every time I've placed an online order here, it's never been ready on time. Walking in, you'll see plenty of frustrated people waiting for their orders as well. Totally worth it if you don't mind shaving minutes off your life span. Does the BBB deal with matters like this? Is there a restaurant version of bar rescue? read more

ATL Wings is our go-to spot ALWAYS! And we love, loveeee the workers there! Although, we went a few weeks ago and we would always get an extra side of ATL Style sauce, and apparently you cant anymore, and the lady was upset that I even asked... Im sad. Not getting extra ATL style sauce is a bummer, for sure. So we've been going WAY less, unfortunately... read more

Omg best wings, so crispy and the flavor is amazing 10/10. Owners have great energy and an awesome friendly vibe

Two part review. Wings get 5 stars, they are awesome. Order/pickup gets 1 star. Third time that online order says it will be ready in 30 minutes and it takes 60+ minutes. Seems like a disconnect between counter and kitchen staff. Counter staff disappears to back for 3-5 minutes with guests waiting. read more

Love love atl wings! If you're in the area I would highly recommend! My favorite my place to go on Tuesday...check out their deals

I've only been to ATL once or twice, but my husband absolutely loves coming here! The staff were super friendly, the building was pretty spacious, and the food is always great. The food took longer than the projected "10-15 minutes" we were told, so plan on waiting a bit, and the pricing seems to be a bit higher for bone in wings, so we'd recommend doing a combo as it's a more affordable deal. read more

The King Of Wings. I really love wings and ATL Wings is the "King of Wings". ATL Wings has a casual vibe. The restaurant is spacious, colorful, clean and the menu is posted above the register. The menu at ATL Wings is straight-forward. You can choose either traditional or boneless wings, select how many you want, and choose a flavor. Simple as that. On the recommendation of a co-worker I ordered Honey Barbecue sauce and the Garlic Parmesan (dry rub). Both style wings (sauced and dry)were really good as were the frys. However, I preferred the ATL style to the sauced wings. These wings are meaty, tender, crunchy, and coated with a flavorful seasoning. ATL wings serves their wings with your choice of Homemade Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing. However, these wings are so flavorful I didn't need any dressing. I couldn't let this opportunity pass by without trying the homemade biscuits and fries. So, I ordered a two piece honey biscuit to accompany my wings and a small order of French fries. All I have to say is, these are no ordinary "biscuits". The biscuits at ATL Wings are smothered in honey and powdered sugar and served piping hot. These biscuits are more like sweet flavorful donuts and the fries were pipping hot and tasty. I am looking forward my next visit to ATL Wings and more of those biscuits. read more
