I am giving this Jack in the Box location a one star rating simply because not only do they forget to give you a receipt each time you order, they won't do anything if they messed up your order because you don't have a receipt. Everything was freshly made and hot. The food arrived quickly. The restaurant was nice and warm. The food is so good.

Half star missing because they can't ever have your food ready when you pay. There is always a park and wait situation going on. Another half star missing because they don't do special orders. They do, but they don't get it right. They'll take the order, but then you won't ever see the "special" part you asked for. It's not like I asked for something complicated, but I always ask them to add mustard to my chicken sandwiches. Since I'm always going through the drive-thru, I never get to check til I get home. They usually don't have regular mustard packets to give, which is why I always ask them to add it. The sauces they give have a honey mustard option, but that's not what I'm going for. As much as I want to check it on the spot, there is a bigger sense of urgency to move out of the way since the person behind you in the drive thru is now waiting to take your "reserved" spot as soon as you move. It is fast food, so I couldn't deduct more than that. The actual food is good and consistent. Everyone is friendly, so that's a good thing, too. Plus this place isn't one that pushes the "would you like to donate" agenda all the time. It's my money and if I only have enough for my meal, I shouldn't have to feel bad about it, right? They've got a munchies deal going on which is customizable. But when you do the math, you're basically paying for a normal meal menu item. I tried out the Sourdough Jack and some tacos. I normally dont do reviews but what I just witnessed was WILD!!! Some ladies(cooks) walked out on them in the middle of the night, literally!! 12am!! There was a young man named Anthony at the window and another guy there that took the unfortunate situation on the chin like champs. Anthony was super positive and kept me laughing while doing his job. Im sure the 5 cars in front of me had a great experience with him as well bevause they didnt leave or cancel their order. That should say enough but incase anyone needs more details we placed a Mobile order arrived 15min afterwards to pick it up and then they made us park for an additional 30min plus the car in front of us still waiting and it wasn't that busy. I don't even know why this location is still open. There's always an issue with the fryer and you always have to wait ten minutes before somebody even acknowledges you're there and then proceeds to ask you to wait even longer. If there's a staffing issue, they really need to close it and figure out why. read more

This place is a cluster f**k lately. Countless times in the last month, you're asked to "pull ahead" of the drive thru window to wait for your food. This ends up with idiots parking 3 wide blocking the exit driveway. One menu board (and the commercials) say a 3 piece spicy chicken strips meal is $4.99. Another menu board says it is $5.50. My receipt shows I paid $5.48. Good luck guessing what you're going to pay. Last week, I waited at the drive thru menu to order for nearly 10 mins before driving away. When I pulled around, there were 4 cars waiting at the window and another 3 had "pulled ahead". Today, I ordered the 3 piece spicy chicken strips meal and got home with 2 non-spicy strips and curly fries that looked like they've been soaking in grease for hours. I ordered a red bull infusion and watched them put only half the can in it. Isn't it supposed to be a full can of red bull? Then they gave me a single Jack instead of the double I ordered. Came in tonight around 2:30am and from what I could see, the gentleman working was by himself. He was taking orders, running to the back and even brought our food to us in the car. I just wanted to say this Jack-in-the-Box has got to be Hands-down the best fast food restaurant with excellent customer service and teamwork. They went above and beyond to make sure my DoorDash order was completed successfully and my customer would be happy. All their hard work for an error that wasn't even there's yet they were willing to rectify it to make sure our customer Received quality food.
