You know, their motto is "eat fresh" but when you think about it, all of their items are sitting out on the open counter the entire day. So not sure how "fresh" that really is. In any case, I had a foot long meal of a Supreme Meat club which includes pepperoni, cappicola, salami, and ham. My sub was pretty standard fare quality. This is a great Subway shop. It's very clean and the employees are friendly. I've visited during the week, late afternoons. The two women at the counter are professional and friendly. The one woman makes excellent sandwiches, they're not just thrown together. The ingredients are laid out perfectly on the bread, which makes it look like it should be in a food magazine, seriously! And she makes the sandwiches fast. Both young women do a great job of preparing our food and making my daughter and I feel welcome. My only complaint is since the store faces west, it gets hot in that dining room. I feel sorry for the people that work there and the customers who eat in. I understand that management removed the shade screens. I hope they would reconsider that decision and put them back. Went there tonight at 8:05 pm. Open sign was off, chairs were on top of the tables, lobby lights were dim, employees were all in the back. Looked at website that said they closed at 10 pm. My husband opened the door and an employee peeked around the corner, he asked if they were open, she said yes for a short time. I told her the website said they closed at 10:00 and she said they were closing soon. A child boy opened the door after us and asked if they were open and the employee said the lobby closed at 8:00pm. Several people came in after us and the employees seemed perturbed that people were still coming in. Employees were not friendly and bread tasted stale. Definitely would not recommend. In a months time my family has ordered roughly 20 foot longs (likely more). Of them, most were not made per the ticket. On August 12, when dairy was put on a non-dairy sub (allergen issue), and the one with dairy was inadvertently put on the non-dairy, it was obvious the sub maker had confused the ticket and mixed up the subs. Of our 5 subs, 3 were not made per the ticket. None of the other times had I complained. This night, I honestly just wanted to voice my frustration over their lack of reading the tickets. 20 subs in a month, most inaccurate, with a very well itemized and clearly written ticket telling them "exactly" how to make it. I had hoped to just have some kind of acknowledgment that they would get it right next time, but I got something WAY out of touch with reality. Whoever the girl working that night was, she needs to be trained on accountability, customer service, respect, decency, and racism! See on the phone she told me that she needed to look at the footage to see if they were actually made wrong. Then tried telling me that the turkey I was holding in my hand was rotisserie, and argued with me saying it was on the camera, so I guess that means I was lying? Going nowhere, starving, and with a very hungry family, seemed going down there to show her the mistake would help her see that turkey and rotisserie are vastly different. Upon arrival, she tells me that she needs to tend to the people that came in after me first... because they were "walk ins". She also tells me that she saw the footage, the sandwiches were according to the order, completely discounting that the order was in fact inaccurate. When I tried to show her the sandwich, and she now sees that "she" was wrong, what I had in my hand "was" turkey, it was not rotisserie, and they completely screwed up the 3 subs, she then blames my toddler, who was crying (hungry), it was the childs fault they got made wrong? She is on crack or something... for real! So after I prove the sandwiches are not correct, after driving there due to being told and confirmed that the footage she reviewed showed she made it correct... She refuses me service and tells the young boy to make my food saying I was rude to her for asking that the sub be made per the ticket, and starts trash talking me in spanish to the spanish couple behind me. I am white, so I guess now we whites dont speak espanol? IDK... I bit my tongue over that and chose to just be extra kind to the non-jerk young kid that was willing to be accountable and correct our food. However, after he hands me the food, and I go to leave, this girl yells out "Bye Karen", and tells the other patrons there that SHE is a victim of RACISM because I was nice to the "white" kid that made my sandwich. I have never been SO appalled in my life by someone using the race card over a sandwich. For real? This girl cannot own that a sandwich was made wrong, that she got caught lying about the camera footage (later review of other reviews tells me she uses this lie often with online orders), she cant just quietly make the food.. NO, shes gotta go and play victim, a classic narcissist act, and on top of it, pull the race card on "me".... for real? 1. you arent even brown enough to use the race card. 2. my children, who are actually brown, are browner than you 3. what does the level of melanin have to do with subs anyway? Uh it doesnt! So take your less than victim BS elsewhere. Some people actually do face racism, like the kind my spouse faces, or that he and I face having a bi-racial marriage/family. 4. Learn accountability and learn it FAST! You literally deflected 100% of your own responsibility onto the patron (and the baby dont forget) rather than just remake the food. OWN IT girl OWN IT. Or you Wont ever get better than subway with THAT attitude. Being able to say YES I screwed up, please allow me to correct that for you is a HUGE maturity that you are quite obviously lacking. 