I come here occasionally and every time I come here it's usually nothing crazy. The drive thru line can be a bit slow to be honest, going inside will probably be a better option. The person on the mic at the drive thru can either BARELY be heard or they can BARELY hear you it's one or the other lmao. As for the food, the food is good thing that every time I get chow mein I end up getting barely anything sometimes. My only complaint would be to not be so stingy with the portions? I get they have to put a certain amount that isn't a fuckin crazy amount but they can definitely put in a bit more. About a week ago I went through the drive thru and was missing part of my order. I had a crying new born so I didn't go back to get my missing food. It took hours to get someone to answer the phone. When I finally spoke to the store manager, he didn't want to replace my missing items because I didn't have a receipt because they didn't give me one. He said he would compensate me a bowl and plate. The reason I am giving this 2 star rating is the Egg Rolls. They appear to have been either OVERCOOKED or Dropped back into the Fryer prior to serving them to us. Food should NEVER BE RECOOKED like that for ANYONE!!!!!! If they were OVERCOOKED by accident then I will remove my review.
