I have tried this location a few times now. Each time is the same. Looooong wait times and sub par food. The lunch I got today for my employees was over cooked so bad the patties were black on half the patty. The fries were barely warm and the buns tasted stale. For the price point and wait time this should not be an issue but unfortunately it is. When you are on a lunch break and limited on time you want to make sure you use it wisely so when this happens it really sucks because now I have to go back out and spend more money to get something I can actually eat. Which i get if it was super close to closing etc, but why do you offer shakes if you're refusing service for items you sell hours before you close? We were starving after a long day so I told her fountain drink was my only option apparently. My son ordered his meal and we were told it would be brought out. We did not have to wait too long as there was only one other table eating. This employees tone just set off such a negative vibe for me. Have some table manners, professionalism, courtesy..i dont know act like you care that you work in customer service. I ordered a chocolate malt. Was given a chocolate shake, not a malt. It was made with chocolate soft serve ice cream - super gritty and just gross. I got a double cheeseburger and tots. The burger patties were hard and very clearly not cooked recently. The bun was cheap and flavorless. The entire burger was lukewarm at best, not even close to hot. I would say that the first thing you notice about this place is how absolutely dirty and filthy it is. Their back door was open so I got to see how grimy their kitchen was. Omg just went to Lenny's bugers for lunch. I had a pastrami sandwich best sandwich I have ever had . It was cooked to perfection the taste was unbelievable.