5. Just avoid this location, they arent ever open when they say, they short cut the meat (says dbl but they only add a few slices), lie, cheat, call you racist Karens, and send you home with funky made sandwiches that will surely NOT be correct. So we have all been to our share of Subways,some bad some good. But this place really sets the standards very high. I am very big on cleanliness and this place is top notch. The staff were all very friendly even at the end of the night. The bread is very different than that of others very fresh and fluffy. Love it. I will be returning here time after time and telling all my friends about this subway. And still after being open all these years theY are still very clean and the staff is super friendly and they are very helpful. But the most outstanding thing about this Subway is still their bread. The best sandwich I ever had was at this store about a week ago. I've been to many different Subway stores, and while some are better than others, none have been able to get it 100% right until I got a Subway Club 12" from here. The employee Briana made it just perfect on the toppings and the toast settings. Maybe it's just me, but the bread seemed a lot more fresh than from the other Subways I've stopped in to. Today I had one of the best customer service experience you would expect from a quick sub place. This young 17 kid had the most welcoming attitude., asked how my day was going , how I was doing, etc. All while simply doing his job and taking are of his customers. There was something about his that was special he shared of an accident he had and how that set him back in life for a bit, but his attitude was one of those that doesn't give up and keeps moving forward. I will be calling to let his management know that it's not "just" a Subway employee, his an asset to them and a great hearted kid who deserves a raise. read more

Ive been coming in here quite often over the last few months. I think the staff is great and they make great subs. Today, I decided to try and use my Subway text specials. I get them every so often, but I dont always use them. The employee told me that the owner doesnt allow them. Sucks, cause now I have to find another Subway near me that does use the text coupons. I cant even begin to explain how angry and upset I am right now. I have been going to this location for a year and I always order extra onions on my chicken sandwich. when ever there is a new employee making my sandwich they always snide and snicker and makes jokes about the onions. Usually I just ask them if I am paying for comedy and judgement with my food and they never make the jokes again. this has happened several times. My husband went into the subway location and the GM was there along with an employee who recognized my husband and has made our food before and was aware of how much I hate the onion jokes. My husband comes home and on my sandwich is ONION SANDWICH WITH A SMILEY FACE. I am now livid. I called and the GM answered and immediately he denied everything and said he was unaware of it, that he didnt know, that he didnt do it. He became argumentative. I was in tears. Right now I am pregnant and I am extremely emotional. I told him I was calling corporate. I call and customer service and a man named chris answered. He was aggressive, condescending, rude, and hostile. He asked me what I wanted them to do about it. I was in shock and said thats not my job. He then informed me he would have the owner call me. He became more and more angry, and at the end of the call I asked for his supervisor. He said WHY? I said because I asked. He then started yelling at me, saying he had done everything he was suppose to. I then said again I want a supervisor. He said there wasnt one. I said you cant be the only person there. and he claimed he was, that there was no supervisor, said he no employee # or way to identify himself, and then he hung up on me, I am so angry, and upset how horribly I have been treated today. read more

Right when I walked in I just felt so uncomfortable the two night people just looked like they hated their job. Aiden who prepared my sandwich didn't cut the bread properly and he treated my wife and I with no excitement, I mean I don't usually complain ... I get t you have an hour left on your shift and your tired but cmon man this is your job ... To me it seemed like they both didn't care about their job let alone the customers .... My family and I went here last night. Although the food was fine, the customer service was really lack luster. The newer employee had a lot of questions, but she always kept a smile on her face and tried her best, but the veteran employee she was paired with was rude to her customers and especially rude to the girl she was working with. We went in the store at 620p and did not leave until 650p which is the longest I have even stood in a subway line. 15 of those minutes was just waiting to be acknowledged and the rest was spent trying to get our food together. While we were getting our sandwiches made by the new girl the veteran would help the people behind us and skip over the girl constantly using the last of the topping such as the lettuce without replacing it. That would cause her to go to the back, get flustered, and forget our order. Every time the girl would ask the other worker a question, she would get snappy and talk down to her coworker. I worked in food service for 4 years, and I know how hard it is to work with the new person, but I also know that stuff like that makes new people quit, and also causes you to lose customers. read more
